La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able. L emplacement est parfait, dans la pinĂšde, sans vis Ă  vis. On peut aller Ă  la plage Ă  pieds et la piste cyclable est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© donc il est facile de se passer de voiture.La maison est trĂšs belle, super deco tendance surf/beach house/ cabane chic avec tous les Ă©quipements dont on peut avoir besoin et mĂȘme un peu plus. La piscine est super agrĂ©able, chauffĂ©e, et bordĂ©e d’une grande terrasse bien exposĂ©e et sans vis Ă  vis. Il y a Ă©galement une douche extĂ©rieure bien pratique au retour de la plage et un abri vĂ©lo avec une prise pour les vĂ©los Ă©lectriques. La communication est absolument parfaite que ce soit avec la conciergerie ou les propriĂ©taires. Bref on a passĂ© un super sĂ©jour et on sera ravis de revenir!

Wir hatten sehr schöne und entspannte zwei Wochen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Die Terasse ist großzĂŒgig ĂŒberdacht und dadurch regensicher. Wir haben es genossen, zu Fuß zum Strand zu gehen und danach den Nachmittag am Pool ausklingen zu lassen. Auch schöne Fahrradtouren kann man von hier unternommen.

Ein toller zweiter Aufenthalt

Wir sind diesmal bereits zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen. In diesem Jahr sogar drei anstatt zwei Wochen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt erneut genossen. Das stilvolle Holzhaus, die entspannte Veranda und die Ruhe haben sehr gut getan. Zu dem tollen Strand und der Brandung muss man sowieso nicht viel sagen. Eine uneingeschrÀnkte Empfehlung.

Ein rundum traumhafter Ort zum Entspannen, Spaß haben und Genießen fĂŒr die ganze Familie. Sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist an alle Annehmlichkeiten gedacht, ruhig und sonnig, auf Veranda aber immer schattig bzw. notfalls auch regensicher. Wunderschönes und naturnahes Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren vier Kindern sehr genossen und direkt fĂŒr das nĂ€chste Jahr gebucht. Die Fotos sind hundertprozentig authentisch. Der Strand ist traumhaft, die Grillen zirpen im umgebenden Pinienwald und der Salzwasserpool ist wunderbar in die hölzerne Terasse integriert. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Idyllique !

La maison est superbe comme sur les photos avec une belle vue sur la forĂȘt de pins. Nous avons Ă©tais bien reçu, le check-in c'est bien passĂ© et le checkout aussi. Bonne proximitĂ© de l'ocĂ©an avec de belle vague a surfer et de nombreux sentiers cyclables avec un lac magnifique a seulement 20min en vĂ©lo. On ne pouvait pas mieux tomber!

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig am Waldrand innerhalb eines kleinen Wohngebietes mit ĂŒberall sehr schönen HĂ€usern. Weg zu Strand und in den Ort innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Carcans-Plage ist ein sehr angenehmer Ort, entspannte AtmosphĂ€re.

Traumhaft!!!

Das Haus ist ein Traum, es ist perfekt ausgestattet und lĂ€sst wirklich keine WĂŒnsche ĂŒbrig. Wir durften drei tolle Wochen in den Sommerferien hier verbringen. Wir Eltern und unsere 4 Kinder im Alter von 11, 9, 8 und 2 Jahren haben sich auf Anhieb wohl gefĂŒhlt. Bei der Ankunft sind die Betten bereits bezogen, HandtĂŒcher sind vor Ort, sogar ein Fön ist vorhanden. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, eins davon mit eigenem Waschbecken und Dusche. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet, welches durch eine Schranke begrenzt wird. Das GrundstĂŒck ist toll, es liegt am Rand des Pinienwaldes, hier kann man wirklich entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Es gibt einen offenen Schuppen, indem man perfekt FahrradtrĂ€ger, Dachbox, FahrrĂ€der, Buggy und Bollerwagen trocken unterbringen kann. Daneben befindet sich eine Außendusche mit warmem Wasser. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen gemĂŒtlichen Platz mit Sesseln, der immer in der Sonne liegt. Die Terasse ist riesig und lĂ€dt mit Ihrer Sitzecke und den zwei Liegen zum Kuscheln und Lesen ein. Der große Terassentisch lĂ€dt zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck im Freien oder zu lustigen Spieleabenden ein. Selbst bei Regen sitzt man hier kuschelig und warm. Den Ort fanden wir klasse. Er ist ĂŒberschaubar und gemĂŒtlich, so dass wir hier auch bedenkenlos unsere drei großen Kids alleine losziehen lassen konnten. Dennoch gibt es mehrere Restaurants, Kneipen, Eisdielen, Surfshops, einen BĂ€cker, Metzger, Supermarkt, Souvenirladen....genial! Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefĂŒhlt und werden im nĂ€chsten Sommer wieder in diesem "Traumhaus", in diesem traumhaften Ort Urlaub machen. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf die nĂ€chsten drei unvergesslichen Wochen und bedanken uns bei den sehr, sehr netten Vermietern fĂŒr diese tolle Zeit in Ihrem grandiosen Haus!

Wir waren im Sommer 2015 hier und hatten eine phantastische Zeit. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, ohne Durchgangsverkehr, ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, mit allem wĂŒnschbaren ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern.

Holzhaus Carcans Plage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem neuen, bestens ausgestattetem Holzhaus. Es liegt am Rand einer kleinen HĂ€usersiedlung in einem PinienwĂ€ldchen. Es war absolut ruhig (abgesehen von ein paar Zikaden), ausreichend Abstand zu den NachbarhĂ€usern und nach hinten Blick auf einen jungen Pinienwald - herrlich! Bis zum schönsten Strand, den wir bisher kennengelernt haben sind es etwa 5min, kilometerlanger und je nach Wasserstand (Ebbe und Flut) ca. 60-150 breiter feinster Sandstrand. Wer jedoch auf Schwimmen aus ist, wird öfters enttĂ€uscht sein, die Wellen sind i.d.R. mind. 1,50-2,0m hoch. ;-) FĂŒr Surfer perfekt. Ich kann das Haus in dieser Lage und Umgebung nur empfehlen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin auf Englisch war auch super.
