Walking distance to many restaurants including: Buffalo Wild Wings, TGI Fridays, Quaker Steak and Lube, Texas Roadhouse, Applebees, Fuddruckers and many more. The condo has room for eight guests and has all new furnishings. A new washer and dryer is provided along with a furnished kitchen. Easy trip to Dollywood from the condo. The master and second bedroom have king beds and the other bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The condo was right in the middle of all the entertainment only a short drive away. Walkable is a Regal movie theater, a zoo, Books a million store and Buffalo WW all in walking distance. 3 bedrooms were very nice plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Great little view of a creek outside the window. Only thing I will need warning is it's on the 5 th floor so if climbing starts are a problem take note. We had no issues with the stairs. Would rent again. Thanks from this family.

Another great stay at Riverside Condos

We have stayed in this condo high rise several times in two different units and this visit was just as great. Centrally located, but off the main parkway with amazing views from the balcony and a pool for cooling off in! We always feel safe here and appreciate the spaciousness of the 3 bedroom unit.

This condo was perfect for our vacation needs. It was conveniently located (super easy to bypass strip traffic going to Dollywood). Plenty of room for 4 adults and two small children!
