The "ULIVO" apartment is part of the "VILLA CORMORANO" surrounded by a large garden bordering the sea. It is located on the first floor and has a large veranda with a barbecue. A large round table allows you to eat on the covered veranda. It has two double bedrooms and a bedroom with two beds. It also has two bathrooms with shower, living room with kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed.
The ULIVO apartment is located in a villa, in the tourist area of Baia Caddinas. From the house you can access a sandy beach (boat beach) directly from a gate, next to a large green area behind.
it is possible to reach the equipped beach of Baia Caddinas, about 200 meters, always on foot, through a path that runs along the sea.
The consumption of water, electricity, gas and final cleaning are included in the price. Linen is not included (towels and sheets)

Ottima posizione. Bell'appartamento, bellissimo terrazzo, letti comodi etc.etc.. La mobilia dell'angolo cucina potrebbe beneficiare da un rinnovo ma questo non toglie alla bellezza del tutto. Proprietari molto gentili e professionali. Grazie e sicuramente torneremo!

Appartamento ben disposto confortevole e organizzato, posizionato in una zona molto tranquilla e molto curata. Bellissima veranda posizionata con vista mare dove cenare in tranquillità. Ci è piaciuto moltissimo.
