Charming studio cabin in the heart of the village

The apartment is ideally located, you will enjoy all the advantages of the center of this pretty Savoyard village resort that are Les Carroz (shops, restaurants, pharmacy, cinema ...) without the drawbacks (quiet street). When you have parked the car, you will not take it back until a week later, everything is accessible on foot! The shops, the tourist office, the restaurants are very close, the ski slopes or the swimming pool are only a few minutes away on foot and if you wish you can take the shuttles, the stop is only 'a hundred meters from the apartment (and the shuttle bus ride to the ski lift then lasts no more than 2 minutes!).

The apartment has recently been completely renovated and redecorated: the kitchen, the bathroom, the cabin, the insulation (bay windows and windows) and the heating of the accommodation have been redesigned and renewed, and it is entirely parqueted. On the return from the tracks or hikes a cupboard in the entrance allows you to store your skis and boots warm overnight.
The apartment is also very well exposed, its balcony offers a nice view of the Aravis and takes the sun from mid day until evening, perfect for a snack in the sun!

In summer, you will appreciate the calm of the place, and the possibility of having lunch on the balcony. The outdoor heated swimming pool / municipal spa (also open in winter) is only a few minutes' walk away, as are the tennis courts, the pony club or of course the start of a multitude of hikes. Les Carroz can also be the ideal place to reside in all of Haute Savoie (Chamonix, Annecy, Geneva ... all within an hour's drive) and to practice various mountain activities: hiking, mountain biking, canyoning , rafting, climbing, etc ...
