About this property

Promotion! Villa of 50m2 at the foot of Ste Baume with private pool

Charming T2 located 200m from the city center of Gemenos, fully equipped and air conditioned. This single storey has a terrace with shaded garden furniture as well as a private swimming pool (12x5m) only reserved for our tenants.

This independent villa is adjoining the owners' house who will remain discreet during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, extractor host, gas hob, coffee maker + toaster.

We have in the living room two sofas including a convertible sofa for 2 people with TV + WIFI + DVD player + Game console with games and joysticks.

The master bedroom has a double bed for 2 people with a dressing wardrobe.

The bathroom consists of a closed shower, a small bathroom cabinet with sink and a toilet.

Private parking in the closed and secure property.

Optional cleaning on request invoiced 50 €.
