About this property

Wonderful view of Lambeau and it has 6 Bathrooms!!!

After renting my parents house that was so close to Lambeau for years, my mom sold out to the Packers and totally remodeled and expanded this house just two hundred yards away. The amazing view of Lambeau is one of the best reasons to stay at this home, but certainly not the only reason. The house has over 4,000 sq.ft. of space on three floors with a total of five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and entertainment space on all three levels. The main level includes a great room with a large kitchen with beautiful hickory cabinets, a marble backsplash, a fridge with two ice makers, and a dining room that leads to a large deck overlooking Lambeau Field. Plus it has a master bedroom with a large bathroom and walk in shower, and another 1/2 bath for all the guests. The top floor has two bedrooms, each with a sleep number king size bed and an on suite bathroom. It also has a large common space with a leather sectional, a large tv, a twin bed, and another full bath for guests along with great view of Lambeau from the large window. Finally the house has a lower level that has two more bedrooms that share a full bath between the two bedrooms and it has another entertainment space with a pool table, air hockey, a small bar and a nice brick patio with a gas grill all just yards from Lambeau. This house can be nice and comfortable for a small group or host a large family gathering and still have space to yourself and enough bathrooms for everyone. We are not taking bookings for the fall till the Packerschedule comes out at the end of April or beginning of May. Pricing for homePacker games is usually around 6,00000 for a theee day weekend.

We had the most amazing time in Green Bay. This home was perfect for our group. We had 5 couples stay and it couldn't have been more comfortable. The host was very responsive. Lambeau field in right in the back yard and Titletown was walking distance away ( of course it was -20 with the wind chill) Would highly recommend and will stay again if in the area. Thank you!

Wow, this house is SOO close to the stadium! We absolutely loved the location. The 3 levels of bedrooms and bathrooms and sitting areas was amazing! We would absolutely book again! Things to note: the stairs upstairs are a bit steep, in case you have elderly visitors. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hair dyers weren’t automatically provided in the bathrooms. Some was found in the cupboards, if other guests left them behind. It wasn’t a big deal, we went to the local HyVee (which is amazing) and got some supplies. As I said before, we would totally hook this amazing place again!!!

Everything was great! The homeowner was there watering the lawn everyday. But didnt bother us. Only downfall was the address listed on VRBO was not where the house was located which was noted with talking with the owner before we got there. Which was greatly appreciated. All in all was a great house, in a great location. 10/10 would stay there again!

Amazing family get together back in Green Bay

This was an amazing property that was fabulous for our entire family. Our three boys, daughter in laws and grandkids back in Green Bay to see other family. We come back for all the Packer games but they don’t get to experience GB in the summer. This property was amazing to make that happen!

Wedding weekend

Had a great time staying in this house in Green Bay. We picked this house not only because of the location, but because it had plenty of bathrooms with showers so there was no waiting to get ready for the family wedding we came to town for. Also we’ll stocked kitchen and plenty of room for all of us.

My parents lived here for over 30 years; my mom now rents it out for her retirement income. I am the youngest son who convinced them to turn it into a vacation home. My mom is retired and still comes over whenever guests are not booked which you will understand after visiting. I worked for a large rental company in Green Bay for three years, so I was given the job of listing my parents house. I grew up in the home, so I know it very well, also know Green Bay as I have lived here most of my life. If you have any questions for me about the home, or Green Bay, or even the Packers let me know and I will do my best to answer all of your questions. Jonathan

Why they chose this property

We have always enjoyed the Packer experience with parking cars and living so close to the stadium. Since the Packers have bought out all the neighbors behind us, it now feels more like a part of the stadium than our family home, so what better way to use it then let others enjoy this experience of living with the Packers in your backyard. Although we love the Packers we have remodeled it to be a family home not a party house. So you will be comfortable here even if you are rooting for the wrong team.

What makes this property unique

The biggest of course is location not only the view of Lambeau, but convenient to the Resch Center, shopping, and easily access from 41/43. Even though the house has a stadium on one side grass fields behind and a small church and parking lot next door the home feels very private. The house itself is large with three floors, upstairs three bedrooms and bath, main floor has the kitchen, dining, and living room, while the lower level has two bedrooms, and bath. It is spacious but still homey and sleeping space easily for 10-12 people if needed. We have a fully functional kitchen with all the items you need to serve your family and friends. The mostly finished garage has become a great hangout space, while the three tiered deck from the back gives you the fabulous view.
