Welcome to CASA K, a true paradise in Puerto Escondido. This amazing villa is absolutely stunning, offering the best location in Puerto Escondido. Only steps away from Manzanillo beach that offers great swimming and snorkeling and is perfect swimming for children because there is no under current. This luxurious 5 bedroom & 5 bathroom oceanfront villa includes an infinity pool overlooking a breathtaking panoramic view. The villa consists of 5 air conditioned bedrooms, each of which have their own private bathroom. The property features a large open air living room and dining room with a rooftop deck. The fully equipped modern kitchen has granite counters and a double door refrigerator plus a gas stove, microwave oven and a dishwasher. The media room has a plasma TV with Netflix & a DVD player and has air conditioning as well. Situated on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Playa Manzanillo beach, this home has views in all directions and features a spacious swimming pool area with lounge chairs. The patio area has a gas barbecue grill and an outside dining table area. This house is within less than a ten minute walk to the downtown 'Adoquin' & the Rinconada that is full of many wonderful places to dine. Easily accommodates 10 people. While relaxing you will no doubt see dolphins and whales swim past the house on any given day. The house includes a maid 2 days per week, additional maid service is extra and upon availability. A cook & driver are available for hire, and can be set up prior to arrival and upon availability. Fast Starlink WIFI.

Amazing house to spend a week at. You can't help but enjoy spending time around the pool and staring out at the ocean. Luke and his resources are all very responsive and helpful the house has everything you need and is in a very nice spot.

What a view! We never wanted to leave the villa or the pool. Watching sting rays and whales each day from the pool was a highlight. The property manager was great at communicating and the chef and her daughter were amazing! Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The villa is close to town and the beach but in a very quiet location.

Ever think was ok. A little worn out.What really did us in was that on check out day they came in just after 9:00 to start the cleaning. They took all the towels so no last morning swim, we had food for a snack before heading to the airport so they had to clean the kitchen twice. It was just really uncomfortable.

A little piece of paradise

We had an amazing time at Casa K. What a beautiful home with a breathtaking view. Luke made sure everything was going well during our stay. Location was great, but we only left one night for sunset on the beach. Gabriela cooked fantastic meals and was a gem. Perfect house and perfect food you couldn’t ask for more!

Perfect getaway!

We were a total of 4 couples and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The open air main living area was perfect to gather in and the views were spectacular. Communication with Luke and Patricia was great and we received quick responses. We had Marla come with her brother to cook us a meal and it was awesome and very reasonably priced. This house is a perfect location to walk to the Rinconada or to Zicatela! We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Puerto Escondido!

Best view we’ve ever had

We had a fantastic week in Puerto Escondido at this beautiful home. It was spacious and comfortable, but the pool and the view set it apart. The kitchen was well stocked with any equipment you could possibly need, and the washer and dryer came in handy too. Everyone we worked with at the property was so friendly and helpful. Marla cooked us two amazing meals and Patricia helped us arrange a morning boat ride where we saw tons of dolphins. We highly recommended this property and would love to return some day.

Amazing week!

We had a fantastic time at Casa K! The pool was divine and from there you can see amazing birds in the morning and whales, rays, and dolphins all afternoon (in January). The kitchen, dining room, and living room are beautifully appointed and perfect for gathering. The beds are super comfortable, and all four bedrooms in the main house have delightful views of the Pacific ocean, including breathtaking sunsets. We did not use the casita, but it looked cozy and private. Luke and his crew are responsive to any questions and we had an easy time from check-in to check-out. We all dream of returning for another week at Casa K. Thanks, Luke!

A fabulous place in a fabulous town

This house is comfortable, luxurious and well maintained and the owner was supremely helpful and responsive above and beyond, with advice and quick responses to simple and complex questions. Housekeepers come twice per week and keep the place sparkling, and furnishings are comfortable and clean. Great for groups with lots of separation between bedrooms and different large gathering areas. Convenient location in a small neighborhood an easy walk from my favorite beach in town (Manzanillo) and a 20 minute walk (6 minute drive) from all amenities. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning. Houses are close together and we had noisy neighbors one night, but the owner was quick to try to mitigate the situation, which was appreciated.

Absolutely amazing experience for our family on every level!!! Luke was wonderful and responsive to deal with. The house was amazing and worth every single dollar for our special life occasion. Every bedroom has a bathroom and 4/5 have a spectacular view. Patricia met us upon arrival and showed us around; she even dropped us off at the store. Flor was an amazing cook for very reasonable prices. She cooked cleaned etc.. and very sweet. Only suggestion would be to have warh to hot showers and a way to play music. Other than that, no complaints. Thank you again Luke for the wonderful experience!

Girlfriend getaway

I don’t have enough words to describe this vacation. The home was amazing! Everything we needed was there. Could not have had a better experience with communicating with the owner, and everyone he recommended to help our trip become a memorable one. We used Jose, when we needed a ride to locations we wanted to see. Marla came and cooked for us one night. Patricia the house manager, always available if needed. Everyone responded very quickly when we reached out. Personally, I just loved the house. I went to decompress, before my son’s upcoming wedding. This home I was able to do just that. What a view, what a pool, what a place!!!! Thank you Luke, you are an exceptional host!!!!

Incredible week at Casa K

We celebrated my daughter’s 30th birthday with friends and family. 5 private, air conditioned, en-suite bedrooms offered great privacy. The rest of the open air rooms were large and comfortable gathering places for games, visiting, dining, and relaxation. The pool was lovely and warm. The hot tub was not operable, but we did not miss it. The view was incredible. A short 5 minute walk to Manzanillo Beach (steep stair case access). Another short walk to a nice (not swimmable) coast line access from another path and stairs. 15 minute walk to full grocery. 5-15 minute walk to great restaurant choices. The week was made amazing by Chef Marla/Carlos. Marla provisioned the house before our arrival and planned and provided a breakfast and 5 dinners. The food was so fresh, authentic and delicious. She had a special cake, sparkler, and menu for my daughter’s birthday. Skye did 11 massages and she was exceptional. Jose Luis made everything fun and easy… he provided transportation, help us get money exchanged, taxis during the week and customized and really fun food tour and bioluminescent tour. I can’t recommend Casa K enough!

Family Reunion at New Years

The entire property is architecturally stunning and spacious. The communal spaces and pool area allow everyone to relax and hang out together while the bedrooms are separated and have more privacy. It was very quiet at night except right at New Years. The location was good for going to Manzanillo beach--half a block and110 steps down to a mostly Mexican beach scene. We found the snorkeling to be great right off the shore. The only issue we had was that the parents of 2 and 5 year olds were concerned about their kids possibly wandering into the pool during the night since their bedrooms were separated by the pool area. They figured it out. The view from the infinity pool across the sea is breathtaking and there were whales spouting every day. The driver and cooks associated with the house were reliable and friendly. Though the neighboring houses are higher end, the area surrounding the property is "real Mexico" in all its glory. We felt very safe. There is no Uber in PE, but Didi may work. Calling a cab takes awhile and finding one free even near the grocery was a trick during such a busy time. With strong legs one can walk the very hilly blocks to most anything, but older or young people may need a lift. In all, we were happy everything and felt the owner was helpful and trusting. What a special place!

Paradise in Puerto!

We go to Puerto every year for Thanksgiving and this is the first time this house was available. We were so excited to stay here for a couple of days and it did not disappoint! Luke was amazing during the entire stay, very helpful and responsive. We had massages under the palapa, spent a lot of time relaxing in the pool and the sunsets here were incredible. All of the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Home & Great Host

Casa K lives up to the pictures. The view is incredible. The house is very large with all the amenities you will need and had lots of awesome artwork done by the owner. Luke and his crew were very accommodating, friendly, and eager to help. The location is an easy 10 minute walk to Playa Manzanillo and another 5 to get to Playa Carrizalillo. I highly recommend staying at Casa K, you won't regret it! Our only (small) compliant is that the wifi was pretty poor and cell signal was usually spotty at the house but this was somewhat expected and not much of an issue as we were too busy enjoying ourselves to really need it!

Amazing place and great location

I can't say enough great things about this house. The view is absolutely stunning. We had a party of 10 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beach was a short walk away and plenty of restaurants and bars a short taxi drive away. The pool was a nice escape from the heat and humidity when we needed it and was kept nice and clear during our stay. The check in process was easy and communication with property owner/manager was seemless. The entire group loved the house and we strongly recommend it. You will not be disappointed! I would definitely come back to Puerto Escondido and to this house. . .

Loved this house and property!

This property was every bit as wonderful as advertised! So beautiful with the infinity pool and all of the outdoor decks overlooking the ocean with whales swimming by!! More than we could have asked for. Each sunset was more beautiful than the previous. We could not have asked fir a more perfect place to relax.

We purchased this amazing home for our family and friends to enjoy the beautiful Puerto Escondido. We have been traveling to Mexico for many years and have visited virtually all the major beach towns and we fell in love with Puerto Escondido. The people and the culture are an amazing amenity with an old Mexican feel. The small fishing/surfing village feel is what lured us in. When not passing our time in Puerto Escondido we reside in Spokane, WA. USA.

Why they chose this property

This property not only has one of the best views in Puerto Escondido but is in walking distance to town! We looked at many other properties when we were deciding to buy something in P.E. but we fell in love with this house from the feeling you get from walking through the front door; a view that will truly take your breath away. Another wonderful and unique feature is the fact that it is located right in town on a cliff that is just beyond Manzanillo beach . The walk to downtown is less than ten minutes and makes it easy for the family to venture out on their own without having to get into the car. There is a beautiful walk to the downtown Adoquin along the seaside cliffs. Also, right outside of the gated neighborhood are the steps down to the beach Manzanillo, which is a nice small beach that is wonderful to enjoy a margarita and watch the sunset.
