About this property

Charming villa in a quiet area with pool and garden

Detached villa of 130 m2, very pleasant, south-west facing in a quiet environment, accommodating 6 people. Located in a small residence of 7 villas, secured with gate and digicode. Private pool (8 X 4) sunny all day and terrace, on a flat garden of 1000 m2, gas barbecue. On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with en-suite bathroom / wc and a bedroom with shower and washbasin. 1st floor, 2 bedrooms, one with terrace, shower and separate wc. Outdoor parking for 3 cars. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the laundry room there is a second fridge, which is nice in the summer for cold drinks. A widescreen TV, Hi-Fi system and a library are also available. The wooden terrace is decorated with a mulberry tree with a garden furniture, very comfortable. The table and 8 chairs, outside, are protected by a pergola, for lunch in the shade and enjoy a nice lighting in the evening with the pool also lit. The layout of the garden allows you to settle at will in different places, with sun loungers that you can move easily in the day. Two hundred-year-old olive trees and a green ash tree give you shade if you look for it. The environment is very quiet, not overlooked and an ideal location for travel and discovery of the region with motorway access only 10 minutes.
