4 bedroom house that sleeps 10 comfortably.

Enjoy our newly Built house that includes new tiled floors living room kitchen areas and all bathes, carpeting, fresh paint, new appliances and much more.

The house is ideal for families, with an easy walk back and forth from the beach (2 blocks) the beach is free and guarded with lifeguards.
There are three bedrooms upstairs (including the master bedroom and master bath). The master bedroom has a King size bed and full bath. The other bedrooms have Bunk Beds with pull out mattress sleeps 3 and the other bedroom has queen bed. There is a full bath in the upstairs hall, Also there is a laundry room in the upstairs hall with with a in wall ironing board Total upstairs sleeping is for 7 people. The downstairs has one bedrooms with a queen bed. with a full bath. Total downstairs sleeping is for 3 if one person sleeps on the coach.
After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand or clean up for the day in an enclosed outside shower (hot and cold water) with room for changing.

The kitchen in fully equipped to prepare a great meal for friends and family. Gas stove/range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice/ water, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker (need your own kergig cups). Pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery and utensils are provided.
Inside kitchen table seats 4, and a bar area with 3 bar stools, but most meals are enjoyed on the large outside deck that has one large table with 6 chairs. There is also a gas grill outside with 1 spare gas containers (you don’t want to run out of gas when you are having a BBQ).

In addition to the outside dining there are 2 chaise lounges for quiet reading or sunbathing.

Family room with ample seating; large sectional with love seat and chair with ottoman (seats 8). There is a 50” flat screen TV. Comcast cable is provided. DVD player. Stereo and CD player. Internet access with Wifi.

There is also a TV and basic cable in each bedroom.

Diamond Beach beaches are free. (Beach tags are not needed)
You are within blocks or even just steps of fine dining, casual dining, a convenience store, beach shop, a liquor store, and even mini-golf!. You are one block from the public trolley (Dolly the Trolley!) which can take you up into the action of the boardwalk. You are just across the bridge from downtown historic Cape May - a ten minute drive. You are about 2 miles from Morey's ride piers and water parks on the Wildwood boardwalk - this is also about a ten minute drive. You will find a beautiful wildlife preserve for hiking and bird-watching one block away. Don't forget about Atlantic City - everyone's favorite playground! It's just a 30 minute drive up the Parkway.
