Studio T1 - Toulon - Panoramic view of the port

Located in the city center close to the market and the shopping center. Ideal for holidays between city and sea. The beaches are 10 minutes away. The studio was completely renovated in 2013. The spacious terrace allows you to eat outside with the view of the entire port and the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen and the bathroom are independent and overlook the entrance. The kitchen has 3 large windows with a view of the old town and Mont Faron. The sofa bed is very comfortable (Simmons 17cm mattress). All windows have double phonic and thermal glazing and it has air conditioning in case of high heat.
It is very well equipped and functional. There are a variety of bars and restaurants at the foot of the building, as well as a self-service Asian caterer.

Au top !

J'ai passé un trÚs bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est grand, beau, fonctionnel et idéalement situé. Les transports en commun sont à proximité. L'office du tourisme et les commerces également. La vieille ville juste à vos pieds, et de l'autre cÎté le trÚs beau port, dont vous avez une vue incroyable depuis le logement. Un bus vous emmÚne directement à la plage si vous ne souhaitez pas marcher les 20-25 minutes ! Catherine, la propriétaire, s'est montrée trÚs réactive, pleine de conseils trÚs précis sur les alentours, agréable et arrangeante. Elle a été trÚs à l'écoute par rapport à mes peurs pour le dépÎt du chÚque de caution. Et quand j'ai fait sans m'en rendre compte une fausse manipulation avec la télécommande de la climatisation, qui ne fonctionnait alors plus correctement (je m'en excuse vraiment), elle m'a immédiatement proposé des solutions (heureusement tout est rentré dans l'ordre rapidement grùce à un trÚs gentil technicien au téléphone). Et Ghislaine, qui m'a accueillie sur place, est également adorable et serviable. Je recommande ! Petite note pour ceux qui ont besoin d'obscurité totale pour dormir : pensez à votre masque de nuit ;)

1 studio cosy oĂč absolument rien ne manquait une vue sur la rade inoubliable - le 5e Ă©tage m'a semblĂ© trĂšs haut au dĂ©but cela fait un choc et donc pour cette raison l'on voit trĂšs loin depuis une terrasse magnifique Les contacts avec Madame Catherine COZZANO sont tout Ă  fait charmants - Ă  plusieurs reprises elle me demandait si j'Ă©tais satisfaite, si tout allait bien - c'est tout Ă  fait gentil. J'aurai bcp de plaisir Ă  faire sa connaissance comme elle me l'a proposĂ©e puisque ns allons ns installer Ă  Toulon mon Ă©poux et moi d'oĂč le but de cette location Ă  la recherche d'un appt. Il serait dommage et indĂ©licat de ma part d'omettre de signaler que ma caution m'a Ă©tĂ© restituĂ©e sous 10 jrs ce n'est tout de mĂȘme pas banal. Un grand bravo pour tout cela Ă  cette charmante dame Ne pas hĂ©siter une seconde Ă  la lecture de l'annonce "studio avec vue panoramique sur le port". TrĂšs bel appartement fonctionnel et bien Ă©quipĂ©. La climatisation est un vrai plus. La cuisine toute Ă©quipĂ©e est un plaisir. La situation de l appartement est parfaite, vue sur le port et restaurants en bas de l'immeuble, centre Mayol quasiment en face tout comme le marchĂ©. L arrĂȘt de bus est proche pour la ligne 3 vers les plages du Mourillon Ă  moins de 15 minutes. Accueil des plus agrĂ©ables Mon fils et moi mĂȘme avons beaucoup aimĂ© ce sĂ©jour

Appartement en trÚs bon état, lumineux, trÚs propre et cuisine trÚs bien équipée! Il est trÚs bien situé, nous avons apprécié la proximité des commerces, du marché, des transports, du centre ville et de la mer. La vue sur le port était magnifique! Parfait !

AprĂšs plusieurs sĂ©jours Ă  Toulon , dans d'autres endroits, cet appartement est vraiment "le top" : une bonne literie , cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e , salle de bain de rĂȘve , linge inclus. Et une terrasse qui est bien apprĂ©ciĂ© . Certainement mon "port d'attache" pour mes prochain passages Ă  Toulon. R.
