Gîte La Grange de Jeanne -

For rent, for holidays, for a week or for a weekend, a charming little house in Alsace, in a beautiful village at the foot of the Vosges mountains.
"La Grange de Jeanne" is a totally renovated cottage which includes:
1) on the ground floor: - a fully equipped kitchen - a small lounge (with a bed for two people) - a terrace overlooking a garden - a spa, a walk-in shower and toilet.
2) 1st floor: - a room with a bed for two people + an extra bed (1 person under 12 years) - a bathroom and toilet.

Bed linen and towels are provided. The household of end of stay is possible: a surcharge of 30 euros will be charged.

A relaxation area with SPA, totally reserved for guests, is proposed to you; access is directly from the cottage. This service, optional, will be charged 60 euros for the duration of the stay.
In FEBRUARY and MARCH, for any rented week (7 nights minimum), the SPA is OFFERED.

Many activities and tours are available nearby - Le Grand Ballon and the ridge road 30 km (hiking, skiing, snowshoeing) - Colmar and its vineyards (50 km) - Riquewihr, Eguisheim (45 km) and Markets Christmas - Mulhouse and its museums railway and Automotive (30 km) - Thann collegiate (7 km) - the Vosges: Gerardmer, La Bresse (33 km) and ski resorts ...

Very quiet and relaxing

The Gite at Moosch is beautifully prepared, with lovely furniture (and a great cooker). It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The village has handy shops and a station and the location of the Gite means that it is very quiet even though the village has a main road. There are great cycle routes and walks in the area as well as interesting historical sites. The host was friendly and made us very welcome with cake and garden produce during our stay.

Cosy cottage in the Alsace region

The cottage is a good size for two persons, maybe with a small child. It has all the appliances you will require in a holiday home and especially the bedroom is spacious and comfortable. As a rather tall person the ceiling mounted kitchen lights proved a challenge from time to time and an occasional head-butt but overall it is a comfortable and tastefully decorated house. The only downside for us was the lack of relaxing garden furniture, there were two normal chairs and 1 sort of beach chair. Since we had planned this week as a relaxing week this to us was something that was missing. Nonetheless, a nice house and would definately recommend this to other bookers. Oh yeah, and sadly they were working on the adjacent street which caused use to be woken up at 8 in the morning but next bookers should find a quiet house with a good street next to it.

Mooie plek voor bergen en leuke stadjes. Huis is geschikt en compleet voor twee personen. Bank en stoelen zitten niet lekker. Wifi werkt zo nu en dan niet wat lastig is.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub auch für kalte Tage

Meine Freundin und ich waren leider nur 2 Tage im Domizil das sehr heimelig und mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet war. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich der Jacuzzi den man für zusätzlich (der Aufpreis war dafür völlig in Ordnung) buchen konnte. Die Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe war völlig problemlos und unsere Gastgeberin sehr sehr freundlich. Gerne hätten wir dort noch ein paar Tage mehr verbracht.

Sympathique séjour au pied du grand ballon

La maison est parfaitement située au pied du grand ballon dans un voisinage très calme, et globalement bien situé dans le massif des vosges avec des commerces assez proche. L'intérieur est très bien équipé notamment la cuisine avec le piano de cuisson et les divers autres équipements. Les salles d'eau sont très propres et très agréables à utiliser. Le jacuzzi est un plus non négligeable pour se détendre voir même pour récupérer après une longue journée de vélo. La propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a même gentiment offert des framboises directement cueillies du jardin. Je recommande fortement !

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus

Wir haben im September 10 Tage dort verbracht und konnten herrliche Motorradtouren fahren. Auto und Anhänger konnten wir gut abstellen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Haus würde ich maximal mit drei Personen belegen, d.h. zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind im Grundschulalter. Optimal ist es für zwei Erwachsene. Der Whirpool ist absolute klasse.

Berge und Seen

Geschmackvolle kleine Unterkunft; gut ausgestattet; toller großer Garten. Moosch ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die schöne Gegend zu erkunden. Man kann hat tolle Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Radfahrern (aber eher ambitioniert). Zur Abkühlung gibt es einige Seen in der Nähe. Auch Colmar ist nicht weit. Auf dem Rückweg haben wir noch leckeren Wein aus dem Elsass mitgenommen.

Le logement est très agréable et correspond tout à fait aux photos. L'environnement est parfait pour découvrir le paysage à pied. Le seul petit bémol dans le titre de l'annonce est que l'on pense avoir le jacuzzi inclus alors qu'il est en supplément. Très bon séjour. Donne envie de revenir.
