El Titi: 1BR Apartment in Castillo de Amber- Great Sea Views and Location!

El Titi (aka Squirrel Monkey) offers a spectacular ocean view from your outdoor dining terrace, kitchen and bedroom. The bedroom contains a king size bed, an air conditioning unit operated by remote control, clothes wardrobe with safe, a writing desk and cable TV. The indoor living room offers a queen size sofa bed pullout, ocean views, air conditioning, and cable TV. All rooms have ceiling fans as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, and pots & pans.

There is a daily Housekeeper (except Sundays) who is available for laundry services as well.

There is a common area, called the Lookout Lounge located beside the large, tiled swimming pool. You will find a full sized refrigerator, sink, stereo and a plastic glasses and dishes for safety around the pool. There is a 3 piece bathroom on this level too. A poolside dinning table and poolside lounge chairs for relaxing. Everything you need for a relaxing time beside the pool.

Perfect location!

We loved waking up to all of the monkeys and iguanas every morning! The place was clean and had everything we needed to include coffee upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing days at Manuel Antonio

The property offered everything we needed for our stay in Manuel Antonio. It is very close to the shops, an excellent restaurant (Agua Azul) and the view from the balcony cannot be beaten. Jasmin, the housekeeper, was very friendly and helpful. We recommed it for families or those who enjoy quiet and nature.

Family Vacation

We stayed as a family of 4 in El Titi. Booking was easy and Kent, the owner, communicated quickly and efficiently. He connected us with Vanessa, the concierge, right after booking. We were able to plan transportation to and from San Jose Airport, our daily adventures and order groceries prior to our arrival. The unit was clean. The pull out couch was not comfortable in any way. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Anything you needed to prepare a meal was available. The pool was refreshing! Housekeeping was available daily, and she did a great job. Great location, you can walk to the grocery store, atm, many restaurants. City bus is easy to use. Taxis were easy to call using WhatsApp. The locals were so friendly, we felt safe, great restaurants, perfect beaches. We went Ziplining, toured mangroves, went out on a catamaran, went sport fishing, on a sailboat, and a night jungle tour. It was all amazing. Highly recommend the great location and amenities of this VRBO!!!

Wow! Loved this accommodation. The pictures of the unit matched the real thing :-) and the apartment was well-equipped with kitchen items, linens etc. So nice to have the pool with that incredible view. Great location as we could easily walk to restaurants and shops. We had a car so grocery-shopped elsewhere but the little markets close by were handy. Excellent communication with the "team" from the moment we booked. Jasmine checked in regularly to see if we needed housekeeping. Vanessa did an exceptional job of booking/coordinating our excursions. We would highly recommend staying at El Titi. We spent most of our time out on that patio in the pic! Thanks, Kent.

Amazing property!!!

This property was perfect for us! We wanted a boutique feel but not a busy hotel. This place was that exactly. There are tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We were told you can walk to beaches, and although you can, it’s a bit of a hike with the hills. And the road you walk on is very busy with cars. Vanessa is an absolutely fantastic concierge! She knows everyone and everything. She was so quick to respond to any request it was uncanny. I felt like I had my own personal assistant! She helped us book everything before we even got there. We felt like we already knew her when we finally checked in. During our stay she was right there whenever we needed anything. She knew the owner of Costa Rica tropical adventures, Domian. He was so fantastic we spent 2 days doing everything fun imaginable. White water rafting, hiking to waterfalls and hot springs. Definitely go with their tours. They are top notch! The housekeeper Jazmin was also really attentive and helpful! If you book an in house massage request Ambar. She’s fantastic! You can’t go wrong staying at this beautiful property! The views are stunning, the location excellent, and the furnishings were great! The air conditioners worked extremely well. We highly recommend this property. We had a lovely stay in our unit. It was fun watching the monkeys from our balcony, swimming in the pool and sleeping in an air conditioned bedroom. Vanessa was wonderful in setting us up with all the provisions we requested. We enjoyed our nightly walk to various restaurants and to easily jump on the bus to the beach or to Quepos. we highly recommend.

The condo was ampke size for a family of three. The kitchen was functional but needs a better coffee maker. The best part is the balcony. Beautiful views in a gorgeous setting. The monkeys like it too. Biggest complaint is the small bathroom. There is no place to put bathroom stuff.

Everything was perfect. The whole week we had the place to ourselves. The only thing I would complain about is that thw maid dint come two days in a row. But, honestly those are first world problems. Other than that we saw monkeys and sloths near our house almost everday. There is security and it is suoer safe.

In May I stayed at Kastytis Kourt with my wife and 10-year old son. It was a great place to stay, and had everything we needed--ocean views, a central location, huge pool, and plenty of tranquility. The pool & pool kitchen are shared--but rarely did we see anyone there, and when we did it led to pleasant conversation. I'd certainly bring my family back to stay there again!

First time to Costa Rica!

My husband and and I visited Costa Rica for our first time, and I spent many hours planning this very special trip. Our first stop was Manuel Antonio. Heather responded to my inquiry within an hour, making my planning so much easier! I was delighted when she told me the apartment was available for our dates, which was very lucky since it was one of the busiest times of the year! MY husband and I cannot say enough good things about Kastytis Court! Upon arriving from the airport, Heather greeted us warmly at the house to help us get oriented, which didn't take long, we melted right in! The accommodations are just beautiful, brand new, sparkling clean, and was an amazing welcome to Costa Rica! The pool was a place we used to unwind from our day to day life at home, and again, that didn't take long! The house is surrounded by lush tropical foliage, the view is perfect, and even though you are a couple minute's walk from town, the sense of privacy was there. It was a very close distance Manuel Antonio Parque Nacional, where we spent an entire glorious day, delighting in coming back to our apartment and pool. Heather was there on the day we departed, again greeting us cheerfully. I asked if we could see the other two apartments, which were larger, absolutely gorgeous and could accommodate my whole family! We would absolutely return to this wonderful house, the sooner the better. Thank you Heather, I still have one foot in Costa Rica, and I've been back for almost two weeks!
