You will appreciate this large chalet with contemporary decoration with a large very sunny living room of 65 m2 with fireplace, living room, dining room and a very large ultra modern American kitchen of 20 m2. Three terraces surround the chalet, which allows you to take advantage of the heat to the south or the freshness to the east for summer days. In the evening, it is very pleasant to dine on the west terrace with the view of the chains of Vercors and Chartreuse. You will have two parental suites with bathroom
 , contemporary shower room, refurbished, and dressing room. Upstairs, two halls with bathroom and two offices on the mezzanine.

Heerlijk verblijf

Wij zijn een week te gast geweest in dit leuke huis met ruim perceel. Op prima afstand van de skipistes van Chamrousse (15 min rijden) en wel heerlijk ruimte met privacy. Wij zouden zeker terugkomen!

A relaxing stay in a beautiful place

We had a lovely two weeks at this house during August. The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean and well equipped and in a wonderful location with spectacular views across the valley of Grenoble and the surrounding mountains. It had the benefit of being both quiet with an isolated feel and no properties overlooking it, thanks to an excellent position and large garden, but also felt connected to local life with the attractive village of St Martin d’Huriage nearby. We were also usefully placed to access nearby activities, not least Chamrousse, which is 15 mins drive above the house, with a cable car and chair lifts (presumably only functioning in winter) leading to spectacular mountain range peaks and trails. We found the owner was very helpful and her hosts were also easily available for any questions or needs. We had a really lovely time and would happily go back!

Une maison et des alentours très agréables

La maison est très spacieuse et agréable. Plusieurs terrasses sont utilisables en fonction de l'orientation (et de l’ensoleillement) recherchés. Le jardin est magnifique et ménage des vues superbes sur Grenoble, le Vercors et la Chartreuse. Quelques points d’amélioration faciles à réaliser : prévoir des verres à eau simples en plus des verres à pied, et laisser un manuel d’utilisation pour le home cinema, l’installation électrique et autres équipements pour lesquels des précautions d’usage sont nécessaires. Nous avons passé trois semaines très agréables dans cette maison.
