Calme, verdure et histoire

Très grande propriété familiale, dans son jus, délicieusement surannée. Beaucoup de villages à visiter dans un périmètre de 25 km, entre Lot et Garonne et Gers. Parfait pour déconnecter en tribu.

Très bon séjour

Une très belle demeure atypique qui a plein de charme, un grand terrain, assez loin de la ville pour être tranquille et au calme mais assez prêt pour avoir toutes les commodités à proximité. Proche également de différents points d'intérêts : activités pour les plus jeunes, beaux villages... Accueil chaleureux, propriétaire à l'écoute.

Excellent séjour à Nérac

Nous avons passé de bons moments dans cette belle et spacieuse demeure ancienne et son jardin arboré. Nous étions nombreux mais jamais à l’étroit. Une mention spéciale pour la grande cuisine et la gentillesse de l’accueil.

Très belle découverte, grande maison au milieu des champs. Nerac a 10 minutes, son château, ses commerces et de quoi se restaurer et se désaltérer. Une très belle piscine pour des volley disputés! Belle expérience Merci

Hemos pasado unos días en esta magnifica casa. La casa es aun más bella que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. Esta llena de detalles auténticos con aire romántico de otro tiempo. Es muy amplia y cómoda, no hemos echado nada en falta. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos con la única pega de estar tan a gusto que hemos dejado poquísimo tiempo para hacer turismo. Large roomy house full of character. Plenty of room for multiple families to enjoy time together.

Four of our families got together for a wedding in Nerac. The house was perfect accommodation for all of us (10 + a little one). The large kitchen, dining and sitting areas were perfect to get together, but the wonderful Gascogne sun meant most of our time was spent outside around the pool or outdoor table! Nerac has a lot to offer, including shops, restaurants, groceries and the market. A nearby winery with a picnic lunch and tour (Chateau du Frandat) and the dinner market on the Nerac waterfront were highlights. Marc's house is an excellent base for a Gascogne vacation ! Excellent séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié votre superbe maison cet été. Très rapidement, nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Cette demeure très attachante a une âme et l'on aimerait bien connaître son passé. Confortable et très spacieuse, nous étions 10 personnes et tout un chacun y a trouvé son coin de paradis. Le jardin et ses grands arbres sont enchanteurs. Cette maison doit être magique en hiver. Un très bel endroit pour de belles vacances.
