The house is situated in a place of absolute beauty at the foot of Mount Sparagio up about 1110 m is the highest point of the province of Trapani, a short walk from the castle of Baida, built on a small elevation overlooking the modern village of Balata Baida.
Lovely little house for those who love the sea, nature, art and comfort thanks to its strategic location allows you to reach in 5 minutes the bay of Guidaloca, Scopello and the fascinating Zingaro Nature Reserve and in half an hour you can visit San Vito lo Capo, Erice, Trapani and the Egadi. Also you can reach Segesta with its wonderful greek theater of Segesta and spas where you can enjoy a hot bath of well-being.
The villa has a private garden, with a beautiful veranda, barbecue and pizza oven; it also contains a built-in kitchen with oven, microwave, iron, refrigerator, washing machine and TV with a cozy living room and a bathroom; the bedroom is in a loft where there is a room with two beds and a double room from here you can see through a large window a beautiful view.
A few steps from the house there is a riding that allows you to go for walks in the mountains and along the coast of Scopello; for lovers of good food there are typical restaurants and excellent pizzerias.

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit unseren beiden Kindern dort und haben uns von Anfang an richtig wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön. Ruhig, privat und doch ist man in wenigen Minuten an tollen Stränden.Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders die Outdoor-Küche war für uns ein Highlight – perfekt, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen.Anna war super hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Der Check-in und Check-out waren total entspannt und unkompliziert.Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Auszeit für uns als Familie. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

Ein schönes Haus. Es hat ein großes Außengelände mit einigen schattigen Stellen und super Ausblick. Problematisch einzig die Zufahrt üner einen z.T. hubbeligen Feldweg mit vielen spitzen Steinen... Je nach Leihwagen, den man hat, nicht ganz ohne.

La villetta è situata in una posizione incantevole abbracciata dal Monte Sparagio e ventilata. Si trova in una posizione invidiabile poiché vicina ai luoghi di maggiore interesse e la signora Anna, maestra di eleganza, ha arredato la casa in modo impeccabile! Complimenti!

Das Haus ist toll gelegen, man hat absolute Ruhe dort. Es ist super sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, das es dort kein Wifi gibt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße an Anna

La casa dei sogni.... Perchè????? Credevamo che non esistesse invece dopo esserci stati e aver potuto gioire di tutte le bellezze che ci hanno circondato in questa vacanza possiamo dire che la casa dei sogni esiste veramente e con essa anche la fantastica vacanza che ci ha accompagnati. All'inizio la nostra scelta tra tutte le proprietà della gentilissima e straordinaria signora Anna era caduta su un bellissimo attico nel complesso Arcobaleno a Castellammare del Golfo. Poi abbiamo optato per questa incantevole villetta alle pendici della montagna dotata di ogni possibile e inimmaginabile confort dentro e fuori!!! Non potete immaginare le enormi attenzioni che la signora Anna ha scrupolosamente adottato per rendere la permanenza nella villa il più gradevole e fantastico possibile. Siamo stati accolti da una cortesia disarmante e da una geniale e perfetta architettura studiata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Massima pulizia e cura negli accessori in dotazione, perfetta rispondenza alla descrizione oltre ogni aspettativa. Posizione strategica per visitare tutte le spiagge e le bellezze di questa meravigliosa terra. Dopo una giornata di mare, il relax che dona questo posto è straordinario assieme alla brezza che rinfresca le calde serate siciliane. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Anna che considera i suoi ospiti come degli amici. Ci mancano tantissimo le serate passate nella veranda a guardare le stelle dopo aver gustato ottime grigliate. Un abbraccio alla signora Anna e al marito da Cristiano e Laura. Speriamo a presto!

Vacanza indimenticabile!!!

Come sentirsi a casa nonostante i 1500 km di distanza? Beh basta andare ad alloggiare nella villetta di Anna e Giuseppe. Abbiamo trovato una casa molto accogliente e pulita. I proprietari sono persone molto gentili e cordiali. Siamo stati proprio bene, la casa è completa di tutti i comfort anche più del previsto. La posizione è stupenda, la location è molto rilassante e volendo girovagare per la Sicilia i percorsi sono molto comodi e a portata di mano. Vale la pena di provare!!!! Difficilmente si trova una casa vacanza così ben dotata. Bravi e complimenti ancora per il vostro buon gusto. Beautiful home in the mountains

We had a lovely 10 day stay in this beautiful house. It is nicely located in the middle of the beautiful mountains, surrounded by sheep and cows. Still it was also near some stunning beaches (12 minute drive) and the town center (20 minute drive). The house was comfortable and had everything you needed. Anna and her family were incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in case we needed anything. They like to become friends with the guests that are staying in their house and would sometimes spontaneously come by to see if everything was alright. It was a wonderful stay and we will miss the peaceful environment, the gorgeous view and Anna's warm, hospitable personality so much!

MERAVIGLIOSA VACANZA IN SICILIA

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villetta a luglio. Prima di tutto vogliamo ringraziare Anna e Giuseppe per la calorosa accoglienza e per le loro premure. Le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza e tranquillità del luogo. A pochi chilometri le spiaggie più belle della provincia, i siti archeologici più interessanti della zona, le città di Palermo, Trapani e Erice. Una vacanza meravigliosa che consigliamo a tutti.

Logement et accueil exceptionnel

La Villeta Castello di Baida est une maison très agréable, joliment décorée, très propre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un très bon séjour. Le jardin de la maison est également très bien agencé et permet de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur. Tout est prévu pour que le séjour se passe à merveille. Un véritable petit coin de paradis à la campagne à 10 minutes de Castellamare. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter la Sicile orientale (Trapani, Palerme, Ségeste, Marsala, Zingaro ...), et profiter des plages à proximité. L'accueil des propriétaires, Anna et Giuseppe et leurs enfants, a été exceptionnel, ce fut une très belle rencontre que nous n'oublierons pas. Anna et Giuseppe ont été très disponibles pour nous donner les meilleures informations pour notre séjour et toujours prêts à rendre service. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.
