Located on the 1st floor, this 1 bedroom unit with a pull out sofa sleeper in the living room sleeps a maximum of 4 people.
Sheets, pillow cases and towels are not provided. The front porch offers a nice view of the bay with beautiful sunsets and park across the street with pickle ball courts, playgrounds and OC Skate Bowl. Just 2 short blocks to the beach, boardwalk and beach volleyball courts.
After a day at the beach, cool off at our tropical themed outdoor pool.
Free fishing pier on the bay - 1 block away.
Full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster,
10 cup drip coffee pot.
With plenty of pot/pans, dishes and utensils for cooking.
Free Wifi is available.
Just park the car and walk to many restaurants and activities or grab the bus 1 block away to go up town.
Newly remodeled, fresh paint and clean !
A small grocery store is on the corner and has just about anything you would need, including delicious breakfast sandwiches and subs.

We love everything about the Blue Lagoon! The location is perfect, the park is awesome. You can park your car and walk to so many awesome Downtown spots. Free fishing on the bay, the front porch might be my favorite and also 5 min walk to Dunkin on the boards (in-season)

My Favorite Place

This is our 3rd visit. It's just a great place to stay. It's clean and cozy. The location can't be beat. It is within walking distance to so much. Our small dog has always enjoyed his walks around the block and now across the street to a wonderful new playground. Looking forward to our next stay. We will return...my favorite place.

Sunfest 2024

My husband and I stayed here with our pup for Sunfest. So convenient to be able to walk to the inlet, but far enough away to not feel crowded. Great access to the park, bayside fishing pier, and the boardwalk.

My husband and I stayed here for the long weekend of the Country Calling 2025 festival. The condo was exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, easy self check in, parking pass was left as promised, and the unit was well appointed with comfortable furnishings, nice beachy decor and a good amount of utensils and cookware. The location was excellent- easily walkable to plenty of restaurants, bars and attractions, as well as the inlet area for the festival. Very quiet despite being located right in the heart of the busy downtown area. Good view of the bay and the parks across the street right from the front porch. Mitchell's Market right on the corner of 4th and Philadelphia has an excellent selection of grocery, snack and drink items, paper products, cleaning products and toiletries as well as delicious, hot and fresh breakfast and lunch options. This place is perfect for two adults, although two adults and two children could make it work. Four adults might feel a bit cramped, but it would be manageable- especially for budget conscious travelers. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing little spot to stay while at OCMD

Myself, my husband, two kids, and our two dogs had a amazing time staying at this place while down in OCMD for a basketball tournament on Memorial Day weekend. It was so clean and tidy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you so much!

I have been a frequent visitor to Ocean City since 1982. When the chance came for me to finally afford a 2nd home, it was a no brain'r that OC was the place for me and my family. We enjoyed it so much and was very happy with our unit in Blue Lagoon that we ended up purchasing a 2nd unit in the same building. My wife and kids stay in Blue Lagoon quite often. Since we stay there ourselves, we take great pride in making sure that the accommodations are nothing less than what I would expect at my own home.

Why they chose this property

Blue Lagoon is located downtown in the original section of town. We love the fact that we can park the car for the entire vacation. We have the Boardwalk and Beach 2 blocks away, the bay and a FREE fishing pier are 1 block away.
You can sit on the over sized front porch and watch perfect sunsets over the bay. Located across the street we have a new playground, basketball courts,OC Skate Bowl, tennis courts and a fenced in ball field used primarily by dog owners to let their dogs run.
There are many of your favorite restaurants nearby. There are also many venues with live entertainment during the day and evening. Many marina's have fishing trips in the bay or even off shore. They also offer jet ski and kayak rentals.
Blue Lagoon also has an outdoor pool Memorial Day - Labor Day.
The best perk is the beach. You can sit back and enjoy the surf and sand all day and it won't cost you a dime, if your lucky!!
