Logement conforme à la description, spacieux , belle terrasse . Garage très pratique accessible par ascenseur. Literie très confortable, très calme pour une semaine au moins d’août . 2 wc ! Climatisation indispensable, et fonctionnel dans toute les pièces . Hôte très accueillant.

Nous sommes partis fin août,à 5 avec un chien et des enfants.L’appartement est magnifique, avec, tout d’abord, une grande terrasse paisible qui nous offre une vue magnifque sur Empuria.L’appartement est très bien aménagé avec une décoration et des meubles qui s’allient parfaitement ensemble.Le tout est d’une très grande qualité.On note la présence d’un barbecue, dont on a bien profité.L’appartement est très lumineux, et l’on y trouve tout le nécessaire ! Nous remercions infiniment le propriétaire !

location au top toute la description est réelle à l'annonce Mr et Mme Rodriguez sont tres acceuillants et prennent le temps de bien vous expliquez le potentiel de l'appartement et les endroits comme des restaurants, plage, super marché.....un acceuil au top , séjour agréable je recommande cette location qui est très fonctionnel et spacieux

Checkin verlief reibungslos, wir wurden gut vom netten Vermieter betreut, es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, Aufzug gleich neben der Wohnung.Wohnung ist sauber, schön hell und gut ausgestattet.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in der Nähe vom Strand ca 20 min zu Fuß. Es war in der Wohnung alles in Ordnung und man hatte alles zur Verfügung was man so braucht wie zb Geschirr, Liegen usw. Alles in einem waren wir zufrieden.

L’appartement est très sympa et très bien équipé! Notre séjour a été un réel plaisir ! Nous recommandons cet appartement. L’ensoleillement est agréable et la climatisation très appréciée en plein mois d’août. Les balades en velo sont appréciable à Empuriabrava. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Total happy, gerne wieder

Die Wohnung enspricht zu 100% den Bildern auf der Internet Plattform. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 1 Kind und 1 kl. Hund. Grosses Wohnzimmer und zwei genügend grosse Schlafzimmer, mit jeweils Klimaanlage die tip-top funktionert. Kleiderwaschmaschine im Badezimmer sehr praktisch. Grosser Kühlschrank, in der Küche hat es alles was es braucht. Sehr grosse, offene Terrasse mit, Sonnenschirm, Grill, Gas inklusive. Äusserst ruhige, saubere Attikawohnung, inklusive Garagenplatz und Lift zur Wohnung, sehr wichtig. Hr. Rodriguez ist mehrsprachig, überaus nett und bietet seine Hilfe an, falls gewünscht. Je recommande vivement

Le logement est très bien, il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut et la clim était la bienvenue ! La terrasse est parfaite pour les petits déjeuners et les dîners. La localisation est top, on était à environ 15 min à pied de la plage, et tous les commerces sont à quelques minutes à pied ! Le propriétaire est très gentil et arrangeant. En bref nous recommandons fortement ce logement et nous y retournerons certainement !

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour. L'appartement était très propre (un plaisir :))et bien équipé. Logement bien placé pour accéder à la mer et aux restaurants. Terrasse très agréable pour les petits déjeuners et dîners. Les propriétaires sont très charmants et arrangeants, ce qui est toujours appréciable 😊. Empuriabrava est une station balnéaire bien placée entre grandes plages, beau parc naturel magnifiques criques plus loin.

Au coeur de la marina

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, très bien équipé, avec un rooftop sans vis à vis. Proche de la plage et des commerces. Hôte présent à l'arrivée comme au départ, disponible. Sans aucune hésitation, une location à recommander, dans laquelle nous espérons revenir.

Empuriabrava pour nous était une première. La location est très bien. Il ne manque rien. Mr Rodriguez le propriétaire est une personne très sympathique et discrète mais disponible au moindre soucis. Je recommande vivement.
