OLD HOUSE, IN A PROVENCAL VILLAGE, A LOT OF CHARM

Neat decoration, authentic atmosphere. Wireless.

Two buildings, one bedroom in each, opening onto an enclosed, cool and shaded interior garden under the centenary mulberry tree.
Living room with sofa bed (new sofa bed, very good mattress), 2 bedrooms (160 bed, 2 90 beds) with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, winter and summer kitchens.
SUPPLY ON REQUEST sheets, towels, household linen: contact owner. Full pack: € 60

Ideal for 3 couples or 2 couples + 2 children.

Not suitable for people with reduced mobility (stiffness of a staircase).
Two young children cannot sleep alone in the second bedroom, which is in the other building, but can sleep in the sofa bed.

WINTER
During the heating period (from All Saints to Easter holidays) we can only accommodate 4 people in the main building. (the second bedroom is not equipped with heating).
During this period the rental rate is € 500 per week including heating charges
Supply of sheets on request, bathroom linen, household linen: contact the owner. Full pack: 40 €

HOUSEWORK
The cleaning is not included in the rental price, we require a deposit of 40 € on arrival, it will be returned on departure according to the state of cleanliness.

Jolie maison de famille de caractère, dommage que l'extérieur ne soit pas entretenu.

Maison ancienne cosy toujours fraîche, l'annexe est agréable pour recevoir. La voiture est indispensable rivières à 1/2 heure( site du pont du Gard magnifique). Plage des stes Maries de la mer à 1h minimum. Superbe ballade de la Baume à Poulx. Commerces OK. Tres déçue par l'extérieur qui n'a plus rien à voir avec photos Abritel, la conciergerie considère l'aménagement du jardin comme "details négligeables", dommage il est tellement agréable de vivre dehors l'été ...

Très bon séjour

Logement de vacances agréable, charmant et très bien équipé, dont de nombreux rangements). Nous avons apprécié la terrasse avec ses coins d'ombre et sa douchette ainsi que l'espace cuisine extérieure. La situation dans le vieux village est calme, nous avons pu nous garer à proximité dans la ruelle sans problème. Petits commerces à proximité ainsi que de nombreux endroits de visites. Le logement séparé en deux parties est idéal pour deux couples ou des parents avec grands enfants. A noter des escaliers un peu raides, qui ne nous ont pas dérangés mais pouvant incommoder certaines personnes.
