Charming chalet sleeps 10, at the foot of the pistes (Pierre St Martin)

Ideally located in a chalet village, exceptional in the Pyrenees resorts, our rental is at the heart of winter activities but also a haven of peace during the summer period, giving rise to exotic walks or hikes in a preserved setting where animals are in freedom, offering children (as parents ...) unexpected encounters with horses, cows, goats, sheep, ...

The chalet is made up of 3 levels:
- level 1 (ground floor - 60mÂČ independent - sleeps 7): Not affected by this announcement.

- Level 2 and 3 (1st and 2nd levels - 100mÂČ - sleeps 11): Living room with fireplace (wood provided) and convertible sofa (sleeps 2) - kitchen open to dining room with farm table (12 people), 1 bathroom 'water (shower, WC) - 1 bathroom (bath, WC, washing machine, dryer) - Balcony terrace (17 mÂČ) - 2 "parental" bedrooms (double beds) - 2 "children's" bedrooms (1 bed double + bunk beds) - A dressing storage space (In summer: garden table and barbecue). 17mÂČ terrace.

Our accommodation is fully equipped (dishwasher, built-in oven, freezer, Senseo, raclette machine, TNT, etc.)

We can provide an invoice on request for works council reimbursements in particular.

Beau Chalet, idéal pour 8/10 personnes maximum par rapport à la table et canapé/ fauteuils. Bien situé, a proximité des pistes et des commerces. Pas d'emplacement privé pour laisser les voitures si neige. Possibilité d'acceder au chalet avec les voitures pour décharger. Equipement correct.

Le chalet est vraiment typique et extrĂȘmement bien situĂ©. Les enfants ont pu jouer dehors car le chalet possĂšde un extĂ©rieur, et les pistes et commerces se trouvent Ă  3 min Ă  pieds. Super sĂ©jour passe en famille.

Wonderful relaxing stay

Really lovely walks both in France and Spain. Only negative is the resort is really set up for winter stays. Walking paths often not marked, the Spanish walks were much better marked. Still, a beautiful and relaxing stay!

A savoir avant de louer..!

Chouette chalet au calme dans cette station peu frĂ©quentĂ© l'Ă©tĂ©, ce qui est fait en endroit plein de charme. mais attention, il s'agit de deux lots destinĂ©s Ă  la location, et l'ensemble des photos ne correspondent pas toute au bien en question (exemple la table en bois a l'ombre est en fait le bien destinĂ© au rdc) et si vous venez vous reposez.. il faut espĂ©rer que le voisin du dessous est le mĂȘme programme que vous.. car la promiscuitĂ© est tel.. que mĂȘme si votre voisin est plein de gentillesse ... l'isolation est pleine de charme aussi.. fenĂȘtres ouvertes (ce qui est souvent le cas l'Ă©tĂ© ) et fermĂ©es (on a testĂ©, option sauna offert ..!), ça change pas grand chose.. et du coup.. Ă  promiscuitĂ© Ă©gale le camping est une option moins honĂ©resue !!!!

Belle vue, bon emplacement.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine mais nous aurions apprécié un meilleur confort et de plus belles prestations par rapport au prix. Le mobilier du salon est trÚs ancien voire vétuste (fauteuils). Les chambres sont exiguës. Au final, nous avons été assez déçus.

Bonjour chalet trÚs vieillot beaucoup de travaux à faire un peu petit pour 11 personnes car le canapé n'est pas du tout confortable pour dormir la table est un peu juste pour manger à 11 manque d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain du haut et aussi décçu car la station devait fermer fin du mois alors que tout à fermé à notre arrivée meme pas de pain. arretez de le louer pour 11

Idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis

Le chalet est trĂšs agrĂ©able, tout y est bien pensĂ©, propre, sobre et convivial. Nous Ă©tions deux familles de 4 personnes et nous avons pu profiter de l'espace sans ĂȘtre les uns sur les autres. L'arrivĂ©e sur la station impressionne avec les barres d'immeubles, mais le village de chalets est un peu Ă  part et la vue sur les roches et la vĂ©gĂ©tation est hyper agrĂ©able. La station propose de nombreuses activitĂ©s et il y a beaucoup Ă  dĂ©couvrir dans les environs. Cerise sur le gĂąteau l'Ă©tĂ©: le passage des troupeaux de brebis, vaches et chĂšvres au pied du chalet: un environnement gĂ©nial! Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs arrangeant et efficace. Nous avons trĂšs envie de tester le chalet et la station l'hiver.
