Chalet - MurolHouse with character

Ideally located, closed to the lake, The cottage is made of wood and stone in the center of a large landscaped garden of over 1800m ² overlooking the lake. Its large terrace allows an unobstructed view of the countryside. The interior is wood except marble floors, there is also a large traditional stone fireplace.
The cottage is equipped with a large dining room / lounge with bay window, access to the terrace overlooking the lake, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet, laundry and a boiler.
The ground floor also has a separate access bay window and input port. An internal staircase allows to connect the two levels.
The central heating is oil.

Nice lodge close to the lake

Had a very enjoyable stay. Well situated and stocked chalet. Only gripe is washing machine didn't work properly. Would stay again.

Très agréable séjour près du lac Chambon. La localisation du chalet à 5min de la plage à pied permettait de si rendre le matin avant le monde et le soir au calme. Situation parfaite. Le chalet et son jardin bien arboré sont idéals pour une grande famille avec plusieurs générations. Un grand espace bien adapté pour tous.

Superbe emplacement. Grand terrain très agréable. Le chalet, des années 60-70 approximativement mériterait une petite rénovation pour être au goût du jour. Cela au regard du prix demandé. Nous avons apprécié la batterie de cuisine, mais la literie n'est pas au niveau malgré une bonne réaction des propriétaires au problème urgent rencontré.

Grand chalet idéalement situé

Grand et beau chalet idéalement situé à 2 pas d’une grande plage du lac Chambon et de sentiers de randonnée. Grand parc privatif ombragé. Accès faciles aux routes menant aux différents points d’intérêt de cette belle région. Plusieurs chambres sur 2 niveaux idéales pour vacances familiales ou entre amis. Grand balcon agréable. Quelques équipements à renouveler si possible.

déjà très jolie région, beaucoup de chose à voir et a faire dans les environs, sans faire trop de km. on mnage très bien.concernant le chalet très bien pour 8! literie confortable, peut être revoir les oreillés qui sont très minces.sinon cuisine bien équipé (seul un quoic avec les congel du frigo de la cuisine) salon très cosi, salles de douche très bien aussi. (attention avec la serrure de la sdd du haut)accès au lac très rapide. comodités très proches.nous pensons y revenir dans le futur.merci

Super chalet authentique. La cheminée est un plus!Nous avons passé une semaine en famille absolument géniale tout était réuni, le chalet ambiance cosy, la neige, les paysages.Nous avons apprécié la proximité de Super Besse,le Mont Dore, St Nectaire, le chateau de Murol sans oublier les balades au lac Chambon à deux pas du chalet.Merci à Camille, et à la propriétaire très disponibles.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un chalet très agréable dans un très bel environnement

Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le grand jardin et les activités à disposition (ping-pong, badminton, canoé). Le chalet est très bien situé, à deux pas du lac Chambon. Les pièces sont spacieuses, permettant à toute la famille de cohabiter agréablement. Le balcon est très agréable, il permet de prendre les repas à l'extérieur.

Un excellent séjour

Un excellent séjour passé dans ce chalet. Le jardin, très arboré, est parfait pour se détendre ou jouer. Les enfants en ont bien profité. La situation est excellente (le chalet est juste à côté de la plage du lac Chambon). Merci d'avoir mis à disposition les jeux et les canoés !

Emplacement parfait avec assez de canoës pour tous les 7. Le logement très bien entretenu était très propre. Très bonne réactivité pour réagir à un petit souci avec l’eau chaude. Le gîte était parfait pour nous. Nous reviendrons.

Très beau séjour estival en famille dans ce chalet à la situation exceptionnelle.

Les + La situation parfaite de ce chalet à 50 mètres du lac La tranquillité du voisinage La vue sur un plan d’eau et les chevaux dans le pré en face tous les matins (magique!) Les 4 chambres Les canoës à dispositions ! Le terrain vaste et clos Les - Chalet un peu vétuste qui mériterait quelques investissements d’agréments. La prestation reste très correcte pour le tarif.

Appréciés : vaste chalet, bien équipé, grand terrain arboré et sécurisé, bien situé, vacances réussies pour petits et grands Moins appréciés : cette belle structure nécessite un entretien important (fermeture des volets, du portail, le "vrai" réfrigérateur au rez-de-chaussée et la cuisine au premier accessible par un escalier de meunier...

We bought this cottage, following a stroke of lightning to the area and the house itself. The mature garden and architecture brings us to Canada and landscapes around are simply breathtaking. The lake and its surroundings are full of charm and tranquility of the site makes us dream. Everything is for a good holiday in beautiful surroundings.
