The private hot tub and gas grill on each individual balcony truly sets Turquoise Place apart from every other vacation property! Turquoise Place 801D is a Gulf front condo with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. There is a King in the Master bedroom, a King in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in each of the additional bedrooms plus one of the additional bedrooms has a Twin over Twin bunk bed. There is also a foldout couch in the Living Room for a total sleeping capacity of 10. Enjoy the spacious, over 1200 square foot balcony with great views of Cotton Bayou, overlooking the marina and looking out to the east. This condo also has direct views of the tennis courts as well as the lazy river, and being on the 8th floor is close enough to be within talking distance of the swimming pool, tennis courts and lazy river without using the elevator. Turquoise Place features an outdoor Lazy River, tennis courts, 2 Huge outdoor pools, 2 Huge indoor pools with, spacious steam rooms and dry saunas, along with a state-of-the-art fitness center. If you want to stay on the beach in the lap of luxury, this is it!
