Two-story house, very nice location, 10-12 people, 5 bedrooms (on the second floor, to access the bedroom with double bed you have to go through the bedroom with bunk bed, therefore ideal for parents with children) (+ on the 1st floor : 1 landing room with 1 convertible sofa, DVD player), 2 double beds, 4 single beds, 1 bunk bed. Cot + travel cot. Very well equipped kitchen, dining room, TV room, reading room with a cassette (insert), veranda, 4 toilets (one in each shower room + 1 independent), 1 shower room (sink), a bathroom bath (corner bath), shower room. Private garden directly overlooking the pedestrian quay. 50m2 terrace with bay view, garden furniture, barbecue. Parking possible in the interior courtyard. 200 m from the old town and the Saint Valery shopping center.

House is great for families, although stairs are steep. baby gate provided.right in the middle of a lovely town. Lots to do and see. small beach, although water not suitable for swimming. other beaches nearby.

We stayed here for a weekend friends catch up . So much fun . Property worked really well . We love the area and the location of this property is perfect . I only marked down on Family friendly category as I imagine the stairs could be challenging for some age groups . Lots of comfortable rooms and good dining area . The outside area was lovely , would love to visit again in warm weather , was an ideal area for bbq . We were met with a friendly welcome and checked out with a lovely goodbye . Many thanks for our stay

Charming house and nice location

We had a beautiful week in this big, charming house. The kids loved it as well. The village is also really nice. The kitchen was not really clean when we got there,and there was a strange smell, but nothing we couldn’t solve with some soap and a candle. We enjoyed our stay !

Gorgeous 19th century mansion on the edge of the town centre

I stayed here for a week with my partner and toddler, and my parents. The house is arranged over three floors with two double bedrooms, two bedrooms with two single beds and a room with bunk beds. The house is well equipped for a young child: changing table, cot, high chair and potty. The house is in a perfect location with a large garden backing right onto the river promenade. We had a lovely stay.

Beautiful house and location

We had a fantastic time at this house! Plenty of space for all of us. There were badminton racquets that the kids made lots of use of in the garden and everything we needed throughout the house. The kitchen was very well equipped! The location is fantastic, a short walk to bakeries, butchers and lovely shops and a market set up on the walkway at the end of the garden a few times during the week. Would definitely recommend.

Great house accommodating all our holiday needs!

We had a great multi-generational family holiday here. The house is so well equipped, with an amazing warren of rooms and good spots (inside and out) to relax. There’s always a possibility of a spot in the sun, as well as cool spots too. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace watching the world go by. Everything is so accessible in St Valery-sur-Somme, lovely to have Sunday market almost outside the front door, and even the large supermarket is possible to walk to (25 mins); we hardly used the cars! The two-day train pass is really good value. We had a good welcome and introduction to the house by Madame Hibon, and it was easy to find. On a practical note, we liked that everything can be recycled, but it did take us time and to find a glass recycling point! (It’s in the Parking at Place du Jeu de Battoir). We’d highly recommend staying! The only thing that would stop us booking again would be if one of us could no longer climb the stairs (they are quite steep).

Une vraie maison de famille où il fait bon vivre ensemble. Nos enfants et petits-enfants étaient enchantés à l'avance et ils l'ont été encore plus sur place. Ce sera un fabuleux souvenir. L'idée de revenir se fait déjà jour dans les têtes.

Belle villa à un emplacement IDÉAL pour profiter de la baie de somme !! Nous avons passé un week-end entre 11 amis fin octobre et nous avons eu la chance d’avoir du beau temps, nous avons donc pu profiter à fond. La villa est confortable, tout est d’une propreté impeccable, les sanitaires et wc sont en quantité très adaptés pour 12 personnes. La cuisine est bien équipée mais le frigo est petit pour 12 personnes, un second frigo serait le bienvenu dans l’arrière cuisine. C’est dommage qu’il y ait des espaces perdus (arrière cuisine, annexe). La terrasse est très sympa avec la vue sur la baie.

Maison ancienne charmante et typique d'époque avec beaucoup de petites pièces et coins lecture. C'est parfait pour des vacances en famille même s'il faut un peu trouver ses habitudes et son chemin au début. Belle terrasse avec vue sur la digue et la baie. Nous n'avons manqué de rien dans la maison. Il y avait tous les équipements et commodités auxquels on peut penser. La situation est exceptionnelle : à côté de la digue piétonne, proche de boulangeries, restaurants, poissonnier, marché. Proche du petit train vapeur et des randonnées vers la baie.

Maison ancienne de caractère très bien décorée,très bien équipée, même pour les tout-petits. Une terrasse très agréable avec vue et accès sur les quais de la Somme. Excellent placement de la maison au coeur de St Valery-sur-Somme

Nous avons réservé pour un week-end de trois jours à St Valery-sur-Somme. 9 adultes 56-74 ans.Points positifs :- excellent emplacement au coeur de la ville pour tout faire à pied (marché à 30 m / boutiques et restaurants à 200 m / point de départ de randonnées - ville et alentours magnifiques - beaucoup de choses à faire et à visiter- maison relativement spacieuse - équipement OK- on a pu garer 4 voitures dans la courPoints négatifs:- propreté moyenne - logement prévu pour 12 personnes mais 4 chambres et 2 salles d'eau seulement - Table pour 8 personnes max (nous étions serrés à 9)- ensemble vieillot qui mériterait une rénovation et surtout un réagencement des espaces- Belle terrasse mais très éloignée de la cuisine - Grande "véranda" vitrée qui pourrait être une magnifique salle à manger avec vue sur la baie mais encombrée de poubelles, bric-à-brac...- Draps et serviettes non compris dans la location

Magnifique séjour en famille

La localisation était parfaite. Proche de toutes les commodités, de la plage, du port, etc...La maison au bord du canal est juste un petit endroit de paradis. Très bien équipée, rien ne manque pour passer un séjour des plus agréable. Très bel acceuil à notre arrivée. Un grand merci pour la disponibilité et la gentillesse des propriétaires. Séjour très agréable entre amis

Nous avons passé un super week-end entre amis dans cette magnifique maison de Saint-Valéry-sur-Somme. Idéale avec les nombreuses chambres, parfaitement située avec son accès direct sur la digue, très proche de tous les commerces et du marché le dimanche. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et réactifs. Nous recommandons fortement.
