Fully integrated into a landscaped garden, it enjoys a view of the nearby sea.
It4s an Indoor / outdoor home wich provide a natural circulation between interior and exterior leads to a very large covered terrace, real additional room doubling the living space.

Fully air-conditioned villa comprises a large living room, a high-tech kitchen opening onto the terrace.
The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with bathroom and toilet.
All rooms are equipped with standard hotel bedding 5 stars.

Finally, the living room can be easily transformed into a teenager room for at least two additional high-quality beds, with two sofa upscale.
The villa is located on the coast balanin 3kms from Ile Rousse and less than 20 minutes from Calvi and its airport.

Super schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage

Sehr schönes, modernes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Super Pool und gute Lage , nur wenige Meter von einer kleinen Bucht entfernt, in der das Wasser klar ist und man Super schnorcheln kann. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Wohlfühl-Urlaub, nur einen Steinwurf vom Meer

Wir haben einen Urlaub mit Kindern und Großeltern (insgesamt 8 Personen) in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist nur einen kurzen Fußmarsch vom Meer entfernt (150m), es gibt außerdem viele Ausflugsziele und tolle Strände in der Umgebung zu entdecken. Mitte der Woche kam ein Extra-Putzservice. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Thierry, ist außerordentlich nett und unkompliziert! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sogar noch vor Ort um ein paar Tage verlängert. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Wir planen, zurückzukommen!

Séjour agréable mais...

Points forts: emplacement conforme, maison agréable, proximité mer et Ile Rousse pratique, domaine sympathique à découvrir (balades et jogging), ménage à mi-séjour, gérants et personnel de service à l'écoute et efficaces. Points faibles: erreurs dans l'annonce (absence d'ascenseur et de 4ème sdb), wifi capricieux (reboots quotidiens), manque de petit électroménager électrique dans la cuisine, couvertures et taies d'oreiller à propreté douteuse, oreillers non protégés. A signaler: certains réseaux téléphoniques ne passent pas depuis la maison.

Villa très sympa à vivre, très bien entretenue et un équipement complet

Localisée dans un domaine privé et à l'écart de l'effervescence, l'atout majeur de cette villa est son emplacement en bordure de mer puisque l'on se trouve à quelques encablures d'une superbe crique. Les ballades en bords de mer sont magiques et se font sans difficulté en direction d'Ile-rousse ou d'Algajola.

Superbe maison dans une tres belle marine

Tout etait parfait, la maison, l'accueil, un tres beau sejour dans un cadre tres privilegie avec une vue directe sur la mer et une crique baignable a 2mn a pieds, voiture indispensable pour se deplacer! A reserver sans hesiter!

Très agréable villa

Belle villa très bien située avec un joli jardin. A la fois esthétique et fonctionnelle elle permet de passer un séjour (presque) pied dans l'eau sans être dans la foule. Bons services annexe comme la livraison des courses et du pain le matin qui permettent de profiter pleinement des vacances.

TRES BELLE VILLA CADRE EXCEPTIONNEL

Cette villa de très grand standing est très bien entretenue, confortable. C'est la villa idéale pour se reposer. Ajoutez à cela une belle piscine, un beau jardin... et le chant des oiseaux. La mer est à proximité. Il faut mentionner la propreté de l'ensemble et la qualité de la literie. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et ont fait le maximum pour la réussite de notre séjour.

Une villa idéale en famille et entre amis

Cette villa est parfaitement conçue pour accueillir une famille et/ ou des amis. Elle est très agréable à vivre par ses volumes et le confort ( de belles salles de bain, cuisine ouverte très bien équipée, climatisation ....). La piscine sécurisée complète l'ambiance balnéaire. L'Ile Rousse est à 8 minutes de train, trajet pittoresque et ravissant.

Une très belle maison, conviviale, facile à vivre

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en aout dans cette maison avec des amis. La maison, s'est révélée très conviviale et facile à vivre. L'architecture est vraiment réussie. La proximité de la mer est vraiment très agréable et la piscine idéale pour les enfants. Un point d'amélioration : un portail serait le bienvenu pour la suite parentale

Ein sehr schönes und gepf...

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit freundlichem Empfang. Meersicht, der nahe gelegene Strand kieselig und algig, der etwa 300m entfernte Strand sehr schön. 2x Probleme mit dem Wasser gehabt, was aber glaubhaft an Arbeiten im Wassernetz der Gemeinde lag, einen Tag lang Baulärm vom Haus nebenan. Alles in allem aber ein gelungener Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus in einer paradiesischen Gegend. Wir durften sogar unseren Hund mitnehmen der sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat.

" Nous venons de passer une quinzaine féerique dans cette villa de grand standing, très bien entretenue. Une superbe piscine, une ombre donnée par le pin parasol et une pelouse devant la maison. En prime la gentillesse du propriétaire! A coup sur on reviendra!" adeline
