We had a great stay, there was minor glitch at check in, but it was resolved quickly by the owner. We picked this property because was close to our family in Florence, and it was so close to them. We will try and book a return stay when we return for our next trip
This is a great condo in a perfect location for enjoying all downtown Florence has to offer. The condo is very nice and spacious. Beds are comfy and it has all the amenities. The host was very communicative and friendly.
Bath tub was dirty and not enough lighting in the bathroom, rat poop in the kitchen cabinets and i had to go buy washcloths for my guest..other than that the bed was good and the location

Pictures
Pictures of unit where not what the unit looked like. Bath tub in very bad condition
I stayed in Condo A for three nights. It was very comfortable, and in a peaceful neighborhood. I loved having my morning coffee and quiet time on the massive porch. Just a few blocks from Court St. I will definitely stay here again.
I previously visited this same property two years ago and everything was great. This time it was not as clean. Bathtub had to be cleaned. One bedroom door wouldn't close. Front entrance door was hard to close. Everything else was great as listed. We were only there for two days so I didn't notify management. I would definitely stay there again!
The stay was great. Great communication with property manager. The location is perfect, a few blocks from downtown Court Street and UNA. Would definitely book our stay there again.
It was large and clean and very comfortable.
We had to park in the back and walk up some back steps,
but once inside...very nice overall. It would have been nice to have been able to sit on the large covered porch in the front.
Thank you!
It is a great location. Convenient for pretty much everything in Florence. It was nice being able to actually cook a few meals while there. Only downfall would be that it is an older home and if your neighbors above/beside you are heavy footed or talk loudly and like to be up all hours, you may need a sound machine because you will know it. Other than that we really enjoyed and will stay again.

The place looked as the picture showed. It was clean and had all of the necessary accommodation.
This Condo was clean neat and accommodating. This area of town is near so many activities yet, it is quiet and very spacious. We loved it. We would definitely return to this one again.

I felt the property was extremely nice. It was very clean and well taken care of for sure.
Very nice accommodations for myself and the three fishermen I brought. Kitchen was well stocked with items to prepare meals. Linens were nice and easy to find, and bathroom was nice as well. I would return in a heart beat. One thing...if you are staying in one of the bottom units...the building is old and "cracks" and "squeaks" quite a bit. It was enough to keep us up and wake us up. Other than that...A+!!!

Spacious and well equipped
I plan on returning next year! We very much enjoyed our stay.
The condo is within walking distance of shopping, food, and a park. There is room for boat parking and plug-ins which is great because Pickwick Lake is less than five minutes away. Several Florence attractions are less than 15 minutes away.
The spacious kitchen has a full refrigerator, dishwasher, and amazing washer and dryer! All of the utensils/linens you will need are provided. The main bedroom is very roomy and the second bedroom also gives plenty of room to move about and store your belongings. There are big windows throughout giving you a lot of natural light.
The owner was so easy to work with. He's very accommodating and made us feel very welcome.
You cannot go wrong staying here.

Beautiful, Great Location, A Bit Loud
The apartment is absolutely beautiful! The pictures don't really do it justice. While the property itself is historic, the place has all the modern conveniences. It was very clean when I arrived, and there was a sweet note, flowers and candy there when I arrived. What a great way to start!
The location is just about perfect. I grew up in the area and was in town for a wedding, and I promise this is a good place to be. You're only a few blocks from downtown and Wilson Park. I had my dogs with me, and we loved our neighborhood walks.
The only reason I'm giving this place four stars is because it's really loud. I was on the first floor, so maybe the upstairs is different. But I could hear everything. I could hear other people's TVs from my living room. I could hear conversations on the porch. And because there are wood floors upstairs and down, you can hear every step above you. The first night I got a fright because my upstairs neighbors were walking, and I could have sworn they were right in my hallway! I got used to it after a couple of days, but I would take that into consideration if you're a traveler who greatly minds noise. Again, maybe a stay upstairs would have been different.
Overall, it's a really great property, and the owner's assistant was very responsive and answered any questions I had.
