This was the perfect place in Anacapri for us. More than we needed but the location & the deck were bonuses for sure. Is as pictured, property has a lift & is very close to shopping, restaurants, & transportation.Loved our stay here.

Anacapri for me

Just the most perfect stay in Anacapri. You definitely want to stay on this side of the island. Plenty of shops, grocery stores, restaurants and more. But still quiet and peaceful. The rooftop is a spectacular place to sit and watch the water. Steps from a bus stop, a five minute walk to the piazza where the chairlift is. Go to here. You’ll love it.

Perfect location in Anacapri

This is a beautiful apartment in a classical older building with modern touches inside. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom is large and comfortable. The theme of aqua blue and white throughout the apartment gives it a real Anacapri feel. The balcony is huge and has several areas to sit, lounge and dine outside. There is even a barbecue which we didn’t get a chance to use. WiFi was great, TV is not a Smart TV but we had brought an Amazon Firestick which allowed us to watch Netflix on a rainy day. The concierge was very helpful and pleasant. Anacapri is less busy than the town of Capri, so we enjoyed it very much. There are still lots of things to do up there and plenty of restaurants and shops. The town of Capri is easily reached by bus. Highly recommend the restaurant Da Gelsomina and a visit to The Villa San Michele as well as the Chairlift to Monte Solara. If you have luggage, I recommend taking a taxi to the property from the port (€30 for 2 people with 2 suitcases and 2 carry ons) and make sure to ask the driver to let you off at the Post Office in Anacapri. Ours dropped us off at the square and it was an ordeal to get our luggage down cobbled sidewalks to the property. It does get a bit noisy around 5 pm to 8 pm as there is a popular kids playground beside the property and you can hear a bit of noise in the square in the late evenings, but that’s all part of the joy of beautiful Anacapri

Cute apartment with great terrace

The apartment is very cute and the terrace is terrific. The apartment overlooks a piazza and playground so you are in the middle of the action. The terrace also has a sea view. The second bedroom / bath is very small though. Overall, the two of us really enjoyed staying here. Mrs Mirella ( the concierge) was very helpful.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt in Anacapri hat uns gut gefallen. Das Ferienappartment ist zentral gelegen und sehr gut erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und sehr gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag aufs Neue den Blick von der großzügigen Terasse genossen. Einen herzlichen Dank auch an Sig. Mirella, die uns vor Ort immer hilfreich zur Seite Stand.

Au cœur de Anacapri cet appartement terrasse nous offre une vue magnifique proche de tout commerces et arrêt de bus. Séjour très agréable passer chez Roberto je recommande vivement et la concierge et très sympathique aussi .

Dejligt sted - ærgeligt med opredning i stuen og ikke 2 dobbeltværelser.

Lejligheden er god - hvis vejret er godt, og man kan være ude det meste af døgnet. For store møbler, kunne godt reduceres så der var lidt mere plads i lejligheden. Ellers kontakt med ejer var fin og også ved ankomsten.

ottima posizione

Ringrazio soprattutto la disponibiltà del proprietario il Dott. D'Aessio ,in quanto per problemi personali abbiamo dovuto cambiare le date del soggiorno. L'immobile è al centro di Anacapri vicino allo stazionamento dei bus che permettono di visitare Capri in tutta libertà. Confortevole l'appartamento con una splendida terrazza , pulito e in buono stato certamente lo consiglierei e di tornarvi presto.

Location perfetta

Ho trascorso uno splendido week end in questa casa con la mia famiglia. Eravamo in cinque e c'era spazio per tutti e ben due bagni. Ma oltre all'interno ben curato si gode sopratutto del belissimo terrazzo attrezzato dove abbiamo fatto colazione . La posizione è centralissima per chi preferisce la quiete di Anacapri, ma a pochi passi c'è la fermata del bus. L'edificio che ospita la casa è elegante con un ampio ascensore antico. La Sig.Mirella ,che ci ha accolto, è stata attenta ad ogni richiesta. Lo raccomando sicuramente.

Il posto ideale!

Ho trascorso, con la mia famiglia, un piacevolissimo soggiorno a Capri. L'appartamento è confortevole e ben attrezzato, con un terrazzo super panoramico arredato ad hoc per prendere il sole ( c'è anche la doccia esterna!) o per godere della splendida vista sul monte Solaro e sul centro di Anacapri. La posizione dell'appartamento è centralissima nonché strategica: si possono raggiungere, comodamente, le varie località dell'isola con i mezzi pubblici ( la fermata del bus è a 100 metri!). La Sig.ra Mirella ci ha riservato un'accoglienza cortese e simpatica ed ha dispensato preziosissimi suggerimenti e consigli per sfruttare al meglio le bellezze dell' isola. Siamo rientrati a casa molto a malincuore e questo è il risultato più evidente di una vacanza ben riuscita. Un' esperienza da ripetere al più presto!
