Furnished with taste as suits a typical Tuscan beach house (with a bike path that leads directly to the beach, 1500 meters).

Brand new villa with large hot tub in the garden. Porch with thin curtains and little tables, 4 parking spaces, automatic gate.

Area of ​​320 square meters. On the ground floor: hall, large kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.

On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms, one with bath and shower, bathroom, dressing room, living room with ottomans, terrace pocket.

In the basement: fitness center, sauna, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, large basement.

Very good quality, alarm, safe, wifi.

Near our villa there are two swimming pools:

1) At 300 meters there is the communal pool

2) At 1000 meters there is an Olympic-size swimming pool within the Raffaelli Country Club, sports centre.

Zentral gelegen, jedoch in einem Wohmviertel

Forte dei Marmi ist eher für "Chicki Micki". Für locker leicht fröhlich sind die Dörfern nebenan (auch Restaurantpteise hoch, Eßen herkömlich). Einkauf, Meer/Strand und flanieren auch mit Velo gut erreichbar. Haus groß &schön, jedoch UG unzumutbar (wegen Feuchtigkeit ekliger Gestank)

Eine generelle Grundreinigung könnte dem Objekt bereits helfen besser zu erscheinen. Das Haus ist sehr groß, mit 4 Badezimmern, 3 davon mit Dusche, eines mit Badewanne. Leider kann immer nur 1 Person duschen, da der Wasserdruck ansonsten nicht ausreichend ist. Man muss gefühlte 10 Min. warten bis man warmes Wasser bekommt. Das Haus könnte mit bis zu 12 Personen gebucht werden. Schlafplätze wären vorhanden, aber es gibt nicht genügend zusammenhängende Sitzplätze weder genügend Tassen (6 Tassen vorhanden und einige Espresso Tassen) für ein gemeinsames Frühstück. Die Übergabe und Endabnahme waren absolut reibungslos - auch eine Reklamation wurde umgehend behoben. Die Beschreibung sollte überarbeitet werden, da es sich keinesfalls um ein brandneues Haus handelt. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt angenehm, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fußläufig zu erreichen. Strand und Zentrum können in 10-15 min. mit den Fahrrad erreicht werden.

Esperienza perfetta per comitive

Bella villetta nei pressi di Forte dei Marmi, situata in posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e la spiaggia. Ottima l'accoglienza di Elena. Apprezzato lo spazio, la privacy dei locali e le strutture quali jakuzi già preparata e sauna a disposizione. Peccato per il tempo a sfavore, ma con gli spazi a disposizione siamo riusciti comunque a goderci la nostra vacanza.

Super schöne grosse Villa in Strandnähe

Alles war perfekt. Unkomplizierte Übergabe, durften schon am mittag die Villa beziehen da wir früher angekommen sind. Sehr schön möbliert, auch in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Tolle Unterkunft!!

Das Haus ist toll und entspricht den Beschreibungen. Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind super nett. Die Lage ist für Hunde Besitzer nicht optimal, weil es überhaupt keine Fußwege gibt in näheren Umgebung, man muss schon mit den Hunden Auto fahren, um sie auszuführen. Aber sonst ist die Lage sehr gut und zentral, außer man möchte zu Fuß zum Strand, dann ist es zu weit. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder nehmen!!! Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön!

Maison spacieuse et idéale pour 10 personnes, où chacun a son espace et des lits très confortable.Elena nous a très bien accueilli (en Français) et tout s'est bien passé. Quatre velos étaient a notre disposition,idéal pour circuler dans la ville .

Ostern mit Freunden

Dass wir sieben erlebnisreiche und erholsame Tage über Ostern am Meer erleben durften und der Urlaub ein voller Erfolg war, lag nicht zuletzt am Haus. Die freundliche Betreuung von Elena und Größe und Komfort des Hauses ließen keine Wünsche offen.

Agréable séjour

Située à proximité des commerces, déplacements à vélo très sympa. Très bien équipée que se soit côté cuisine et chambres. Nous conseillons la location pour passer un agréable séjour entre amis ou en famille. ( PS rajouter dans le descriptif la location du linge de maison (option) et frais de gaz/électricité). 300 euros de gaz pour 3 jours !

pas tres content de notre séjour. Nous sommes arrivés dans une maison glaciale. La maison n'avait pas été chauffé avant notre arrivé. Première journée et soirée emmitouflé dans nos blousons. Deux jours pour chauffer la maison. Coup de l'opération : 300 euros de gaz que nous avons du payer au propriétaire. Pas vraiment normal. Impossible de se servir du jacuzzi il est resté a 20°C pendant les 3 jours.Lorsque nous louons une maison avec jacuzzi c'est un peu embêtant. Donc très déçu de cette location qui ne vaut pas le prix demandé

Le client n’a pas suivi notre conseil de mettre le chauffage au maximum et d'allumer la pompe à chaleur des 5 climatiseurs. Cela aurait réchauffe la maison à sa convenance très rapidement. Pour se chauffer il faut penser à allumer le chauffage… La même chose vaut pour le Jacuzzi: le compteur spécifique indique une consommation de seulement 22 kw. Il n’a donc été mis en marche que pour une durée minime qui n’a pas suffi pour chauffer l’eau. Le coût effectif du gaz et de l’électricité dont la consommation a été relevée conjointement aux compteurs (avec photos à l'appui) était de 165 euros au total. Nous avons gracieusement accordé une remise et le client n'a payé que 100 euros (nous gardons la fiche sur laquelle nous avons effectué conjointement le calcule). Pourquoi prétendre avoir payé 300 euros ? Très déçu par ce client fantaisiste qui a réussi à rédiger l’unique compte-rendu à 3 étoiles : tous les autres ayant 4 ou 5 étoiles...

Alles super!

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und bemüht. Er hat sogar ein Kinderbett + einen Kinderhochstuhl besorgt. Vielen Dank dafür! Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum und gigantisch groß! Es ist wirklich ALLES vorhanden was man benötigt. Inkl Kochutensilien. Auch der Garten ist perfekt für Kinder und man hat jede Menge Platz für die gesamte Familie. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder. Vielleicht schon nächstes Jahr :) Forte dei Marmi ist ein super Ort. Man fühlt sich wohl. Es ist alles sehr sauber und der feine Sandstrand einfach nur perfekt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Tolles großes Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, wir waren mit zwei Familien dort und konnten uns auf die verschiedenen Stockwerke verteilen. Der Garten ist wunderbar gepflegt und der Jacuzzi perfekt zur Entspannung, wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der überdachten und schönen Terrasse einnehmen. Einzig der Kellerbereich ist etwas schlecht belüftet und manchmal hört man etwas die Straße, was aber nicht wirklich störend ist. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Geweldige woning. Zeer vriendelijke woningbeheerster.

Goed vakantieadres maar feitelijk meer geschikt voor een groter gezelschap. Prima uitvalslocatie voor Pisa, Lucca, Florence en de Cinqueterre (aan te bevelen) In deze tijd van het jaar waren veel horecagelegenheden gesloten. Prima keukeninrichting zodat zelf koken geen probleem is.

Superbe villa

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cette belle villa , très spacieuse , nous avons apprécié le jacuzzi le soir en rentrant de nos visites , les propriétaires très gentils et réponde très vite à nos questions . Ne pas manqué la visite des cinque terre à 45 mn une merveille et certainement notre plus belle journée avec Florence , attention aux zone ztl en ville , 100 e l'amende 😤, mais rien à voir avec la villa , j'avais fais un très bon choix . Superbe
