The villa is ideally located, in a quiet location, comfortable, original construction on 3 half-levels. On the ground floor the living area: living room, kitchen and an 80m2 terrace with direct access to the pool, on the 1st 1/2 level : 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with wc and an independent wc and on the 2nd 1/2 level: a parental suite with adjoining bathroom and wc. The decoration is neat. Near the sea and 4 sandy beaches, in a protected natural site, on the Caravelle peninsula.
3 sandy beaches are within walking distance (200m, 400m, 800m) and the 4th is a beach renowned for the practice of surfing and is located 1km away. Many restaurants are within walking distance in the fishing village of Tartane and the Caravelle is a delight for hikers.

Great place for family vacation

Excellent location. Intimate garden with private pool. Great outdoor lounge area, perfect for great time with family. Kitchen is functional although tools could be freshened up a bit. Sylvie, the manager, was very responsive.

Un endroit absolument merveilleux ! Le logement est idéalement situé, tout près de la plage et de toutes les commodités. Sylvie a été incroyablement gentille et accueillante dès notre arrivée. La maison est très confortable, parfaitement équipée, et nous avions absolument tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Les hôtes ont été extrêmement réactifs et attentionnés, prenant régulièrement contact avec nous pour s’assurer que tout se déroulait à merveille. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel et en garderons de magnifiques souvenirs !

Merci beaucoup Veronika pour votre commentaire qui nous a fait tellement plaisir. De notre côté nous pouvions que mattre des etoiles. Après 21 ans en Martinique , nous mettons notre maison en vente l'an prochain pour etre plus souvent proches de nos enfants et nos 7 petits enfants qui grandissent trop vite. Cela va etre tres difficile pour nous de quitter la Martinique mais nous y retournerons souvent. Tous mes meilleurs pour la nouvelle année. Santé et bonheur à vous et vitre famille.

Location superbe. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, 3 wc à l’étage. Au rez de chaussée, grande pièce de vie avec cuisine et terrasse très agréable et bien aménagée, avec vue sur les cannes à sucre. Le jardin est très joli, la décoration de la maison très sympa. La piscine est le plus! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.À refaire sans hésiter si l’occasion se représente !!!

Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Pascale und Sylvie für die super freundliche Unterstützung rundum unsere Ferienreise. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, sehr umfassend ausgestattet und hat neben vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten einen traumhaft schönen Garten mit Pool. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wenn Fragen waren, wurden uns diese überaus rasch und freundlich beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen. VIELEN DANK 0))

Superbe séjour aux Antilles. La maison est idéale, propre, spacieuse, une piscine très agréable et une proximité quasi immédiate avec la plage.La maison est parfaitement adaptée pour les enfants. Magnifique, Proche de la plage. Quartier paisible, beau cadre. Manque un petit barbecue. La piscine ne filtre pas suffisamment et Manque de moyens pour nettoyer le fond de celle-ci.

Nous sommes un peu surpris par rapport à la piscine. Nous disposons d'un robot. Vous auriez dû nous en parler, nous aurions fait un nettoyage supplémentaire. C'est probablement dû au sable du Sahara qui se dépose.

Maison accueillante et chaleureuse dans laquelle on prend tout de suite ses marques.. Tout est à disposition, les pécheurs et commerces sont à proximité à pieds. Maison très bien équipée, cadre splendide, proche d'une belle plage, piscine parfaite pour un retour de randonnée ou démarrer la journée. Accueil humain chaleureux , contact avec les propriétaires facile . Bref un excellent séjour ! On recommande !

Perfect, Relaxing Stay!!

This home is well kept, in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautifully landscaped yard, and has most everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. It is a short walk to a great restaurant “French Coco” and to a beautiful beach. The small town with many restaurants, small stores and an amazing bakery are also in walking distance. A car is needed to enjoy the beautiful area with many beaches, hiking trails, and amazing sites. Although the house, pool and yard are smaller than I thought in pictures, it is perfect for 5 or 6 adults . The owner of the home is great and very helpful, he speaks French, German and English. The caretaker only speaks French, thankfully the owner has a book in all three languages about the home and the area. We would strongly recommend this home and the relaxing beauty of Tartane, Martinique!

La maison est très confortable, très propre et parfaitement bien équipée. Elle est très bien située, proche de la plage et du village de Tartane (il y a également une supérette pas très loin). Quartier très calme. La piscine est très bien pensée, un vrai avantage pour terminer les journées en douceur à la maison. Il y a même une douche extérieure pour se rincer après la plage ! Les propriétaires sont charmants et très à l'écoute. Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis, avec de gentilles attentions ! Nous recommandons particulièrement cette location !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette jolie maison, très agréable et confortable. La maison est très bien située, aux abords de jolies plages, et tout en étant dans un petit quartier résidentiel, elle reste très prés du centre du petit village qui offre son charme typique et toutes les commodités. L'accueil fût parfait et les propriétaires forts sympathiques. La piscine est de taille tout à fait correcte et nous en avons bien profité! L'intérieur comme l'extérieur de la maison offrent confort, praticité, et un esthétisme convivial. Aucun point négatif à relever!
