With 12 beds and two kitchens, the house allows a wonderful holiday with family and friends while preserving some independence. Gym, sauna and a large pool where you will feel good for just about any reason.

Vaste maison de pierres

Superbe demeure, très bien équipée, grande piscine. Divers espaces permettent un séjour en toute tranquillité pour tous les instants de la journée que ce soit autour des repas ou pour des temps détentes. Superbes chambres et un équipement loisir très complet. Je recommande vivement.

Une belle propriété avec beaucoup d'espace

Nous avons passé un super séjour, la piscine au top et les jeux et activités sur place nous ont beaucoup plu. Le piano a suscité des vocations... Nous étions 12, les espaces et les terrasses étaient adaptées au nombre... Je recommande...

Mooi verblijf

Heel groot huis, echt alles is aanwezig. Prachtig uitzicht. Met de auto alles vlot te bereiken, het huis zelf staat in een rustige omgeving. Wij hebben hier een aangename vakantie gehad met onze tieners.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est vraiment magnifique et très spacieuse. Avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un super moment. Terrasse couverte très utile quand le temps n’y est pas avec une vue magnifique. Piscine géniale. Bref parfait Je recommande a 200%

Très belle location

Cette bâtisse que nous avons loué une semaine en Août a été en tous points conforme à la description faite sur le site. Le propriétaire nous a laissé à disposition deux classeurs concernant toutes les informations relatives aux activités (sport, manifestations culturelles, gastronomie etc..). Nous avons trouvé cette maison en parfait état de propreté, avec des équipements de qualité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la descente en canoë des gorges de l'Ardèche, les randonnées, les visites de grottes, ainsi que celles des villages médiévaux. Je recommande vivement à tous, cette très belle location, dans un environnement calme et serein.

magnifique séjour

la maison est pleine de charme,élégante et fonctionnelle. tout est de qualité extérieur comme intérieur. le propriétaire laisse beaucoup de choses à disposition(vélo,baby foot,dvd...) et surtout un porte-vue avec pleins de bons conseils pour découvrir les activités aux alentours. La maison est très propre ,très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de gout. il y a beaucoup de promenade à faire au départ de la maison. le centre équestre à proximité propose une ballade ou l'on passe dans l'eau qui est très agréable. je recommande fortement cette location Le propriétaire est toujours aimable et disponible

Un havre de paix dans une demeure de charme

Je recommande vivement cette très belle maison, nichée dans un écrin de verdure dans une très belle région, où il y a plein de sites à découvrir. La maison est spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de gout. Elle permet à chacun d'y trouver son espace, collectif ou personnel. Et l'espace extérieur est très fonctionnel. Le déjeuner au bord de la piscine, puis la sieste sur les transats.... Cela donne envie d'y retourner très vite ! Nadia G

Séjour de rêve dans un cadre exceptionnel

la maison correspond parfaitement à la description du site. Elle est parfaitement propre et facile à entretenir au cours d'un séjour même nombreux. La documentation à disposition sur place et les conseils des propriétaires qui connaissent bien la région sont très précieux (ballades extraordinaires pour tous niveaux de randonneurs, kayakistes, familles, etc). Cette location est à recommander à toute époque de l'année compte tenu de son confort exceptionnel, de sa situation, des multiples activités variées de cette magnifique région et des loisirs pour tout âge à découvrir en famille ou entre amis. A proximité de la maison la découverte de la nature, des villes et villages chargés d'histoire et de belles pierres, des ballades à pieds, sur l'eau, dans les grottes (la grotte Chauvet est à proximité) l'artisanat, et les festivals l'été font de ce lieu une adresse à recommander à tout point de vue et ceux qui ne goûteront pas à cette expérience risquent de passer à côté d'un moment dont on se souvient toute sa vie !

The peaceful garden will allow you to relax after a walk in the gorges of Ardeche, a mountain bike ride or a visit to the Ardeche village. Two kitchens (summer and winter) allow two families to share the house while preserving their own autonomy.
