This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It is the perfect size for my husband and I. We lovr that it's in the middle of nowhere yet not to far to go to town. The views are amazing. The property is always clean and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back again!
This was the perfect place to really relax and enjoy the scenery. We are moving to area and so this little cabin was a great place to try out the area in.
Great cabin, beautiful setting on the back porch drinking morning coffee. It wasn’t right in town which is what we wanted and not to far away as well. We will most definitely use again in the future if available.
The property was roomy, clean and had an excellent view. We saw mule deer, turkeys, many different birds, butterflies, and flowers. The sound of the running creek was nice. Do be aware that the driveway is basically a dirt road. My RAV4 made it just fine with careful driving.
This property is exactly as billed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience old style western Wyoming living. A great place and very enjoyable.

Watching wildlife early in the mornings and late in the evening was great.
Beautiful country side very private. Cabin clean and had everything you'd need for your stay. Was a little further than we thought to Yellowstone but the drive on 296 was well worth it, plus we weren't in a big hurry lol.
First thing, VRBO insisted that I rate the skiing at this location. We did not ski, we weren't there to ski, and there was no snow. Now to the review - the location was gorgeous and very private. The cabin was very nice and the kitchen was well-appointed. Unfortunately, it seems maybe the cabin hadn't been used in a while and needed spruced up (cobwebs, dust in the shower, floors needed swept). It wasn't dirty per say, just needed freshened up. The driveway is dirt and you will need a vehicle that has good ground clearance. I don't think a regular car could make it without damage. Overall, we would stay here again.
We absolutely loved this property ❤️ it was the best way to spend out last 2 nights out west! The views are just amazing and the house is so cute and cozy. We just stayed there the ehole time, spent a lot of time on the porch. Definitely will be back! Thank you!!
Absolute perfect location when visiting the area. The house was perfect for my husband and myself with our fur butts. Such an amazing area full of wildlife and fantastic fishing. The owners went all out with the cowboy decor. We did walk in to a surprise of hundreds of flies in the house. The previous guests did not take their trash to the street as they were told to in the instructions. They stored tge trash in the garage. We ended up having a great contest of fly killing. The managment company was very quick in removing the trash, which we appreciated. This was of no fault of them or tge owners. The only thing I would suggest, is to fix the front porch as there were many exposed nails and boards popping.
Cabin was immaculately clean. We enjoyed the full kitchen and guest laundry. Area was quiet. Mule deer visit early in the morning. Only improvements/ suggestions would be to get the driveway paved or gravel put in. After it rained it was nearly impossible in a non 4WD vehicle. Also getting a smart tv or satellite. DVDs were a nice option as they had plenty of selection. Overall great stay.
This cabin was very charming. It a good ways off of the main highway, quiet, peaceful, bountiful with wildlife, and great view of the beartooth mountains. It was nice to sit outside in the evening watching the sun set while listening to the running water in the creek. It is a bit of drive to Yellowstone from this cabin but there are other natural beauties near by as well. My only down thing about this property was the lack of pans to cook with. We prefer to cook our own food and there was only one 4 quart pot to cook with. It took some time and coordination for to cook a meal once we returned from sightseeing.
This was our 2nd stay at this property. It fits our needs well- it’s pet friendly ( they even had a blanket labeled dog blanket). There is a covered back porch which looks out to a gorgeous Mountain View which is the highlight for me. It’s very quiet- I don’t know how many acres but you don’t “feel” any neighbors. There are tv options (we did watch Thursday night football with the Chiefs) but other than that the tv remained off for us. There’s a very nice book selection including travel guides and novels as well as games. There is a garage but we did not use it but there are 3 grills in the garage from which to choose. The bed is a Queen and very comfortable. There is no closet in the bedroom but there is a dresser and a large closet off the living room to store your clothes and gear. It’s fairly close yo Cody and therefore Yellowstone. You cannot beat the scenery.
