Our Executive 2 bedroom apartment suite (3282 St Ignatius Pl Santa Clara, CA 95051) has been decorated for luxury. It is 3rd floor unit with no one above with elevator access. The suite comes fully furnished with telephone, cable TV, high-speed Internet access, pool, hot tub, reserved parking, and on-site laundry. There is one King bed and one Queen bed in the bedrooms.

Nice space for a short stay!

We were in town visiting our son and his fiancé and this unit was near everything--close to the Lawrence expressway, but in a quite neighborhood. Pretty spacious, dedicated parking spot, good wifi, well-equipped kitchen (although we didn't cook at all). It is on the 3rd floor so be prepared for stairs. We'd stay again.

Great Long Term Stay

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Clean, comfortable beds, very spacious bathroom, comfy lounge chairs for watching TV, nice kitchen area. Thirty minutes from Stanford Hospital and University. Reduced price for long term stays. The host and on site office manager were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable if a little ‘tired’

Very quiet and Clean property that is showing a few signs of age - although nothing that took away from our stay. Location is very safe and very quiet and 5-10 mins from major roads and highways (101). 15 mins from SJC. Property manager was incredibly responsive and very accommodating.

My husband and I went to Santa Clara to visit family that are dealing with health issues. We thought we would stay in a hotel, then found this cute apartment on VRBO. It suited us perfectly for the 4 nights: full kitchen and bath, comfy beds; and my brother-in-law and his wife were able to spend a night with us in the second bedroom. Much homier than a hotel room for about the same price as a nice hotel room. The apartment is located near a park and in a safe area. The staff were nice and Steve was very responsive when the TV didn't connect to the cable. Older place but well maintained and clean. Only one TV (none in bedrooms). We would stay again when visiting family in the area.

Needed lots of fixing of things 1st several weeks. Vacuum, lamps, chairs, toaster are examples of issues we faced. The furniture is old and quite scratched up. The bathroom and kitchen cabinets were very old with a nail sticking up in one kitchen cabinet. Beds were comfortable and would be okay as a temp location for a month or so.. It is not a vacation type property. The location was fairly convenient to Costco, a great Whole Foods and other convenient stores. Steve was considerate and worked with us on several issues.

We just moved to the US and rented this property for temprorary stay ~1 month (5ppl family), till the time we could find a year lease house with school we wanted. Very welcome and proffesional staff. Thank you them for patience when the kid due to time zone change were not able to sleep and dusturb the neigherhood by playing noise during a few night)) Sorry for that. Highly recomend for stay! Home away from home

We stayed there for 35 days during our home remodel. It was very reasonable and comfortable for our family of four. The unit is on the top floor and very quiet. It has all supplies and amenities required for a longer stay. There’s also a park and swimming pool in the complex for the kids to enjoy. Thanks Steve and Erica for your hospitality!
