Luna-Sea is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf Front home located DIRECTLY on the beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Why settle for a crowded beachfront with condo-mates when you can have your very own stretch of white sand? Say goodbye to sharing your relaxation with 1,000 other vacationers and say hello to your own little slice of relaxation with Luna-Sea.

It was great for us - we had 4 parents and 6 high school seniors. They had a wonderful and meaningful time together. The location necessitated driving for most things (except the “Waves” store, etc. There were an abundance of “man-o-wars” and red flags, but that didn’t stop them from having fun. The kitchen was well stocked (make sure to get extra trash bags, TP, dishwasher detergent, etc. ). The check out process was so easy (but we had difficulty locking the door). Thank you for a delightful vacation.

After a small issue on arrival, which the Property Manager took care of quickly, we had a great time. The house has clean and had all of the cooking items needed. I do agree with other posts that other VBROs give you more starters (more then one roll of toliet paper per bathroom) but besides that great trip.

Overall, we loved our stay! Location was perfect! Our only comment would be that some of the mattresses seemed like they needed to be replaced. Other than that, we enjoyed the house and would definitely stay again.

Great location right on the beach. Everything worked like it should. No hassle with check in/out. Host responded quickly when i reached out. Only downside was the beds are very hard. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again.

Great spot for our extended family. Location and spot in the beach was great. Kitchen and bedrooms had everything we needed and we even grilled out with the charcoal grill!

We took a last minute trip with some of our kids and it was great to have the beach literally steps away. It could use some updates to the mattresses but there was more than enough room for us and we enjoyed our stay.

The home was clean and as described. Great location right on the beach. My only complaint is the amount of “starter supplies” in the unit. A home that says it can sleep 12 people should have more than a single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and more than a single garbage bag in the kitchen. There was also only a single dishwasher pod and no sponge to hand wash dishes. Only being there for 3 nights and with 6 people (1/2 the number this unit holds) shouldn’t require a trip to the store for basic necessities.

Loved vacationing at Luna Sea! Very affordable but not really “you get what you pay for” as it was super cute and well kept. Honestly, I think the only “complaints” we would have is the back door know was a little loose which made the door harder to open and I would recommend a little shade over the deck. We did make do with an umbrella as the picnic table did have a hole for one. Would recommend!

Great location.

Great location right on the beach not right in the middle of everything but close enough to all attractions. Just as described house is stocked with 'starter' basic supplies. Bring your paper towels, TP, and dish soap. Not complaining just explaining. Beds are comfy. View from inside and outside house is phenomenal!

Thank you for that explanation, Lisa. We try to get our guests off to a comfortable start, but we never know how much they may need due to the variation of durations of stays. Some guests stay for a weekend and some stay for months. That is a common question, so thank you for explaining it to future guests. We DID just replace most of the beds due to guest feedback, so I'm happy to hear they are comfy once again.

We have owned property and vacationed in Gulf Shores since 1986. We chose Gulf Shores over several other destinations due to its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful, relatively uncrowded beaches. We live a short drive away and still visit Gulf Shores often, so we remain in good contact with our properties to insure they are in proper condition.

The BEACH! Nothing beats beachfront and nothing beats the privacy this house has to offer. Why get up at 6:00 am just to stake your 'claim' on the beach along with 1,000 other vacationers when you can walk out your door and pick any spot...at any time?
