Very nice place and stay

We sincerely recommend that place- clean, spacious appartement, beautiful sea view, fantastic terrace on the roof, air condition really appreciated in bedrooms area. The beach is sandy, not crowded, 5 minutes walk down ( back a little longer- as clearly uphill ). Very nice owners living in the same house (the entrances are separate ) offering some little delicious tidbits : ) Thank you Marcello and Rosetta, best regards : )

Super nette Vermieter, im Haus mitwohnend im Erdgeschoss aber sehr rücksichtsvoll.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir haben das ursprüngliche Sizilien kennen gelernt.Der Strand war für uns fast allein. Der Weg etwas steil wieder Bergauf aber mit Hammer Aussicht. Wer Ruhe sucht findet sie da.Bekamen landesübliche Leckereien von den Vermietern War alles sauber und alles vorhanden Nur zu empfehlen

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour passé au mois d’août. Appartement très agréable avec une terrasse. L’accès à la plage est très facile et à quelques minutes du logement à pied.

Splendible environnement! Mais désuet et pas propre

Énorme potentiel et vue extraordinaire. Mais toiles d'araignée et coin cuisine sale. Les pièces refaitent sont très bien et avec goût. Mais la salle (un simple canapé, chaises et table simple serait plus que bienvenu) et le coin cuisine sont à refaire. Le four ne fonctionne pas certainement vieux et à gaz.

Les photos correspondent à ce qu'on trouve dans la maison.Je me demande : pourquoi, si vous n'aimiez pas le meuble (appelé simple comme si c'était un défaut), avez-vous décidé de venir ? La cuisine sale est offensante. Jamais écrit par aucun invité de la structure! Pourquoi n'as-tu pas appelé pour vérifier s'il y avait de la saleté ? Nous avons plus de 100 avis 5 étoiles disant le contraire sur airbnb et vrbo ! Peut-être êtes-vous en colère parce qu'il a plu ? Mensonge : le four est parfaitement fonctionnel et vous ne saviez pas vous en servir malgré l'explication que nous vous avons donnée. Nous espérons que vous trouverez des villas adaptées à vos attentes, nous préférons accueillir d'autres types de personnes.

Reisezeit Mitte Januar bis Mitte Februar. Ein schönes geräumiges Haus mit einem verträumten Garten genau richtig für mein Aufenthalt. Ich war alleine dort und ich habe die Einsamkeit gesucht und gefunden. Ich habe insbesondere den schönen Strand und die Schöne Aussicht genossen.

Unglaublich schöne Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen, alles sauber, Küche top ausgestattet. Der Blick ist traumhaft, der Strand nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß weg, wunderschön, super sauber und sogar jetzt im Hochsommer fast leer. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett, jeden Tag gibt es eine neue lokale Köstlichkeit zum probieren, wir wären am Liebsten einfach dort geblieben.

Excellente location

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison. Les propriétaires (Marcello et sa famme) sont tres accueillants et tres discrets. Ils habitent au Rez de chaussée et lalocation se trouve à l'étage, avec entrée séparée. Nous avons apprécié la belle vue et la proximité de la plage. (Juste une precision, la maison est en hauteur, ça monte pour le retour 😏) Nous avons pu visiter Palerme, Erice, Agrigente, Sciacca, Mazzara del Vallo... La région est très belle est tres riche. Tres bonne communication avec Antonio (le fils) en anglais. Merci encore pour votre accueil! Nous conseillons la location! Camelia.

Es war BELLISSIMA!!!!

Wir kamen erst gegen halb acht beim Haus an. Das war aber kein Problem. Zuvor waren wir noch einkaufen, was auch an einem Sonntag problemlos möglich war. Das Haus und die Aussicht auf das traumhafte Meer haben uns direkt abkommen lassen. Rosetta hat uns alles gezeigt, und die jeweiligen Funktionen erklärt. Auch Marcello war sehr nett. Ein wenig italienisch Kenntnis sind durchaus von Vorteil. Der Strand ist Wahnsinn. Da wir im September dort waren, war nicht viel los, ich bezweifle das es im Hochsommer gross anders ist. Nur einheimische und kristallklares Wasser. In Menfi bekommt man alles was man zum leben so braucht. Ein Auto ist allerdings mehr als sinnvoll. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen. Die Zeit in Marcello‘s Heim war wundervoll, er ist ein toller Gastgeber, der stets für willkommene Überraschungen sorgt und sonst ruhig und zurückhaltend ist. Das Haus ist direkt am Meer, nur 200m zu Fuß. Der Strand war fast leer und sehr schöm zum Baden. Nur zu empfehlen!

Tomber en amour avec une région pour une propriété sur une plage privée et une terrasse fleurie,

Le logement est propre et simple, mais le cadre est magnifique. Depuis la terrasse sur le toit nous avons assisté à de magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil. La plage est belle, la balade jusqu'au très bon resto sur la plage agréable. Les hôtes sont charmants et chaleureux.

Grünes Paradies am Meer

Der Aufenthalt in dieser geräumigen und luftigen Ferienwohnung war ein Genuss! Nur wenige hundert Meter von einem wunderschönen, selbst im August fast leeren Sandstrand gelegen, bietet diese, von einem exotisch grünenden Garten umgebene Ferienwohnung wunderbare Möglichkeiten der Entspannung. Gleich drei im Charakter ganz unterschiedliche Terrassen, machen den Aufenthalt so angenehm, dass man am liebsten den ganzen Tag dort verbringen möchte. Am besten hat uns die große überdachte Dachterrasse gefallen, von der aus man weit aufs Meer und auf die Lichter von Porto Palo schaut. Marcello und seine Frau, die im Erdgeschoss des Hauses leben, sind sehr diskrete und gleichzeitig extrem aufmerksame Gastgeber. Jeden Tag wurden wir mit einer anderen Köstlichkeit beschenkt: mit Melone, mit Trauben, einer selbstgemachten Granita und mit herrlichen bruschette. Am liebsten wären wir noch eine Woche länger an diesem wunderschönen Ort geblieben. Mille grazie!

Erholung pur in wunderbarer Umgebung

Wir haben bei Marcello sechs Tage voller Entspannung und Ruhe verleben können. Wirklich außergewöhnlich ist die Lage des Hauses: Man hat von mehreren Balkonen aus einen herrlichen Meerblick und zum Baden kann man in fünf Minuten zu Fuß spazieren. Der Strand war trotz Vorsaison überraschend sauber und bietet die neben dem Schwimmen und Sonnen die Möglichkeit, endlose Spaziergänge am Meer zu machen. Wer allerdings Unterhaltung und Trubel sucht, ist im Mai hier sicher nicht gut aufgehoben!! Hervorheben möchten wir die große Gastfreundschaft von Marcello, der uns immer wieder mit Kostproben wie Olivenöl, Zitronen, frischem Brot oder einen Teller zubereiteten Fisch erfreute.Vielen Dank für eine entspannte Urlaubswoche!

Herrliche Dachterrasse mit Meerblick

Dear Marcello, we enjoyed our stay in this lovely plave very much. The view from the balcony, the roof terrace and your garden are really amazing. Super apartment with stunning terraced and views

Great apartment with a variety of terraced around the property meaning sun or shade can always be found. Owners stay on the ground floor underneath the apartment & whilst they speak very little English we all got by. Property well placed for exploring the south coast but a car is required as property is remote from the village facilities. 5 minute walk downhill to secluded beach & close to amazing fish restaurant. Steep hill back up to property. Slight negative was that previous occupants had left the kitchen utensils in a dirty state (very dirty saucrpans and washing up brush and grater had food left in them) so we didn't use the kitchen other than to boil water for coffee in the morning. Gated complex was a plus as we felt safe and secure at night and also when we went out exploring.

Thanks for the review some pointers we disagree with and that are not true: Owners do not always stay in the apartment below but they are only occasionally maintenance for the villa even in the event that guests need something. We are not resident there. Second, the hill can be steep for you, but not for others who have never noticed this thing just read previous reviews. Third, you were not so good at communicating and scanning your English. Fourth, how come you did not notice that some utensils were not clean? We would have taken measures against the company that comes to do the housekeeping. Fifth, I'm sorry to inform you that the dishes were checked before your arrival so what you write is very doubtful. When you travel and you come to places and houses of this kind you write very different reviews than those you have written. Look at the previous ones. Regards

Notre séjour a été des plus agréable et le site était très bien avec une vue sur la mer et une villa confortable quoiqu'un peu fraiche en cette saison. Les propriétaires sont le principal actif de ce site parce qu'ils sont très affables et disponibles et nous ont fait vivre plusieurs expériences mémorables (visite de vignoble, repas gastronomiques, visite de Palerme, etc. Nous recommendons sans hésiter ce site qui demeure toutefois plus adapté au printemps qu'en hiver même si nous avons eu une température exceptionnelle pour cette période. Vue magnifique, accueil chaleureux !

Nous recommandons cette location, conforme à la description qui en était faite sur le site. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Marcello et sa famille ; tout a été mis en oeuvre pour que notre séjour se déroule merveilleusement (conseils, invitations et spécialités siciliennes préparées à notre attention).Nous avions opté pour le prêt de voiture et ne l'avons pas regretté...vraiment très confortable d'être accueillis et raccompagnés à l'aéroport! La vue depuis les terrasses est vraiment superbe! La maison est au calme sans être isolée, elle est située à proximité d'une plage tranquille et agréable. A découvrir !
