Former armory of the 19th c., With architecture and contemporary design, the Clos St Lucien is a great house of 250m2.
He understands:
a large living room with cathedral 100m2 Swedish wood stove, kitchen 21m2 fully equipped with 5 burner range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, etc., a large hallway with two additional bathrooms, 6 bedrooms, two with en shower and toilet, the other 4 rooms situated on the mezzanine above the large living room have a comfortable bathroom with bath, shower and double sink.
A terrace of 70 m2 with garden furniture, barbecue, parasols, swing, herb gardens, a pond.
