- on the ground floor a main room of 17m2 with a dining area, a lounge area equipped with a convertible sofa bed, a shower room with WC, a separate kitchen,
- upstairs a master bedroom (bed 180 cm wide), a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds + a single bed, a 3rd bedroom with a single or double bed (Murphy bed), a bathroom with bath, a separate toilet.
All windows in the house are double glazed, and the large sliding glass door leading from the dining room to the patio has an electric shutter.
It is possible to park for free on a small square nearby which has several parking spaces or on the street.

The house is in a quiet area, it overlooks a cul-de-sac and a street in one direction mostly borrowed day by season by holidaymakers on bike and little busy at night.
Neat furnishings that combine the functionality of the contemporary and the charm of the old.
Presence of electric heaters for the off season.
Internet in free wifi from a box.
Fully equipped kitchen: hotplates, electric oven and microwave, fridge with freezer compartment; dishwasher, washing machine.
The rental does not include sheets or linen (possibility to reserve, subject to availability, from the person who will give you the keys).
