Just 20 minutes from Healdsburg Plaza, 30 minutes to Bodega Bay, 40 minutes to Sonoma and less than 10 minutes to Sebastopol or the Russian River and Redwoods. Villa Vernazza, one of the premier vineyard estates in Sonoma County is surrounded by 55 acres of premium Pinot Noir Vineyards in the Russian River appellation. As you approach the Villa through 1/4 mile of vineyards up the stately gated drive the image of Mount St. Helena and surrounding hills awaits in the distance. The picturesque Villa grows into view as you grasp the scope of this sprawling single level nearly 6,000 sq. ft. vineyard estate. The entire home and property offer access without a single step to climb so that everyone regardless of age can enjoy their stay. The grand entrance boasts an 18 foot high sunlit foyer adorned with fine tapestries. An immense great room awaits with abundant seating, a baby grand piano and a dining area with seating for 12 that is open to a wonderful gourmet kitchen fit for the most discriminating chef. There is also additional seating for 8 for casual dining at 2 counters.

There are 4 beautiful master suites with king sized beds and full baths en suite. A family room with game table and a large flat screen HD TV has a sofa sleeper and can be used as a fairly private 5th bedroom on the east wing. There is also a study in the west wing with another HD flat screen TV and sofa sleeper that can be closed off from the main living space to be used as a 6th bedroom.

Outdoors you will have the option of a walled courtyard with small ponds and a huge fire feature in front or the beautiful back yard with a large, heated pool and built in spa. A large BBQ grill is great for outdoor cooking while you take in the views of the vineyards, horses and mount St. Helena. There is also a large lawn of grass for lounging and games. A truly amazing property.

All of our vacation rentals are completely stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware and consumable supplies like toilet paper; paper towels; shampoo & conditioner; bath, dish hand and laundry soaps; various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. Additional fees apply to heat pool October through April. The hot tub is heated at no additional charge all year. All houses are non-smoking indoors.

This is an amazing property for family and friends to gather but it is NOT a party house! Amplified music is not allowed outdoors at vacation rentals in the County and there are cameras that monitor parking areas and decimal meters that alert us to excessive noise. Quiet time for this County is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups that abuse these rules will be subject to immediate eviction and could be subject to large fines and potential legal action.
