Turquoise Place Resort features Orange Beach, Alabama's most luxurious Gulf front condo rentals! The private hot tub and gas grill on each individual balcony truly sets Turquoise Place apart from every other vacation property! Turquoise Place 801D is a Gulf front condo with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. There is a King in the Master bedroom, a King in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in each of the additional bedrooms plus one of the additional bedrooms has a Twin over Twin bunk bed. There is also a foldout couch in the Living Room for a total sleeping capacity of 12. Enjoy the spacious, over 1200 square foot balcony with great views of Cotton Bayou, overlooking the marina and looking out to the east. This condo also has direct views of the tennis courts as well as the lazy river, and being on the 8th floor is close enough to be within talking distance of the swimming pool, tennis courts and lazy river without using the elevator. Turquoise Place features an outdoor Lazy River, tennis courts, 2 Huge outdoor pools, 2 Huge indoor pools with, spacious steam rooms and dry saunas, along with a state-of-the-art fitness center. Beautiful condo. Furnished to feel like home. Amazing view. Really enjoyed the high quality patio furniture. Master bed slept great. The other mattresses definitely could use an upgrade. Would love to bring back family and make a month out of it. I'd feel bad putting them in the other beds as it stands, but everything else about this place was 10/10.

Nice condo. But when we booked the picture showed two recliners where the sectional couch is now. Two of our party were elderly stayed in most of the time and the couch was not comfortable. Beds were not comfortable, need a memory foam pad added. Balcony was great although we didn’t get to use it due to weather.

This condo, by far, was the best we have ever stayed at, in Orange Beach. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The management company was very helpful in setting up our vacation. The amenities were wonderful and the staff was extremely nice. We will definitely stay here, on our next visit to Orange Beach.

Great condo, great view

We love staying at the Turquoise place - the amenities are hard to beat. This condo was great, well stocked, had plenty of room for our family that ranged from 1 to 81 years old. Beds weren't the most comfortable - some of the furniture seemed worn out, but we weren't here to lounge on the couch - we were here for the beach! Kitchen was well stocked, extra pillows and blankets in the master bedroom, comfy patio furniture, grill and hot tub both worked great, and check in was a breeze. Thank you for a relaxing weekend!

Great 4th of July

This is our second year of renting this condo for the week of the Fourth of July. Our family loves it and it is big enough that everyone has their own space. It is nicely decorated and the balcony is wonderful. Turquoise is first class and does everything so well. The Fourth of July celebration is amazing and the staff is wonderful. everything is so clean. The only thing I would change is possibly having more chairs around the pool. There is plenty of space to accommodate more chairs, and that would provide more seating for everyone. As far as this condo is concerned, my only constructive criticism would be that the kitchen supplies need refreshing. The pots, pans, utensils, and wine glasses leave something to be desired. Additionally, it would be nice if they provided more bath towels. This year I brought my own because they do not provide many towels per person and no hand towels and some of the bathrooms. This is an amazing condo and we love it and plan to rent again.

We arrived 30 minutes early and checked to see if ww coupd check in. We were informed no, which is completely fine. We took the time to use the bathroom and call the other people in our party so they didn't come to the lobby. We agreed to meet at publix down the street. We were there maybe 8 minutes before being approached by the manager saying we werent welcome back until 4. I thought it was completely unnecessary to be treated that way. I have a 1.5 year old daughter, a 12 year old daughter, and a 9 year old autistic son who were quietly sitting on a couch rotating using the restroom. We come back at 4 and check in. Make to to the room and realize the balcony is boarded in an area because it's broke. We had 6 kids in our party with 3 being under 3. This is not advertised anywhere and i feel this is a pretty big deal. Later on we go looking around to find the pool. We were told floor 4 so we make our way down there around 6 pm We were once again approached by staff asking what we were doing. We were confused because we had just gotten off the elevator and were approaching the indoor pool. The lady seemed agitated with our presence. They maintenance the hot tub everyday which isnt a problem, but our last day they did their maintenance around 2. Then they put a closed sign on it and said to call for any questions and left a number. I called and left a voicemail with no return call. I called pricketts and they werent able to help any either. We had planned to get in the hottub

We understand how frustrating an early arrival situation can feel, especially when traveling with young children, and we’re sorry if any interaction with on-site staff came across as unwelcoming. That is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. Regarding the balcony area, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Guest safety is always a top priority, and any restricted areas are addressed out of an abundance of caution. We understand your concerns, particularly with children in your group, and your feedback is valuable as we continue reviewing how property details are communicated. We’re also sorry for the confusion around amenities, however the HOA at The Turquoise Place are very strict and it is out of our hands and the inconvenience you experienced with the hot tub closure on your final day. While routine maintenance is necessary, we understand how disappointing it can be when plans are impacted, especially when follow-up communication fell short.
