You won't be disappointed in the beautiful decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath stilt home with a canal view. Relax on the covered deck with privacy palms. Lovely tropical decor with a nice size living room and dining area. Sleeping accommodations include a Queen size bed in the Master bedroom with its own private bath, a full size bed in the Guest bedroom with a small balcony, and a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a flat screen TV with DVD and expanded cable, updated appliances, glass top stove, dishwasher, plenty of counter space, stackable Washer/Dryer, covered parking, central A/C, ceiling fans, gas grill and FREE WIRELESS INTERNET. Bicycles are available to cruise throughout the community.(USE BIKES AT OWN RISK)
Seven (7) day minimum rental period during season, opening & mini lobster and Christmas and New Years. Off season three (3) day minimum. No Smoking & No Pets. Trailer parking is an additional fee. Security Deposit required.

Great location, beautiful and clean rental.

My daughter and I stayed here for spring break. The location was great, because we wanted to spend time in both Key West and the middle keys. We had a rental car so it was easy to get around. The unit was clean and well-stocked period we didn't really need to bring anything with us, not even towels period there were even bikes for riding around the neighborhood. The neighborhood had a pool and jacuzzi which were both really nice. There are several great restaurants on the island and neighboring islands as well. My personal favorite was Mangrove Mamas. It was an easy drive to Key West, Bahia Honda State Park and the middle Keys like marathon and Islamorada. I will definitely stay here again!

Nice location on Lower Keys.

This rental was in a great location. 20 minutes to Key West. Quiet area in the Lower Keys. The floors were in need of a good cleaning, otherwise it felt just like home. We will stay here again.

Came to visit our family for thanksgiving and the place was just what we needed. Places to see were the right distance and was close to our family. Would stay again.

The unit and surroundings were excellent. The property was well maintained and well stocked. All the room needed for 3 adults and easy to follow. I had reached out to property management with a last minute questions and they did not return my call. I ended up emailing through the VRBO sight and get a response. The gate entrance fee was double what it said in the contract. Would I stay again, yes, but would have things finalized much earlier.

Cute and Clean

Especially impressed by the cleanliness of the entire home. The master bedroom was very comfortable as was the bathroom and living room. We felt extremely safe and secure in the community. However, we were so busy sightseeing we never got the chance to partake of any of the amenities. The swimming pool and the salt water swimming area looked fabulous. It was very convenient having a little store on site also. Would definitely come back again!

Perfect location

Very clean, well stocked and just a few miles from all you want to see in key west. If you want to see the area without staying in the crowd this is the perfect place.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!!

WE HAD TO LEAVE!!!!!!!! We had a horrific experience at this vacation rental and it had inaccurate listing details! We were subjected to mold which aggravated my allergies and not to mention putting my children at high risk, 2 month old baby and 2 yr old daughter! Other complaints were the roof leaked. We were advised the unit accommodated 6 people. The couch/pull out sleeper, no one was able to sleep on; con-caved. We had barely any room to move in the bedrooms let alone to store our suitcases. We didn’t bother to unpack! Worst of all, there were dead fish floating in a horrific smelling brown canal outside our unit. Beaches were closed due to the bacteria in the water. We attempted to involve the owners on three separate occasions ...all to no avail! We left two days early leaving us racing around to drive 4 hours to another rental property!

Stylish retreat

Cute community, most homes have water access. The house is neat, very clean, comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped - even was able to make our morning smoothies. Pool is excellent, clean, not too crowded, and big enough. Quiet community, reccomend for people who want a quiet place to stay but be close enough to busy Key West - 25 min drive.

Exactly as pictured

My husband and I stayed here the first week of May. The house was exactly as pictured, no surprises. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was very nice with the canal view. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The Venture Out community has its own pool and beach area as well as activities. The beach area was very relaxing and had beautiful views of the ocean. We are planning to book this place again in the future.

Great rental experience

Great property. Everything as represented in property description. Nicely decorated, spacious, fit our travel needs. The community is gated and is easy to navigate in and out. Guard on duty 24/7, so we felt we were in a very safe environment. We would rent this property again if we were in the area. The rental process was easy and quick.
