Very nice view

I am very pleased that lived in this apartment. It is a nice apartment with a beautiful Port El Kantaoui view ! The location is perfect: the General shop and a lot of souvenir shops and cafes are near! The beach is 50 meter walk! The owner of the apartment replies to messages quickly. I arrived at night, but he met me and settled, thank you very much!

Chambre propre mais l'appartement est vétuste très bruyant les seuls heure de répit sont de 5h à 8h très peu de couvert de plus cassé des cafards piscine en travaux plage plient de déchets acceuil express sans aucune explication très décevant seul point positif très belle vue sur la Marina.de ce fait nous sommes partis le lundi 15/09 de l'appartement nous avons demandé un geste au propriétaire sans réponse de sa part deuxième debort.Taxi et commerçants sont des voleurs aucune information donner sur ce point .

Il y a eu plusieurs manquements graves de la part des locataires du séjour ​ L'appartement a été laissé dans un état de saleté, la poubelle n'a pas été descendu ou jeter à leur départ. Les locataires ont prétendu que l'appartement était vétuste, ce qui est factuellement faux. La propriété a été entièrement rénovée il y a seulement deux à trois mois et l'ensemble des équipements est neuf. Ils ont déposé un commentaire négatif injustifié concernant de prétendues nuisances sonores, de plus je n'ai jamais été informé de nuisances sonores de leur part que ce soit par message ou appel ce qui prouve la malhonnêtetéde ces personnes et leurs mensonges. Cet appartement est situé dans une zone piétonne très calme, en bord de mer, où toute nuisance sonore est quasi inexistante. Les locataires sont partis quatre jours avant la fin de leur séjour sans préavis. Ils ont quitté les lieux très tôt le matin et je n'en ai été informé que tard le soir, uniquement par message. De plus, ils ont laissé les clés dans un endroit non sécurisé juste devant l'appartement, mettant potentiellement la sécurité du bien en danger. Malgré la saleté constatée, le non-respect des procédures de départ et la mise en péril de la sécurité de l'appartement, ces locataires exigent un remboursement intégral de leur séjour, ce qui est totalement incroyable et honteux de leur part

Für ein paar Tage sehr gut geeignet

Schöner Blick auf den Yachthafen, Küche für Frühstück ausreichend, zum kochen zu wenig Geschirr ( muss auch nicht sein, man geht eh zum Essen) , Tipp, zum Kaffe mache, kleine Filter und Filterpapier mit bringen. Kontakt zu Vermieter war hervorragend. Wenn man die Ansprüche nicht hoch ansetzt, ( es ist eine einfache Unterkunft) dann sehr zu empfehlen.

Komme gerne wieder

Das Appartment ist klein und schnuckelig. Die Lage ist perfekt. Hafen, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles fussläufig erreichbar. Leider gibt es die ein oder anderen Mängel Wie zB ein kaputtes Bett oder eine defekte Herdplatte. Allerdings ist der Vermieter sehr sehr nett und versprach dieses zu beheben. Dann buche ich bestimmt gerne nochmal. Leider wegen der Mängel nur 4 Sterne, sonst wären es 5 geworden. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen :-)

Sehr empfehlenswert! Top lage!

Wir hatten einen super tollen aufenthalt. Das studio ist an bester lage: strand, hafen, erlebnisparks, shopping alles innerhalb von 5 min findbar. Das studio ist klein aber ideal für ein paar. Wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen und gehen gerne wieder.. Einziger nachteil: nicht so viel küchenutensilien dort.

Schöner Urlaub!

Das Apartment kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Es ist ein schnuckliges kleines Apartment für 2 Personen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ich war im Dezember/Januar im Apartment und hatte ab Mittag jeden Tag volle Sonnenschein am Balkon. Die Ausstattung ist super. Eine nette kleine Küche und ein schönes Bad. Direkt am Strand. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

FeWo mit Charme

Die FeWo befindet sich direkt im Hafen von Port el Kantaoui. Der feine Sandstrand ist nur 50m entfernt, ebenso einer der Pools der Anlage, der dem Nutzer ebenfalls kostenfrei zur Verfügung steht (Nachweis dass man die Wohnung gemietet hat notwendig). Die FeWo ist in einem guten, renovierten Zustand- was beileibe nicht immer der Fall in der Anlage ist. Hier jedoch hat der Eigentümer gut investiert. Küche mit Ceranfeld, Mikrowelle und eine modernen großer Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach. Das Bad besticht durch eine Wellness-Dusche vom Feinsten- auch hier ist investiert worden. Die mir bekannten ursprünglichen Fliesen und Einrichtungsgegenstände sind erneuert. Der Blick von der Terasse in den Hafen ist fantastisch- was jedoch im Sommer auch durchaus einen hohen Geräuschpegel der nahen Restaurants zu Folge haben kann. Mitten im Zentrum heisst eben auch mitten im Leben ;-). Die Übergabe der Schlüssel erfolgte sowohl bei An- als auch Abreise problemlos- alles gut. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es jedoch: mir persönlich fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine und die Anzahl von Tellern/Tassen und Besteck ist bei einer Belegung mit zwei Personen, die auch Essen zubereiten wollen, zu gering. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehleswertes Apartment. Thumbs up!

Séjour très agréable

Appartement très propre, très agréable pour profiter du port kantaoui. On est proche des commerces et de la plage dans l'ambiance tunisienne. Je recommande cette location à tout mon entourage qui veut visiter!! Le propriétaire est facilement joingnable. Je n'ai qu'une chose à dire hâte de revenir en vacance!!

excellent sejour

Endroit magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur le fameux port el kantaoui, nous avons passé 10 jours inoubliables. Plage à proximité,restaurants et boutiques très bon accueil, idéal pour 2 personnes. Je recommande.
