Thank you for staying with us! We hope to welcome you back again soon, whether at this property or one of our other 30 homes in Beaver Creek and Aspen.
Reed was awesome to work with. I was a little worried about the location but the Westin is very nicely situated and the direct gondola access to Beaver's lift system was awesome (also the resort offers a free shuttle to BC's main base and to Vail if needed). We will return!
Perfect studio for our Daddy-Daughter ski week. Great communication with the host, easy check in and we enjoyed all the hotel amenities. Will be headed back next year.
Hotel is very nice with great lounge/bar, easy access to mountain. Great gym inside as well.Room is on first floor so no waiting on elevators. Free shuttle to Beaver Creek and Vail a plus.
My wife, teenage daughter and I stayed here for a ski trip. The room location was great - super convenient to resort amenities. The room was clean and as advertised. The Westin was phenomenal in all respects, especially the hot tubs, ski valet and access to the gondola. We highly recommend.
Excellent property! Host was very responsive and described listing accurately. Highly recommend! We enjoyed it so much that we booked an extra night! We will be back very soon!
I don’t usually take the time to review stuff, but this was such a great place. I had to do it! So convenient to the slopes and everything about it was just perfect! Highly recommended.
The location makes everything convenient. Review everything to understand fees and service charges. Will be back.

Thank you for your review! This quaint privately owned junior suite is located inside the four-star, Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa. We provide our guest a significant discount, renting from us rather than the Westin website. All 4/5 star resorts like the Westin, Ritz, Hyatt that have direct gondola access to Beavercreek Mountain, and many on site amenities such as restaurants, health clubs, spa, ski valets, live music, hotel shuttles, room service, ski rentals, concierge, etc have additional fees that are paid to the Resort directly. They will not allow us to collect these fees and are paid to the front desk at check out. These westin fees are clearly disclosed on our listing as well as in two confirming emails before arrival.
I didn’t spot that there would be resort fees before I booked. That being said it felt like a surprisingly good deal. The Westin is great room was quiet. Location was close to a place to take my dog out. The only bummers were, the patio was physically connected to the public patio. While the photos didn’t show that. The chrome cast didn’t work and the mini fridge was too cold and the dial was broken off

Thank you for your review! As this is a private residence located inside the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa it has many onsite amenities such as Direct Gondola Access, Ski Valet, several infinity hot tubs, pool (open year round) , Restaurant, 2 bars, Starbucks, Market Place, Riverfront Health Club, Spa Anjali, Room Service, Shuttle, Concierge. etc. We checked and Chromecast is working to stream Netflix, Prime etc from your phone or IPAD. The private patio is extra large and will fit a table and 4 chairs and is seperated by containers with trees/bushes. Many see this as an advantage and love having easy access to shared the fire pits for roasting smores!
Just a short walk through the hotel to ski valet and gondola. Friendly , helpful staff. Restaurants a little pricey and all the fees, but typical of hotels. Pool and hot tubs nice. The studio was nice -great mattress and mini kitchen. Only negative was music was loud in the evening and tv didn’t work well. If wanted ice had to go quite a ways to another floor.

Thank you for your five star review! During a big storm, DIRECTV can act up, but 99% of the time it works perfect. Usually there is a brother/sister duo singing in the lobby but they stop playing at 9 PM.
This unit is great because you never have to wait for the elevator!
Wife and I stayed for our 19th wedding anniversary. Really enjoyed the property and VRBO. The room has high ceilings, a great private deck, and large bathroom. The property has a great gym, pool & hot tub deck. Starbucks on property. Also Avon has really grown since I was there.
In the summer, you can ride the free bus to Beaver Creek from (530a-1a), the pick up is a 200 yard walk from the property. Excellent hiking in Beaver Creek and Arrowhead.
We'll definitely stay again.

A very nice suite. We’ve been to Eagle County many times and stayed once previously at another VRBO at the Westin, so we weren’t surprised by the extra fees added on by the hotel. Only a couple of negatives: the outdoor patio is continuous with the bar patio. There’s not much privacy if you want to sit outside (we were lucky the hotel wasn’t too busy for most of the week we were there). The TV won’t work unless you pay for a Google Chromecast app. We did, but connection to the TV was very spotty and we really only got it to work twice all week. The light switch connections are a little odd, and it took us a couple of days to figure them out. The bathtub drain was jammed and full of hair, but I was able to fix it with an Leatherman. Our host didn’t reach out to us during our stay.
Finding space for all our stuff was doable but took some effort. We only had our chairs taken by restaurant patrons one time.
and while the shared patio space was mentioned in the VRBO ad, it's one of those "you have to see it" things but overall was not a problem. The compromises (shared patio, small storage, live music on Friday/Sat) where outweighed by the amenities, location and view.

Im happy that this guest enjoyed the "location, amenities and view. Some guests think this is the best studio in the entire resort because of the larger patio and it faces the pool! This is one of the only studios in the resort on VRBO that faces the pool and has a larger patio (with card table & 4 chairs) with spectacular views of Eagle river and BC mountain. The patio is separated from the public balcony by some planter boxes/trees, so it is not 100% private. If you are looking for 100% privacy, I have several other studios in this Westin resort that have 100% private smaller balconies. www.charlierentsbeavercreek.com/gallery
The location is great. The property needs an overhaul and should be upgraded. The bed has a saggy and worn top pad, meaning that the bed needs an overhaul. The tea kettle was moldy and had old coffee filters. The carpet is well worm and shabby. The added fees are a thing...Don't forget about the resort fees ($60/night) and the parking fees ($45/night).

Thank you for your review. The bed has been replaced and condo painted and several other upgrades have been made. Thiis condo is the only studio located inside the westin resort on VRbO that has a large patio and faces the pool and beaver creek mountain.

Great Retreat for Hiking Vacation
We spent a week at Charlie's private room, suite 140. It was the perfect size for three people, was well stocked, and you could walk right out onto a spacious patio overlooking the pool. Also, being on the first floor made it very convenient for getting in and out and about. Any minor issues we had were just a text away from Charlie ensuring that everything was taken care of. We hiked every day and looked forward to this luxurious retreat to melt away the aches of the days hiking experience. The only drawback is the Westin applied resort fee of $25/day plus the valet parking fee of $30/day, but these are outside of Charlie's control and the valet staff works very hard, is friendly and efficient (particularly Tony). Overall, a great experience!

Best studio location in the Westin!
Ive stayed at the Westin several times before but booked on the Westin website at a MUCH higher price and still had pay the resort/parking fee. I was a little worried that something would be not quite right booking thru CHARLIE at a big discount or that I would not be able to use all of the amenities, but NOT TO WORRY! Everything was the same and I did get to use all the amenities including the ski valet and boot valet and luxury shuttle to Vail and BC Village.
This studio has a fireplace, kitchentte, and has a great large private patio with a large table for 4 and 4 chairs overlooking the pool and BC Mountain and just steps to the public fire pit for roasting SMORES every night! We will be back and request this same studio. Thank you!

Property is not holding standards of what it has been in the past. Needs alot of updating
This has always been our favorite place to stay and we have been coming here for over 14 years. However, this time was different, we even questioned if the Westin had been bought out due to all the differences. The lobby when you first walk in did not have the smell of the Westin that everyone has come to know and love. The shuffleboard table that so many families loved to play in the lobby had been removed. This shuffleboard gave families something else to do as they sat in the lobby and had dinner, drinks or just passing time for bad weather. They should have never removed it. The Westin has always been known to be a dog loving hotel, there were new signs put up in lobby saying service dogs only...what a shame. The overall look of the hotel was not as clean and neat or as impressive as it normally was. The staff wasn't as friendly, a couple of servers in the dining areas were great but overall not up to par. Truly disappointed this time and not sure if we will return to this location

Much smaller room and balcony was not private
The Westin is a wonderful hotel with many amenities; I will definitely stay there again. Great service throughout the hotel - loved the pool and fitness center!
However, I would not choose this unit again. Our balcony was shared with outside seating for guests at the hotel, therefore there was zero privacy. My husband wanted to keep the blinds closed the entire time we were there because there were people right outside the window who could (and did) look into our room. The fire pit seemed to always be occupied, so good luck trying to roast marshmallows, which we had all the materials for but no chance to use them.
Also, the fridge froze our food, but there were no settings to turn the temperature down. On the last night, while we were sleeping, a can of bubbly water exploded in the fridge.
The coffee pot that's listed isn't a real coffee pot; it's one of those that makes one cup at a time but doesn't use K-Cups. So we went to the onsite Starbucks every morning. The bed had about 4-5 inches of pillow top on it and was not good for my back. I am home now with a sore back. Wish I could have taken the pillow top off but there was not place to put it. The room was quite small.
Disappointed in this unit, and I would not rent it again.

We strive to have happy guests! I wish she would have let us know about the issues because we live 10 minutes away and could’ve come over to adjust the temperature on her refrigerator and bring her additional coffee pods. We use the same coffee maker that the other 200 rooms in this Westin resort uses. The refrigerator temperature dial is located below the door and is very easy to adjust! If you read the other reviews, most guests feel that this studio location is the best in the entire resort. It is one of the only studios that faces the pool and there are planter barriers that separate your private large patio from the public patio.
We’ve stayed at the Westin many times and my only issue is that charges at the hotel for meals parking etc are not credited for my bonvoy account

I am a local and can answer questions about restaurants, night clubs, where to ski, what to do.
Why they chose this property
Love the luxury, amenities, and service of the Brand Name Resort & Spa. I love having BOTH a ski valet AND a boot valet/storage. I enjoy the live music in the lobby in season.
What makes this property unique
One of the few studios facing the pool and inner courtyard. It has a great Beaver Creek Mountain view from the large deck.
