What a gem

Loved our stay at this unique apartment. Though it is small with steep stairs it is a really nice place to stay. Perfect location. When we arrived we had to search for the key box but Jean-Pierre (so friendly) helped super quickly. Thanks a lot!

Accès appartement très difficile pour une personne avec une canne. Nous n avons pas trouvé sur le site à déconseillé aux personnes à mobilité reduite. Pas de barbecue comme indiqué. Pas de balcon. Bcp de bazar. Nous n y sommes restée qu une nuit au lieu de deux comme prevu. Nous avons essayé de discuter avec le propriétaire mais il n a rien voulu entendre. Très très déçue. A ne pas conseiller.

JE CONFIRME que mon appartement n'est pas conseillé aux personnes a mobilité réduite , qu'il n'a pas d'ascenseur et situé au 4 ième étage , il n'a pas de balcon non plus ; tout cela est indiqué sur le site et aucune tromperie Cette dame connaissait ces problèmes puisqu'elle m'a adressé un message deux jours avant sur Abritel en arrivant elle exigeait une ristourne très importante me menacant sinon d'une très mauvaise annotation sur Abritel sur Airbnb je suis Superhote depuis 12 ans avec 346 évaluations avec une note de 4,84 sur 5 et jamais un problème

Location ideale

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés a Saint-Malo, nous avons été agréablement surpris de la localisation de l’appartement. Oui, il est au 4e etage sans ascenseur mais la vue vaut certainement la peine. Il faisait egalement tres tres chaud et j’étais inquiete puisque l’appartement n’a pas d’air climatisé, par contre, avec la brise de l’ocean, l’endroit se refroidissait tres bien la nuit. Emplacement ideal, check-in facile et bonne communication avec Jean-Pierre.

Après quelques marches à monter, nous sommes accueillies par Jean-Pierre, qui nous donne de bonnes adresses de restaurant.L'appartement est idealement situé, avec vue sur la plage et la mer....et à 15 minutes à pied du Centre Ville.Tout l'equipement et meme un peu d'epicerie, permettent de passer un très bon sejour.Nois avons passé un très agréable moment et nous recommandons cet appartement dans un endroit très calme

Appartamento magnifico intimo come una casa curato in ogni dettaglio

Alloggio spazioso non mancante di nulla: televisori, Wi-Fi, cucina fornitissimo, scopa elettrica, vasca idromassaggio, doccia, divani, libri, cd, prodotti per la pulizia personale e della casa, frigorifero nuovo e grande, due fornetti... Un mucchio di roba. Unico vero difetto 4 piani di scala a chiocciola ripida e con gradini molto stretti. Davvero una gran fatica con i bagagli e non solo (ho 60 anni e non sono in buona forma fisica). Per il resto, un piccolo gioiello

Appartement est sympa et près de la plage mais pas face à la mer. Responsable est très gentil et accueillant. Appartement est situé au 4em étage et sabs ascenseur et les escaliers sont très serrés. Pas pratique pour les vacanciers avec des gros valises. Plage de sillon est parfaite.

Gemütlicher Ausguck

Wohnung sauber und ausgestattet mit allem, was man sich denken kann. Der Blick auf die Bucht von Saint Malo bis hin zur Insel Grand Bé und am Horizont dem Cap Fréhel ist wunderschön, auch (und vielleicht gerade) bei wechselhaftem Wetter, wie ich es hatte. Intra Muros ist bequem in kurzer Zeit über die Uferpromenade zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte jede Menge Tipps für Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Un appartement atypique avec une super vue

Un long pont de l’Ascension au top. Dormir au son des vagues c’est très agréable. L’appartement est idéalement situé, la plage est au pied de l’immeuble et l’intra-muros à 10min à pied. On pose la voiture sur la place et on fait tout à pied. L’hôte est de bon conseil pour les petites astuces locales (bateau-bus pour Dinard, sens des remparts…). L’appartement est très bien équipé. Petite tirelire pour l’épicerie mise à disposition dans l’appartement. Nous gardons précieusement cette location pour revenir à St Malo.

Vacances à Saint Malo

Appartement très bien situé, proche d'intra, très belle vue sur le Fort National, Cézembre et la plage du sillon. Appartement situé au 4ème étage et dernier étage d'un vieil immeuble donc pas d'ascenseur. Décoration atypique qui plaira ou non. Equipement global non satisfaisant et très vieux. Pour 4 personnes adultes ou bien 2 adultes et 3 enfants ok. Au delà délicat car la Bretagne des fois réserve un climat pluvieux donc...il est possible de passer du temps à l'intérieur.

Le sejour s est très bien déroulé: les plus jeunes étaient enchantés de la collection de bandes dessinées et de la décoration inventive de l’appartement. Charmant mit hervorragender Lage

Kleine aber feine Wohnung im 4. Stock eines Wohnhauses mit Aussicht auf Meer und Strand, Weg zum Strand ca. 20m. Originell eingerichtet, etwas wenig Platz für Kleidung und eigene Utensilien, aber bereits mit "Strand-Ausrüstung" (Matten, Schaufel etc.) ausgestattet. Tolle Spiele und viele Comics vorhanden.
