Apartment t1bis independent in cottage completely renovated (ground floor), in the village of Touvet. The house is located next to the house owners, without vis-à-vis.
Located in the Grésivaudan valley between the Charteuse and Belledonne mountains, 20 minutes from Grenoble and Chambéry.
This maisonette consists of a bedroom with double bed, a kitchen open to the living room, bathroom with shower, terrace with garden furniture, parking.
Close to ski resorts (Saint Hilaire du Touvet 15 minutes, Collet d'Allevard 20 minutes, Prapoutel 7 laux 25 minutes ...), historical monuments (Touvet castle, Fort Barraux, Bayard museum), spa treatments ( Allevard les Bains 15 minutes) and the world paragliding site (St Hilaire du Touvet).

Point de depart ideal

Situé au beau milieu du Gresivaudan ce gite coquet et tres bien tenu est ideal pour faire connaissance avec les massifs de la Chartreuse et Belledonne. De plus situé a mi-chemin de Grenoble et de Chambéry il est facile de se rendre dans ces deux villes pour les visiter. Nous en avons bien profité, aidés des bons conseils de nos hôtes, Isabelle et Michel. Le petit bourg du Touvet est agréable et nous y avons eu la chance d'assister à un concert de jazz consacré à Oscar Peterson dans la cave du café de la mairie. Vacances très reussies à tout point de vue.

Super séjour chez Isabelle et Michel

Le petit appartement est super cosy, on s'y sent bien tout de suite. Le jardinet et la vue sur les montagnes sont un plus dans ce cadre bucolique. Isabelle est prévenante et très sympathique. Super lieu et super hôte. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Pretty, well equipped cottage in picturesque old village. Great location to explore the area. The owners are friendly and helpful but not at all intrusive. We really relaxed here and enjoyed the atmosphere and scenery.

Gite tout confort, tant au point de vue de l'aménagement fait avec beaucoup de goût, de l'équipement (il n'y manque rien), ponctué par les nombreuses attentions, mises à disposition par les propriétaires, améliorant ainsi le confort des hôtes. Nous avons également apprécié la proximité des commerces, tout pouvant se faire à pied. Habitués à fréquenter des gîtes, nous n'avons jamais eu de gîte où les propriétaires étaient aussi prévenants. Félicitations et merci à eux.

Séjour très agréable

Nous étions trois (deux adultes et un bébé). L'appartement est très fonctionnel pour quelques jours de vacances. L'emplacement est très appréciable (et le village a un marché bien achalandé le samedi matin). L'accueil est très agréable: confiture maison, cake, jus de fruit et j'en passe! Ne pas hésiter pour réserver!

Wir wurden sehr freundliche mit einem Trink empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgerüstet. Das Bett könnte etwas größer sein. Einen deutschen TV Sender wäre nicht schlecht. Der Freisitz im grünen war sehr einladend zum Essen und verweilen

Une petite location idéale !!!

Une petite location idéale pour visiter Grenoble, Chambéry et découvrir le massif de la grande chartreuse ! Beaucoup de belles randonnées (nombreux points de vue ,cascades) Le logement est conforme à la description. La décoration est soignée et les propriétaires très accueillants. Tout est dit dans le titre. Les propriétaires ont le sens de l'accueil. Nous sommes à notre deuxième séjour et il y aura sans doute un troisième. Petite maison simple et fonctionnelle. L'été possibilité de prendre ses repas dehors.

Ideal holiday house for 2

This is an ideal holiday house for 2 people in a picturesque area of France that seemed to be largely free (in June) of other British tourists. The owners and their family made us very welcome. They were friendly and helpful but, at the same time, discreet. Le Touvet is well placed to visit stunning mountain locations as well as urban areas such as Grenoble and Chambéry.

Nous y avons passé une semaine à trois (avec bébé d'un an), et nous sommes très satisfaits.Le logement est propre, lumineux et tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien : la déco, le linge de maison et tout l'équipement nécessaire...Nous avons pu également bien profiter du jardin... Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, à la fois disponibles et discrets, ils sont soucieux du bon déroulement du séjour. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.
