Sandra nous a demandé de l'attendre 5min, elle est arrivée plus d'une heure après pour nous donner l'appartement. Odieuse. Problème de téléphone mais ça ressemblait plus à un gros mensonge. L'appartement n'était pas très propre et il y avait encore les serviettes des locataires précédents

Logement de qualité

Très bel appartement, bien entretenu, très bien équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle, clim, grand frigo, petit congélateur), avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour (fer à repasser, plancha, parasol....). Très belle vue sur la mer et le levee de soleil. Proche de la plage, des commerces, restaurant et du petit train. Juste parfait...

L’emplacement dans la marina est pratique et la vue sur la mer le valorise. Très bien équipé, la terrasse à l’ombre nous préserve des grandes chaleurs d’été. Logistique sérieuse et accueil très convivial À refaire

Excellente location

Logement idéalement situé dans la marine de Sant Ambroggio, et très bien équipé : on s'y sent comme chez soi ! Et juste 300 mètres pour se rendre à la plage, que demander de plus ? Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Super séjour

location adaptée avec tout le nécessaire ( lave vaisselle, machine à laver le linge, four,grand frigo ....) . Literie top .appartement propre. Seul hic :les voisins ,le vis-à-vis. Il faut bien tomber . Mais nous concernant, tout s'est très bien passé. Nous recommandons ce logement ,bien placé, à quelques minutes de la plage, familial, reposant.

Très bon contact avec le propriétaire . L'appartement est climatisé et en parfait état. L'endroit est magnifique et bien situé entre Calvi et Ile Rousse. A découvrir.

Appartement 2 pièces très bien aménagé et très bien équipé

Appartement 2 pièces très bien aménagé et très bien équipé, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Un peu de promiscuité, mais là tout dépend des voisins. Par contre 2 gros problèmes, Wifi pratiquement inexistant, pas de modem dans l’appartement, on dépend du réseau de la résidence qui ne marche pas, et la belle terrasse, avec vue mer est à l’Est donc pas de soleil l’après midi à partir de 16 heures (deuxième quinzaine d’août)

Ottima location comodissima alla spiagia

Appartamento molto comodo e funzionale, superaccessoriato, bellissima la terrazza giardino con vista sul mare. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Sant'Ambroggio, di splendida sabbia, adatta ai bambini e quasi sempre riparata dalle correnti. La persona incaricata della consegna chiavi molto efficiente e puntuale.

Check before you book

The apartment is well located, well equipped, sttractive and with wonderful sea and mountain views from the beautiful outside space. Air conditioning is wonderful. There are neighbours above and on either side. This was no problem for us during our stay. There were only two issues we raised. The first is that the property says 'sleeps 4' but we found the sofa bed too uncomfortable to use night after night. The second is that the listing makes no reference to needing to order bedding and towels, and we were then charged additionally for this by the on-site contact, who advised us we were lucky to have any bedding and towels (and had only a set for the bed, not the sofa bed too), as it is supposed to be requested at the time of booking, according to them. Also, if you rely on WiFi, you may have an issue as it was very patchy in availability. We didn't use the TV but were advised it had a problem with the TV guide being in Russian. At the time of writing this I am awaiting a resolution to the issue of the bedding as I have yet to be refunded the additional cost, which was not advertised or included on the property booking. I hope it will be but the owner has not responded to several messages about this matter to date.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est idéalement situé avec commerces proches et possède une superbe vue. Il est très bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Calme et propre. Situé entre Calvi et l'Ile Rousse cela permet de bien découvrir le Nord de l'île.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Das Appartement hat zudem eine große Außenfläche, die mit diversen Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegestühlen ausgestattet ist. Einziges Manko: das Appartement befindet sich in einem Ferienhaus mit sechs Parteien, somit nimmt man am Tagesablauf der Nachbarn teil. Nichts für absolut Ruhesuchende.

EXCELLENTES VACANCES

Appartement très agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Séjour très réussi que je recommanderai à tous mes amis. La plage est à quelques minutes à pieds ainsi que le petit port de plaisance. Situé à 10 kms de Calvi et d'Ile Rousse pour d'excellentes vacances.

Appartement plaisant et bien situé

Appartement plaisant et bien situé par rapport à la plage. Les lieux étaient propres et bien rangés à notre arrivé et le contact avec la personne sur place très agréable. Nous avons passé deux très bonnes semaines. Seul petit point négatif le canapé lit que nous avons trouvé assez inconfortable pour deux adultes

Location appartement sant ambroggio

Enchantée de mon séjour aussi bien sur le prix, l'appartement, le lieux !!! Très bel appartement meublé propre et en parfait état sur tous les points (meubles, vaisselle...) avec une belle vue sur la mer et les montagnes. Terrasse agréable et confortable parfaite pour le farniente. La plage et le petit village avec ses commerces (boulangerie, alimentation, restaurant, tennis...)sont à 1 minute à pieds. Documentations disponibles dans l'appartement pour visiter les alentours lorsque l'on ne connait pas c'est pratique. Endroit magnifique et calme à un quart d'heure de Calvi ou d' Ile Rousse au choix. Propriétaire disponible et accueillant pour compléter le tout.

EXCELLENTE IMPRESSION

Propriétaire très disponible et chaleureux. Appartement très cosy et ensoleillé avec une vue dominante sur la mer et les montagnes. A quelques minutes à pieds de la plage de sable et du petit port de plaisance. Excellentes vacances.
