Villa Arancio in Forte dei Marmi with hot tub in the garden, gym, sauna, wifi
Furnished with taste as suits a typical Tuscan beach house (with a bike path that leads directly to the beach, 1700 meters).
Brand new villa with large hot tub in the garden. Porch with thin curtains and little tables, 4 parking spaces, automatic gate.
Area of 320 square meters. On the ground floor: hall, large kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms, one with bath and shower, bathroom, dressing room, living room with ottomans, terrace pocket.
In the basement: fitness center, sauna, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, large basement.
Very good quality, alarm, safe, wifi.
Near our villa there are two swimming pools:
1) At 300 meters there is the communal pool
2) At 1000 meters there is an Olympic-size swimming pool within the Raffaelli Country Club, sports centre.
