We restored this house in 2009. After a career in the industry, I am now retired.
Why they chose this property
This 105-m² house with 6 rooms (entryway, living room, kitchen, laundry room, 2 bedrooms, play area, and bathroom) was restored in 2009. The 600-m² walled garden is enclosed. The view is magnificent. The sheltered garden features a barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, children's games, and wood for winter evenings. The terraces allow lunch and dinners to be enjoyed outside. The very beautiful restored Creuse fireplace provides a very cosy ambiance (firewood is optional upon request).
