Absolutely lovely apartment

We stayed here for a month over Christmas and new year and it was fantastic had everything we needed for a total chilled out break beautiful apartment and the owners were Fantastic just at the end of the phone if needed would definitely recommend the people we met were so lovely aswell thanks again Sergio

Lovely apartment

Our apartment was ideal for our 4 week stay with everything that we needed. We were very comfortable and would have given five stars but for one or two very small inexpensive repairs to the toilet seat and shower head, we could have also done with a kettle. The pool area was excellent and having a designated garage space was wonderful as the street parking was always full. Having lifts to all floors was extremely useful particularly when carrying heavy bags.

Laid back location for a relaxing stay

Overall property was good but has some tired outdoor furniture and during our stay a leaking coffee machine. Also hot water always came out rusty coloured so didn't drink tap water. Otherwise it was clean, tidy and well located for us as we were looking for a laid back location. Pal Mar has expanded since we visited last 8yrs ago and has good facilities and even some beach now. Reported coffee machine issue and manager did respond but not replaced in time of stay.

Zweckmäßige Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten in dieser sehr geräumigen Ferienwohnung mit 4 Personen einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist für einen Aufenthalt mit allem. was man so braucht gut ausgestattet. Die Tiefgarage ist optimal, falls man ein Fahrzeug hat. Und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist absolut erfreulich. Supermärkte für den täglichen Bedarf sind in kurzer Entfernung verfügbar, ebenso günstige Restaurants. Palm Mar ist als Ort (zumindest während unseres Aufenthalts im Januar) nicht überlaufen.

Tolles Appartement mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir waren vier Wochen in der Ferienwohnung (Anfang November bis Anfang Dezember). Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber Sergio war sehr gut; er antwortete innerhalb kürzester Zeit per WhatsApp. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurden uns alle wichtigen Informationen gezeigt. Rückfragen konnten wir allerdings nicht stellen, da die Dame nur spanisch sprach.Die Ferienwohnung ist im zweiten Stock. Es gibt zwei Fahrstühle. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Für die Appartementanlage gibt es einen Swimmingpool. Ein Supermarkt ist fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zu Fuß sind viele Restaurants erreichbar.Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei Fernseher (Wohn- und Schlafzimmer). Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet: große Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, E-Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Waschmaschine. Besonders schön ist der große Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool.Unsere Mängel waren: Kaffeemaschine lief aus, Gurt der Jalousie im Schlafzimmer war kaputt, Toilettenspülung stoppte zeitweise nicht von allein, Wäscheständer war kaputt, kein deutschsprachiger Fernsehsender. Leider wurden diese Mängel nicht beseitigt, obwohl wir den Gastgeber zu Beginn des Urlaubes darauf hingewiesen haben. Wären die Mängel während unseres Urlaubes beseitigt worden, hätten wir fünf Sterne bei der Bewertung vergeben.Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Palm Mar. Empfehlenswert ist ein Mietwagen, um die schönen Strände und Orte zu erreichen.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans votre appartement. Conforme au descriptif. Résidence calme. Échanges sans aucun problèmes que se soit avec le propriétaire ou la dame sur place qui nous a accueilli. Peut-être prévoir un double de clés pour l'accès à la piscine afin de facilité l'acces lorsque tout le monde ne veut pas y aller en même temps.

5 Tage Teneriffa

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet mit Zugang zum Pool. Der Pool ist relativ kalt. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit, der Zugang zum Meer aber aufgrund von Steinen und Seeigeln eher schlecht. Im kleinen Ort gibt es Supermärkte und Restaurants. Parken an der Straße war jeder Zeit möglich. Der Check-in war etwas Erschwerung, da die zuständige Dame nur spanisch und keinerlei Englisch gesprochen hat.

Prise de contact en qques h avec Sergio.Nicolasa nous attendait avec les clés malgré 1h de retard de l'avion. Appart superbe,conforme aux photos. Parking privatif au sous-sol, ascenseur, four,micro-ondes,grille pain,machine à café,réfrigérateur- congélateur, vaisselle,lave-vaisselle,machine à laver, multiple draps, plaids et couvertures. Petit déj avec vue sur la piscine.Bar,restaurant,ptt supermarché à 5min à pied .Plage à 15 min à pied. Avis au français, l'eau du robinet ne se boit pas sur l'île. Du soleil et 24°C en décembre... Que du bonheur.

Great time

Apartment was really good for the price and had everything we needed. Great position in Palm-Mar, near supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach, this apartment could not be better placed. If you are like us and like walking, 2 minutes and you are at the foot of the hills. Finally, the host Sergio, was very helpful. Responded very promptly to any communication and kindly arranged our taxi back to the airport to save us a job. We will definately be back :-)
