Crystal Waters offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and lakeside beauty in the heart of Keuka Lake. With six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and room for up to 12 guests, this retreat is ideal for families and groups looking to enjoy everything the Finger Lakes has to offer.

The home's main living area is warm and inviting, with plenty of natural light, reclining chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen that makes mealtimes easy. Upstairs features a master suite with a king bed and private bath, along with two queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The lower level adds three more bedrooms, another full bath, and walkout access to the lake.

Step outside to enjoy two spacious decks, complete with outdoor seating and gas grills for summer cookouts. With 100 feet of natural lakefront, a private dock with swim ladder, and a gentle shoreline entry, days are filled with swimming, kayaking, and boating. Evenings are best spent by the beachside fire pit, where you can roast marshmallows or simply take in the sunset.

Located near Hammondsport and the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, Crystal Waters combines convenience with relaxation. Pet-friendly and designed for comfort, it's the perfect setting for your next Finger Lakes getaway.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs under 20 lbs each allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
