Nice 2 bedroom apartment, located in the historic and nerve center of Sanlúcar, and in turn very close to the beach, located in a small building of recent construction very quiet. It has a solarium terrace overlooking the beach and the Coto de Doñana. Excellent option to enjoy the city, next to the typical taverns where you can taste the famous Sanlúcar prawns, their fried fish, shrimp totillitas ..., as well as savor their excellent chamomiles and other unique wines.

Perfect location, spacious flat

Very spacious flat in a prime location, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The top floor terrace is very good, with clear views of a stork nest, which was very active. Rafael was most helpful, met us, took us to the flat and gave us good recommendations for restaurants. The flat is near the bus station, where you can catch buses to Jerez, Cadiz, El Puerto and Seville. There is a good Aldi nearby too.

Wir haben den Urlaub im Apartment sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral zu den Tapas-Bars. Auch wenn es draußen bis nachts sehr lebhaft ist, gewöhnt man sich schnell daran. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Buzzing Sanlucar

Our second visit to this Sanlucar apartment which is clean, well equipped and comfortable with a relaxing shaded terrace upstairs. It is only a few steps away from the busy Plaza del Cabildo which is packed with great tapas bars. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this is not for you but if you don’t mind the constant buzz of people enjoying themselves which can go on until the early hours, this is a brilliant place to stay

Drei fantastische Tage in Sanlucar

Wir waren von Freitag bis Montag in Sanlucar und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit von Angang an. Der Vermieter Rafael war bei unserer Ankunft sofort für uns da. Die Wohnung ist blitzeblank sauber, ist top ausgestattet, die Betten sind von guter Qualität und liegt mitten im Herzen der Stadt. Am Wochenende ist richtig was los, es gibt viele tolle Restaurants und fröhliche Menschen. Rafael ist supernett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren begeistert und werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen. Piso súper equipado, con camas cómodas, limpio, con todas las comodidades para sentirte como en casa. Sofá cama, de fácil apertura y cómodo. Hemos pasado tres semanas geniales, cerca de todo sin necesidad de utilizar el coche. Deseando repetir!!! Gracias Rafael !!!

Ein toller Ort!

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub! Das Appartement liegt mitten im Ort! Obwohl es sehr belebt und auch etwas lauter abends war, konnten wir super schlafen! Auch dank der Klimaanlage! Zum Strand war es auch nicht weit! Etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss! Die Restaurants am Plaza del Cabildo waren sehr lecker und günstig! Toll waren auch die Kellner in der Taberne Cabildo, die sich trotz unserer wenigen Spanischkenntnisse sehr bemüht haben! Alles in allem... wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great Location

The property is only a few steps away from the bustling Plaza del cabildo, which is packed with tapas bars. The local bus services are frequent and very reasonably priced. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and comfortable with a relaxing shaded terrace, accessed by a lift right next to the apartment. Being so central, it can get quite noisy but Rafael has remedied this considerably by adding an extra layer of double glazing. (We were there during the Jerez motorbike championships so the town was full of happy bikers and understandably the noise level increased somewhat). We would certainly recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.

Excelente apartamento en el mejor lugar

Apartamento ideal para pasar unos días en Sanlucar, situado en el centro de la ciudad junto a la Plaza del Cabildo. Todo lo interesante está a unos minutos andando, castillo, Palacio, playa......, además junto a las mejores tabernas para tapear. Muy bien equipado, cómodo y sobretodo muy limpio.

Sanlucar is a lively old town with many many tapas bars.The Cabildo square is magnificent and about 25 meters from the apartment it is about 200 from the beach The apartment is almost new with modern decor and everything worked perfectly. We would highly recommend it to our friends

Fue un placer estar en el apartamento de Rafael, todo estaba muy limpio, colocado y ordenado. No falta de nada, tienes todas las comodidades posibles y una magnifica terraza. Ademas Rafael es muy atento y nos dio unos buenos consejos sobre la ciudad

Destaco la amabilidad del propietario, de su hijo y del personal de la taberna Cabildo. Más céntrico imposible. Bien equipado. El aparcamiento cercano. El mercado a dos pasos, confitería a un paso, todo muy a mano. Algo ruidoso pues era Carnaval, pero soportable.
