About this property

House in the countryside with wonderful views Asinara Gulf and Castelsardo

The house underwent a radical renovation completed in 2023. I renovated it as if it were for me. Everything is new, the bathroom characterized by a beautiful 80x100 shower with quality crystal box and thermostatic column, the spacious panoramic room with large chandelier and large windows overlooking the sea, the double bedroom with the inlaid headboard. All the windows are new and perfectly sealed, the wood-effect floors characterize and give light. New fitted kitchen with fan oven, new induction hob and dishwasher. Summer and winter air conditioning.
The house is located in a truly unique position, overlooking the entire Gulf of Asinara surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and countryside. From the house you can see the nearby new olive grove and the old centuries-old one, where I produce an excellent organic oil, you can experience the magic of nature, the tranquility despite being only 1000 meters from the town and 1700 meters from the square.
Castelsardo is a medieval town, with a beautiful historic center, located in a strategic position compared to the other most beautiful destinations in Northern Sardinia. It is about 32 km from Porto Torres airport.
In Castelsardo there is also a well-equipped tourist port from which excursions to Asinara depart and where you can rent dinghies or boats even with a skipper.
Its crystal clear sea with breathtaking colors is the ideal place for spear fishing and diving, there are several diving centers that offer visits to real pearls. Worth noting is the excellent surf school on the nearby Lu Bagnu beach.
Castelsardo is also famous for the goodness of the fish caught every day by a large fleet of small fishing boats. The particular taste of the red mullet and lobster caught in the Gulf of Asinara is famous

This property is a hidden gem. Suited us perfectly, wonderful views of Castelsardo. Quiet location and very easy to get to many beautiful beaches. Fantastic communication with the owner who recommended us a lot of amazing places. We will have to come back.

Beautiful house with an amazing view

House is about 5min by car from city center and on a hill (steep road), slightly higher than Castelsardo castle so that you have an outstanding view to the castle, the sea (and the sundown in the the evening) that you can enjoy on the huge terrasse. We found everything we needed for cooking etc. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Modernes, neu renoviertes Ferienhaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einem Bad. Das Ess-/Wohnzimmer ist groß und leitet direkt auf die riesige Terrasse. Die Küche ist klein aber zweckmäßig. Es gibt weiterhin einen BBQ auf der Terrasse, den wir mehrmals genutzt haben. Wir fanden die Ruhe und die Aussicht bei Sonnenuntergang so toll, so dass wir fast immer selber gekocht haben und draußen saßen. Die Wespen waren nervig, aber die sind ja auch in den Restaurants. Dort benutzt man Kaffeequalm, um die Plagegeister zu vertreiben. Funktioniert: als einfach ein kleinen Häufchen Kaffeepulver anzünden und nahebei aufstellen.Natürlich sehr darauf achten, dass keine Glutkrümel wegfliegen. Ist aber kein Problem. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, etwas abseits der Stadt und mit Ruhe und Aussicht.

Juwel in atemberaubender Lage

Tolles Haus in phantastischer Lage Allle die einen wundervollen Ausblick in Höhenlage auf das Meer und den schönen Ort Castelsardo genießen möchten sind hier genau richtig.Das Haus steht auf einem riesigen Grundstück inmitten der Natur. Einzig kleines Manko ist der mit zahlreichen Schlaglöchern versehene Feldweg zum Haus .Der Verrmieter ist sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit Die Schlüsselübergabe bei An und Abreise völlig problemlos

Wer Ruhe und Ausblick liebt, ist hier genau richtig! Traumhafte Alleinlage, guter Zustand und Ausstattung (mit Klimaanlage in allen wichtigen Bereichen)! Sehr netter und überaus engagierter Vermieter, der stets kurzfristig auf alle Wünsche reagiert hat und schnell alles ermöglichte! Gerne wieder!

Atemberaubend, einzigartige Aussicht

Die wohl beste Aussicht in und um Castelsardo. Das Haus ist komplett neu gemacht, mit sehr hochwertigen Materialien. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas steil und holprig, ist aber gut zu schaffen. Gianmario war immer sehr flexibel und hat uns sogar einen früheren CheckIn ermöglicht. Auch seine Tipps zu Orten und Zielen an der ganzen Küste, sowie Restauranttipps waren super. Leider gab es nur eine Sonnenliege, was sicher daran liegt, dass alles neu ist und noch nicht fertig eingerichtet ist. Ansonsten hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zu erwähnen ist, dass das ganze Haus außen mit Kameras versehen ist, was in Sardinien häufig vorkommt. Wir hätten nur gerne in dem Inserat zuvor davon gelesen. Klare Empfehlung, für Aussicht, Zustand, Ruhe und Erholung.

Schönes Landhaus mit traumhaften Meerblick

Das wunderbar gelegene Haus mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf den Golf von Asinara und die Altstadt von Castelsardo hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Haus wurde gerade erst sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Leider funktionierte die neu installierte Klimaanlage noch nicht, war aber zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung auch noch gar nicht im Angebot. Der Vermieter Gianmario war super gastfreundlich, immer ansprechbar und hat uns mit vielen wertvollen Tips versorgt! Der Weg in den Ort ist wirklich kurz (max. 5 Min. mit dem Auto) und wunderbaren Strände sind auch schnell zu erreichen. Für alle, die Ruhe und Natur mögen, eine echte Empfehlung.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien im Haus von Gianmario. Er war ein toller Gastgeber welcher uns viele tolle Tips für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben hat. Ebenso war er sehr grosszügig mit der Check in - und Checkauszeit. Nochmals herzlichen Dank. Die Aussicht vom Haus war hervorragend und auch Nachts ein Highlight. Die Zufahrt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da diese sehr steil und schmal ist. Für Ruheliebende ist es jedoch perfekt. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet und modern, es fehlt jedoch der Geschirrspüler, dies war für uns jedoch kein Problem. Im Badezimmer dürften einige Sachen neu gemacht werden, es war jedoch sauber. Die Möbel sind alt, was für das ganze Haus zutrifft und sardischen Charm hat. Man dürfte die Möbel jedoch etwas besser pflegen. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank Dir Gianmario

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wunderbarer Blick übers Meer und in die weite Landschaft. Sehr große Terrasse, Tisch durch den Schatten des Hauses auch untertags angenehm kühl. Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Posto molto suggestivo, splendida vista da un’ottima e grande terrazza. Proprietario molto disponibile e puntuale. Unica piccola pecca lo smaltimento rifiuti che richiede buste dedicate e giorni specifici lontani da casa.

Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, sehr hilfreich, alles wie in der Anzeige. Super Lage, tolle Sonnenuntergänge, funktionsfähige Fliegen/Mückengitter, nahe Strände, die klasse sind. Gute Strecken zum Laufen (nach Norden ca 20 km an der Küste ohne Autos etc., Ich konnte gut für Marathon trainieren) Mit Kindern super, da tolles Gelände.

Schönes geräumiges Haus mit riesigem Sitzplatz. Wunderschöne Aussicht.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten genügend Platz für unsere 5-köpfige Familie. Alles notwendige Inventar ist vorhanden und funktionsfähig. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Alles hat bestens geklappt. W-LAN vorhanden, zeitweise schnell, zeitweise sehr langsam. Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist sehr steil und etwas anspruchsvoll. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es zum Teil sehr heiss (keine Klimaanlage). Mückenspray nicht vergessen.
