Our stay at Rita and Franco's home was so perfect. The house is beautiful and so serene. The area near the home has the best beaches in Sardinia and Franco was very helpful in guiding us to go to the less touristy, more local beaches, restaurants and hikes. Rita and Franco were very accommodating to us and made us feel right at home. The surrounding of the house is so calm, between olive trees, and the outdoor area was just perfect for barbequing and eating outside once the weather cools down a bit. The rooms also have A/C which is very nice as it can get quite hot in sardinia. All in all, our stay was incredible and we can't recommend this house enough. Thank you Rita and Franco!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rita’s beautiful property outside of Olbia. The house is set on a gorgeous, incredibly well-maintained property that feels peaceful and private. Rita lives on-site and was available to answer any questions. She was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome while also giving us plenty of privacy. The side apartment would be great to rent if you needed more space. The house was perfect for our group of three couples. There are so many different seating areas that we could all spend time together, have meals, share lots of laughs and great conversations, or find a quiet spot for some alone time. We especially enjoyed the terrace in the evenings, the hammock and all the little places around the property where you could relax or take a nap. The coal-burning bbq was another highlight. And then there are the cats! There are quite a few who live on the property, and they are clearly very well cared for. They added so much character and made it even more fun to spend time outside. We had such a wonderful time here and made some great memories. It was the kind of place where you actually want to spend time at the house rather than just use it as a place to sleep. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a group of friends or couples looking for a beautiful, relaxed and very special place to stay in Sardinia.

Wonderful spacious place to stay

The house and the garden are absolutely amazing and very well maintained. We loved the interior decoration and the many cosy places inside and outside of the apartment. Many thanks to Franco who took great care of us during our stay! He also recommended some very good restaurants (Lu Stazzu and a Pizzeria in San Pantaleo) which we loved a lot. We would have liked to stay longer and we will definitely come back again. It“s a great location if you would like to explore the Costa Smeralda, the beaches, Olbia etc. by car.
