The newly built villa has been designed in a friendly and comfortable way. Classified 4 stars and 3 cléVacances located on the Diamond range, it is very comfortable, high quality bedding, air conditioning, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. A modern and simple design.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped (all appliances including dishwasher, espresso machine ....). The laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer and large freezer. The indoor lounge features a large screen and a WIFI connection, it offers a wide view of the pool.

Villa on the Rock

The villa was as described. The beds were comfortable and the Air conditioning was welcome during a hot spell. The villa fit what our family needed. However there was a couple issues, ants in the kitchen were a problem that forced us to store everything in the refrigerator and stove to protect from the ants. Also the pool filter/cleaner wasnt working for most of the trip and therefore the pool was a little gross, this was repaired on the second to last day and was much better after. The local property manger in charge of check in/out was helpful and very responsive to questions and issues. The locations was okay, this side of the beach wasnt quite as nice as closer to the town pier. It was quiet though which was nice. The beach is just out of view through the trees from the villa, about a 30 second walk.

Superbe localisation

La propriété était impeccable. Les photos sont bien représentatives. La localisation est fantastique à littéralement deux pas de la plage. Nous recommandons la cuisine de Nadine. Communication fluide avec la propriétaire. L'endroit était très approprié pour le séjour au soleil de deux familles avec enfants.

Villa de rêve

Nous revenons tout juste de nos vacances en Martinique où nous avons séjourné à la Villa on the rock. C'est en toute simplicité un endroit parfait. La maison est magnifique, bien située, bien équipée, bien entretenue, magnifiquement décorée. Le service a été n°1 du début à la fin. Les réponses à nos questions étaient très rapides. L'accueil a été chaleureux. Et comble du bonheur, nous voyons l'océan de la terrasse. Un élément important à savoir, le dimanche, les commerces ferment à 12h30. À prévoir si votre vol est un dimanche comme nous :) L'hôtesse nous a accommodé pour le premier petit déjeuner. Quelle chance !

Nous étions venus passer une semaine en avril 2016 et avions adoré notre séjour à la Villa On the Rock. Cette année nous avons récidivé et ce fut encore un pur plaisir. La maison est superbement décorée jusque dans les moindres détails. L’equipement est complet jusqu’au blender pour les jus de fruit frais. La terrasse et la piscine sont très agréables et la plage à moins de 20 mètres. Nous hôte est particulièrement accueillante et nous a rendu le séjour agréable. Nous reviendrons ☀️

Séjour parfait!

Aucune fausse note pour cette villa: très confortable pour 2 couples et 2 enfants, il ne manque rien, décorée avec goût, la piscine est appréciable pour terminer les journées, la plages n'est qu'à deux pas (on a vu sur la plage et le diamant de la terrasse). Le premier jour nous avons été accueillis avec tout le nécessaire pour profiter d'un petit déjeuner sans avoir à se presser. Séjour de rêve, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

La villa idéale

Idéalement placée en bord de mer donnant sur le Rocher du Diamant ! Nous avons pu apprécier les prestations de qualité de la Villa On The Rocks. L'équipement électroménager, les matériels de piscine et de plage, les dispositifs anti-moustiques pour rassurer les métros que nous sommes étaient parfaits. La localisation allie charme de la plage toute proche, proximité des marché et commerces et accessibilité aisée à toute la partie sud de l'Île. Nager avec les tortues de l'anse Dufour restera gravée longtemps dans la mémoire des enfants. Merci à Evelyne pour sa disponibilité et son accueil !

Wonderful house and vacation !

What a wonderful house and wonderful vacation! We spent 12 days at the "Villa on the Rock", with beautiful weather, great gourmet food, friendly people and a lot of nice experiences. This house is very well maintained, and beautifully furnished. The air conditioning in each room works perfectly, as do all the new appliances. We used the barbecue, made smoothies, and cooked nearly every day at the house. We arrived late at night on Christmas Day, and the owner of the house, Evelyne prepared a wonderful dinner. She is the very best of all property owners and knows perfectly how to make a great rental vacation even greater. She is responsive and will do almost anything to insure that you have a fabulous, memorable vacation. Although our French is limited, she can certainly communicate in English. The location of the villa is in close proximity to the town of Diamant and only minutes from some of the nicest beaches anywhere in the world, where you can eat, swim or even shop in quaint seaside towns. Because of the ocean breezes nearby the house, there are no mosquitoes, and it's not really necessary to use air conditioning although it was nice to have. Buying food was great pleasure because the main outdoor market was only 1 km from the house. You can also get fresh meat and fresh fish every day, if you want, as well as probably 100 kinds of locally grown fruits, most even the most intrepid of travelers have never seen. The bakery across the street from the market always had many people waiting to go shopping, because everything they make it is so delicious and fresh. We have two kids, a three and a six year old, so the swimming pool, which is well protected, was a perfect spot for them to play. The beach, which is only 30 meters away from the house, has larger “Hawaii” type waves, which is a perfect spot to body surf or relax, and was nice to have so near our house. Neighbors are very nice and quiet too. Definitely a place that we would recommend to you and a place that we would rent again when we return to Martinique. Thank you, Evelyne.

Superbes équipement et prestation

La villa est très bien située, avec un accès direct à la magnifique plage du Diamant. Elle est quasi "sur-équipée" : vous trouverez tout ce qu'il vous faut, des produits d'accueil en abondance, des body-boards...et même une Play Station dans le salon !!! L'accueil est très chaleureux et les conseils très utiles. Bravo !

Parfaite !!

Dans un emplacement magnifique, à quelques pas de la plage du Diamant, la "Villa on the Rock" réussit le tour de force d'allier Confort et Praticité ! L'accueil est chaleureux, et la maison est propre est très bien entretenue. Bref, toutes les conditions sont réunies pour passer un excellent moment en famille ou entre amis ! Comme les cocktails "on the rocks", la villa du même nom vous permettra de savourer pleinement votre séjour en Martinique !

Séjour de rêve

Séjour de rêve en famille. Les enfants étaient ravis de la piscine et de la mer (jeux de plage et piscine fournis). Vue magnifique sur le rocher du Diamant. La maison est dotée de tous les équipements nécessaires, notamment dans la cuisine pour préparer de bon repas (four, robot, ...) et recevoir aussi les amis autour d'un barbecue. Linge de maison de qualité et literie haut de gamme. Très bel aménagement intérieur et extérieur avec du mobilier design. La maison est très bien placée. Nous pouvons accéder facilement aux commerces. Le petit plus, notre hôte a eu la gentillesse de nous servir un pot d'accueil. Je recommanderais cette location à un ami.

Superbe location sur la plage du Diamant

Nous sommes une famille de 6 personnes et avons passé quinze jours de rêve dans la Villa on the Rock ! Le séjour a idéalement débuté avec l'accueil chaleureux d'Eveline qui nous avait préparé un repas et un délicieux planteur d'arrivée et un délicieux planteur. La villa est agréablement agencée , confortable , propre et décorée avec goût. Mention spéciale pour la literie ! Son emplacement sur la plage est idéale car à proximité immédiate sans y être directement exposée, préservant ainsi l'intimité des occupants. La piscine est également fort agréable pour se rafraîchir quand la mer du Diamant est un peu trop agitée. Nous avons tellement apprécié que nous pensons revenir l'année prochaine.

Pett moment de bonheur

En famille pour 10 jours. Une magnifique villa avec sa belle pièce de vie, sa grande terrasse et ses chambres tout confort avec leurs salles de bains individuelles. La plage à 20m, footings dans les vagues au lever du soleil, le bonheur. Un très bel accueil, le planteur nous attendait et le petit déjeuner du lendemain était dans le frigo ... tout pour plaire. Magnifique Villa, les pieds dans l'eau!

Nous étions un groupe de 6 amis et nous avions loué la villa pour un peu plus d'une semaine. La villa est neuve, décorée avec gout et surtout très bien équipée : c'est comme à la maison!! Parmi les équipements auxquels je ne m'attendais pas figurent le barbecue, les glacières et planches de bodyboard que nous n'avons pas hésité à utiliser pendant notre séjour! Le cadre de la villa est réellement sublime et la plage du diamant au fond du jardin est un point fort indéniable de la villa. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la "Villa on the rocks" et je recommande cette location!

Villa superbe dans un lieu magique

En vacances en famille avec nos 3 grands enfants/adultes: Villa superbe, très bien équipée, très confortable, grande place de parking pour au moins 2 voitures. La chambre parentale (à l'étage) est parfaite Une 2è grande chambre double au RDĆ très joliment décorée aussi. Enfin, une 3ème chambre au RDC avec 5 couchages (1 lits superposés +1lit simple et 2 lits supplémentaires gigogne). La cuisine est superbement équipée, rien ne manque, lave-vaisselle, plaque induction, four , microonde , vaisselle en grande quantité ....Une grande buanderie avec grand congélateur, lave linge, sèche-linge. Le salon est très confortable, avec climatisation et ventilateur au plafond. Le terrasse est super agréable, avec 2 grands ventilateurs au plafond, on aperçoit la mer dans un petit coin sur la gauche d'une villa se trouvant juste devant la plage. On accède a la plage ( à 20m) par un petit chemin. De la plage, superbe vue sur le diamant (on pourrait presque le toucher!) et la vue sur le Morne Larcher dont on a l'impression qu'il plonge dans la mer est magnifique. Les photos de la villa sont vraiment conformes à la réalité, ce qui est rare, on est souvent plutôt déçu de la réalité mais ici, aucune surprise. La propreté est impeccable. Et pour ne rien gâcher, la literie est vraiment de grande qualité. La piscine, quoique petite, permet de se rafraîchir. Le centre bourg (environ 1,5km) est accessible par la plage, ce qui permet de faire une super balade au bord de l'eau. A noter que la mer de ce côté de l'île est souvent très agitée, on peut cependant s'y amuser (avec prudence) avec des planches (mises à disposition) Cette villa convient aussi bien à une grande famille qu'à 2 couples avec enfants. Elle est très bien placée au diamant, ce qui permet de rayonner rapidement vers le sud ( St Anne, plage des salines) vers l'est (Le François, vauclin), et un peu plus loin, vers le nord.
