in Pont Saint Esprit, ideally located at the crossroads of Gard (Pont du Gard and Cévennes), Ardèche (Gorges de l'Ardèche), Vaucluse (Festival d'Avignon) and Drôme (Grignan), charming villa new quiet area, 180m2, 3000m2 of fenced wooded grounds with landscaped garden and breathtaking view of the vineyard, its entire terraces of 130 m2, large shaded terrace of 100m2, 9x5 fenced pool with submerged beach, 2 car shelter, 1km from downtown and countryside
it is important to specify that the villa is almost on one level. indeed all the main rooms are on the ground floor: kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets. access to the first floor is only a sitting area with sofas and desk; therefore an infant may be prohibited.

Idyllic, tranquil and beautiful

The photos of this villa are beautiful, but in reality it's even more spectacular! The villa, garden and pool were bigger than we expected and all designed and equipped to a really high standard. The interior of the villa was really luxurious, we felt very spoilt! The villa is situated at the end of a private road and has glorious views of the surrounding countryside, and a feeling of seclusion, not being overlooked at all. Our hosts, Sandrine and Julien were very kind and helpful, and made us feel extremely welcome. The local area is just beautiful. We recommend visiting St Martin for a lovely riverside beach and lots of great places to eat. The night street food and local wine and beer market at St Gervais with live music was magical. If you like wine, you can't move for good quality vineyards in this area. We also visited the caves at Grotto de Salamandre which are breathtaking and fascinating. The iconic Pont d'arc is a 45 minute drive away through beautiful scenery. I wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Sandrine and Julien, we hope to come back as soon as we can!

Parfait

Une priorité splendide, dans un cadre idyllique. Au calme en bout d’impasse avec vue sur les vignes, la maison est très jolie et fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite. La piscine est idéale avec une petite plage. Les propriétaires sont vraiment à l’écoute et connaissent très bien les alentours. Nous recommandons vraiment cette maison.

Très belle maison bien placée.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui ont été de bon conseil. Très belle maison fonctionnelle avec 3 terrasses et vue sur la campagne et le vignoble. A recommander sans problème..

Jolie propriété au calme,, dans une région magnifique

Séjour très zen en famille dans cette magnifique propriété, au calme, sans aucun vis-à-vis, avec une vue imprenable sur les vignes et la campagne. Nombreux villages à visiter à proximité et nature magnifique. Beaucoup d'activités (kayak, ballades dans les arbres, tyroliennes ...) pour ceux qui le désirent Maison confortable avec de nombreux endroits où l'on peut se poser. Plusieurs terrasses et petits coins relax. Piscine très sympa. Barbecue et plancha à disposition. Chambres fonctionnelles et salles de bain très bien équipées. Propriétaire très disponible et pleine de bons conseils pour passer un séjour gourmand ou curieux. Aucun point négatif pour notre part ... sauf que le séjour était trop court :-)

Wunderschön und erholsam

Wir haben wunderschöne und erholsame Urlaubstage in der Villa verbracht. Die Austattung ist super, der Pool und die Terrassen laden zum Relaxen ein. Jeder findet sein Lieblingsplätzchen. Der Blick auf die Weinberge und Hügel in der Umgebung ist spektakulär! Sehr ruhig und erholsam und trotzdem zentral gelegen, man ist sofort in der Stadt und es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die zahlreichen Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Unsere Gastgeberin Sandrine hat uns herzlich willkommen und uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Markus und Familie

Belle location, conforme aux indications. Les prestations sont au rendez-vous, le cadre est magnifique et la villa est fonctionnelle et très agréable. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute tout en restant discrets. A refaire !

Vacances idéals au calme

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances dans un cadre magnifiques, au calme, dans les vignobles. La maison est exactement tel que reflété par las photos. Point important : lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous nous sommes sentis directement comme chez nous. Les terrasses sont particulièrement appréciés, pour le soleil le matin et l'ombre le midi. Nous reviendrons, c'est sur.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette magnifique villa. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil. La villa est calme et très bien située. La piscine a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands! On en a pris plein les yeux pendant une semaine.

Calme parfait

Partage les 4 avis précédents. Locataire très sympathique et arrangeante. Maison et piscine très agréables, situées tout près du centre et tout de même très tranquilles. Le seul bruit qui nous a accompagné durant les 2 semaines était le chant des cigales et le bruissement des feuille sous le mistral. Alors, avis à ceux qui recherche la paix...!

Magnifique et agréable ma...

Magnifique et agréable maison, conforme à l'annonce, dans un endroit calme et sans vis à vis. Piscine très agréable et maison meublée avec goût. Environnement idéal pour ballades, près des gorges de l'Ardèche et propriétaire très accueillante et sympathique. Une semaine de rêve et une maison que nous recommandons vivement ! Merci Sandrine !

Très belle villa spacieus...

Très belle villa spacieuse qui nous a séduit par sa tranquillité, luminosité, vues superbes, grande piscine, terrasses, etc. En plus un accueil très chaleureux. Bref, à recommander!
