House 160 m2, on 2 levels on the ground floor. we find a large entrance, bathroom, wc the living room of 65m2 (kitchen sam living room) the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms (8 sleeping) an enclosed garden of 250 adjoining with terrace, above ground pool (diam. 4m) in front of the house 2 shaded parking lots.
the house is tastefully renovated, The proximity of Collioure, Spain and shops, the calm, the large volumes, the enclosed garden and the 2 parking spaces are the strong points.

Great Place!!

Ermes‘ house really surprised us - in a positive way. Some reviews remarked that the house was not clean enough. We found a tidy, cozy place, equipped with everything we needed and a host (Ermes) who welcomed us with a Long tour around his house. We spent a great week close to the village center!

Ok stay in Argelès-sur-Mer village

Property was ok but to be honest the facilities were below what we expected from the description. The appliances worked ok but had seen better days . Although presented tidily it was dusty around the sofas tables and glasses ( some were greasy and not cleaned properly) . Upstairs air conditioning was outside the bedrooms so unless all rooms have doors open the rooms would be unbearable - the door on the 2nd floor into the bedrooms is a flimsy makeshift affair. Outside garden ok but our dog was unable to use it after we spent first day trying to clear him from fleas - something we think is below the air conditioning unit in the corner as he was trying to get into a hole there. The owner did respond to our issue with the pool, he was a decent guy but to be honest for the money paid we were disappointed The good location right in centre of Angeles village is not only reason to justify the price charged.. On arrival he used his neighbour who speaks English to help welcome us and that was a pretty quick intro.We left the property clean and tidy and typical of the communication ( the owner did not give. Us any arrival info until we prompted him on day of arrival, on leaving he sent us a message in reply to us telling him we left early addressing us with payment info relating to a previous client of his, so not even addressing is by our correct name.

Très bien

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison avec une terrasse et jardin très agréable . La maison étant climatisée nous n’avons pas souffert de la chaleur et où nous avons pu nous reposer pour profiter de cette magnifique région . L’accueil et la réactivité du propriétaire sont parfaits . Je recommande vivement ! Merci pour tout

Urlaub mit der Familie

Wir waren Anfang August als Familie (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) im Ferienhaus. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und persönlich vom Besitzer Ermes empfangen. Die Übergabe und der Rundgang war auch ohne französisch unkompliziert, auch dank Übersetzungsapp. Ermes war stets verfügbar bei Fragen und bei hilfen sehr schnell vor Ort. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber der Charme des Ferienhaus ist gemütlich und hat seinen eigenen Flair. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist eine kleine Oase zum draußen sitzen, relaxen, spielen und mit viel Spaß im Pool. Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe und zum Strand sind es ca. 2 Kilometer. Ein Dank an Ermes für den erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Tolle Lage, viel Platz

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub und bietet viel Platz für eine Familie. Wir konnten ohne weite Strecken mit dem Auto fahren zu müssen, viel unternehmen. Einziges Manko war in unseren Augen die mangelnde Sauberkeit und dass das Haus bzw. das Mobiliar schon sehr abgewohnt sind. Da es aber den Anschein macht, dass das Problem mit der Sauberkeit eher grundsätzlich ist und kein "Ausrutscher", haben wir es im persönlichen Gespräch nicht erwähnt. Der Kontakt mit Ermes war sehr freundlich!

Super vacances chez Ermès. Maison agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. La maison est très bien situé, c'est agréable de ne pas avoir à prendre la voiture. Merci Ermès !

Great location in Argeles sur mer village

Lots of good features including great pool for the kids and lovely garden. Open staircase was dangerous for young children. Comfortable beds but bed linen wasn’t available despite request. We were reluctantly provided with poor quality sheets etc Some good trips out to Collioure and Ceret.

Schönes großes altes Haus im Dorfkern

Schöner Urlaub zu viert im Sommer: Das Haus liegt prima (5 Min Gehzeit zum sympathischer Ortskern mit Geschäften, Bars, Restaurants), hat trotzdem Garten mit weinberankter Terrasse und Pool, ist geräumig, kühl und interessant gestaltet, die Ausstattung ist vollständig, wenn auch älteren Datums (z.B. Küche). Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und verfügbar, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert.

Super maison de vacances

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Ermes. Dès qu’on a eu un petit problème, il s’est rendu sur les lieux rapidement pour nous venir en aide. La maison est grande et convenait parfaitement à notre petit groupe puisqu’il y avait de l’espace !

Nous avons aimé le calme de la maison qui se trouve pourtant à proximité immédiate du centre-ville. Le jardin verdoyant a également été très apprécié.

Belle maison bien localisée

Les +: - Belle maison décorée avec goût - La climatisation au rdc et a l’étage - Beaucoup d’ustensiles, équipements de cuisine - proche d’une rue commerçante : carrefour, boulangerie, boucherie… - A 10mn en voiture de la plage centrale (35/40mn à pied) - Une place de parking devant la maison - Le grand jardin avec piscine et transats Recommandation : bien vérifier la maison avant l’arrivée des locataires, car nous avons eu des catastrophes les premiers jours. Mr B a toutefois été disponible rapidement pour régler tous ces sujets pendant notre séjour

Un joli coin de verdure en plein coeur d'Argelès sur Mer

Très bon séjour dans cette maison idéalement située à 5 min à pied de la rue piétonne avec tous les commerces nécessaires. Le jardin est bien aménagé et arboré si bien que l'on oublie vite être en plein centre ville. La mer est à 30 min à pied environ de la maison. La location dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires "comme à la maison". Rien à redire. Le propriétaire a été à l'écoute de nos demandes pour que nous puissions passer un agréable séjour. Merci à lui !

Séjour du 18 Juillet au 01 Août 2020

Séjour très agréable. Grande maison appropriée pour famille. Nous étions 5 adultes, une adolescente, un enfant de 4 ans, un enfant de 2 ans. Piscine dans jardin fermé sans vis à vis. Maison au coeur du village, rue piétonne à 2 mns avec marché 2 fois par semaine. Piste cyclable dans toute la ville, possibilité déplacement en vélo facile. Station balnéaire idéale. Seul bémol présence constante de moustiques sur la terrasse.

Une jolie maison de caractère au coeur d'Argelès

Ermes est un hôte extrêmement prévenant et sympathique. Sa maison est spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Elle reflète l'amour de l'art et de la tradition de son propriétaire. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en famille et les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le grand jardin. Les climatisations et les places de parking sont un plus. Enfin, l'emplacement au centre d'Argelès est optimal (proximité des commerces et près des plages) et permet de rayonner dans le département des Pyrénées-Orientales, de la côte Vermeille en passant par la jolie Collioure jusqu'au nord de l'Espagne (Cadaques et Roses). A ne pas manquer !

schönes renoviertes Haus mit großem Garten

Wir waren im August eine Woche hier. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und hat drei große Schlafzimmer. Alle mit Fenster. Oben bei den Schlafzimmern im Flur und im Wohnzimmer sind die Klimaanlagen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Toll ist der Garten. Auch August supergrüner Rasen und blühend. Die Palmen, Feigen, Olivenbaum und der duftende Jasmin machen, dass man sich wirklich wie im Urlaub fühlt. Toll ist auch dersuper saubere Pool, der zum Quatsch machen oder kurz abkühlen von der Sonne perfekt ist. Die Sonne scheint in den Pool von mittags bis zum frühen Abend. Durch das schöne grün ist man völlig ungestört. Die Nachbarschaft ist angenehm ruhig und zum Ort mit Bäcker, Metzger etc sind es nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
